Just letting you know I am still here.

I'm sorry dear readers. I have seen little worth writing about that isn't overwritten about. I would usually take this time to write about some thought on life; but, I find I cannot. I lost a relative recently and am watching another do stupid stuff. I have barely seen anyone in weeks. I have been picking up fast food and staying indoors to myself. I keep in touch with people, I talk to people on the phone daily. I am not apologizing for not writing, I am merely saying why I have been quiet so much for awhile now. Other things were on my mind.

If any news event is weighing on my mind it is the passing of the European Unions articles 11 and 13. What? You have never heard of it. The European Union is passing a law that would "force" websites to take down memes and clips from the news and clips, well, from anything. The same law would require you to pay a fee to websites that you provide a link to. If implemented, it would mean that blogger would probably prohibit me from providing you links to source documents. Wow.

Pimpernel had a fairly classical education. Because my professors wanted me to become a professor they even gave me special attention in college. I knew all the inside baseball. In law school I was also respected. Throughout college and law school I wrote untold numbers of documents, reports and briefs. They all used standard format  and that includes referencing the source material that you relied on. This EU law basically outlaws footnotes and bibliographies that are online.

You probably haven't heard about this. I said it was coming about a month ago. It is funny, the EU does not believe in borders against people, only against thoughts.

When I was about six, I attended first grade in Massachusetts. On the playground we sang each other six year old songs. "The Addams Family started when uncle Fester farted, they all came out retarded, the Addams family." There were others, there was one about Batman. All the silly songs they knew, I knew too. They were never on television or the radio or even in the papers. It was an oral tradition that passed from state to state as kids moved. It traveled quicker than one might suspect. Thoughts are contagious and cannot be killed.

The Five Stages of Grief and the Establishment.

The Kubler Ross Model says there are five stages of grief. There is Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. We are seeing the dying end of the anger phase from corporate Democrats. "He is not my President" was the cheer after the election, that qualifies as denial. "F Trump" and all the vitriol since was the anger stage. They remained hopeful that Trump would be found guilty of paying Russian agents to hack the DNC; but, that has pretty much left them as a hope. The next step will be bargaining, that is what they are doing with the electorate. The corporate Democrats have decided that if they offer the voters to treat illegal aliens better that people in the Midwest will vote for them, they will not. They do not offer voters to make life better for them.

The bargaining stage is when one has the chance to get something. The problem is you have offer something in return that people want for themselves. The corporate Democrats and corporate Republicans will get crushed in the midterms. Progressives and Trump supporters will make gains. When 2020 comes along, Trump will win easily. That is when Depression will sink in. As the elitists FBI attorney said, the poor and middle class are ignorant, lazy, poor and middle class pieces of shit. If you tell Hillary that the peasants are revolting, she will say they are deplorable for questioning their betters.

Populist means average or caring about the majority. The establishment is elitist, they care about themselves. They see themselves as more deserving and better than the average person or someone not connected to the system. They seek to manipulate your emotions by claiming they care about "the children". They do not. If they don't respect the poor or middle class why would you believe they are about the children of illegals that are poor?

How the Democratic Party Plans to Win the Midterms and Why They Will Fail.

Any regular reader of my blog knows that I am neither a Republican or a Democrat. I identify as a social democrat of the European type. That is not quite right; but, helps people to get some idea of what I believe. I would never vote for a Bush or a Clinton, they sold us out. I supported Bernie Sanders; but, after he lost hoped that Trump would win just to piss off the establishment and let them know we are unhappy with what has happened to this country. I did not vote for Trump.

I do not let my wishes get in the way of my analysis. The Democrats have come to believe that everyone hates Trump and that the Democratic party will take over congress in the 2018 elections. As a consequence they have split their party down the middle and rejected the idea of any "progressives" getting elected. They have actually passed a rule that would only apply to Bernie Sanders to prevent him for running for 2020 as a Democrat. Many progressives complain that the Democratic party is attacking Trump from the right, they are because they are global corporatists running the party. It is why they hate Bernie and progressives.

It would be so easy for the Democratic party to get back the Midwest; but, they are doing everything to avoid it. They continue to malign and insult the Midwest as bumpkins and bigots. The same people that elected Obama are now called bigots. The Democratic platform to 2018 is Trump is bad and we need to treat illegal aliens better. That message follows on deaf ears in the Midwest where they are offered no better treatment by the Democratic party. This will be the first election in history where one party openly ran on a platform of taking care of illegal aliens rather than Americans.

I will leave you with this text from an attorney for the FBI who was involved in "investigating" Hillary Clinton for removing classified information and having it put on her personal server. "Trump’s supporters are all poor to middle class, uneducated, lazy POS that think he will magically grant them jobs for doing nothing. They probably didn't watch the debates, aren't fully educated on his policies, and are stupidly wrapped up in his unmerited enthusiasm." In case you don't know, POS stands for Pieces of Shit". The establishment hates the middle class too.

You Cannot Trust the Corporate Media, they are Propagandists.

MSN - New York Times - In Targeting Reporter, Justice Dept. Backs Trump Anti-Press Rhetoric. A reporter who had been given leaks by a government employee had his documents seized with a subpoena. That is not mentioned anywhere in the article. The prosecutors proved probable cause to a judge and got a subpoena. Here are two things for you to watch about the press and they are old, nothing has changed except it has gotten worse. The media is now just a tool of the multinationals.

Bilderberg 2018 Agenda

Hi friends. Been some bad times for the Pimpernel lately; but, great friends make everything easier. Beyond personal issues, I have been waiting for the Bilderberg Group to post their agenda for this years meeting and now I have it and will post it for you to see. The Bilderberg Group is an alliance of political and economic leaders meeting to discuss what should happen in the world. They are not public in their meetings and do not discuss what was discussed. Roseanne Barr but the Post is Not About Her.

I have never particularly liked Roseanne Barr. I didn't watch her when show originally came out and I didn't watch it when it started again this year. I just never liked her that much and found her annoying. I like Tim Allen and loved his last show, he goes for jokes and a lightness of feeling. I never felt pressured to agree with Tim; but, instead could understand how he viewed the world and that it did not have resentment.

Roseanne Barr made a comment on Twitter. She claims she was on Ambien when she did it. Maybe she was and maybe she wasn't, I don't really care. Lets start with this. Jane Fonda went to North Vietnam during the war and posed in an anti aircraft cannon. It didn't stop her from working or from me watching her movies. Heck, I watched her show on Netflix. Here is the real question, should she have been fired? Should Rosanne have been fired?

I was a stage manager and have heard more stupid things come out of the mouths of actors than I can remember. If ABC thought Rosanne was such an embarrassment, why didn't they let the audience decide what they wanted. What if the audience was less concerned about her personal beliefs and more concerned about seeing a representation of the Midwest on television. The same Midwest that elected Obama twice also elected Trump.

Lets try this. The media is full of reports how ABC wants to keep Roseanne; but, make it about one of her kids that disagrees with her. Hmmm. That will fail miserably. Remember, the show has oversold in the Midwest and does nothing in New York or Los Angeles for ratings. Giving people in the Midwest a show blaming Trump for all their problems will fail miserably in the Midwest, they know their problems started long ago, way before Trump ever ran for office. They know their jobs were outsourced since the 1980s.

The "establishment" knows it is screwing the middle and working classes, heck, it is their intent. This should not be surprising to anyone. They are so out of touch that they believe the average person voted for Trump because they are all racist, even though those same people voted for Obama. Nope, they fear that you will see the plan is to screw the working and middle class even more. They seek a multinational business society that means multinational monopolies and the ability to avoid all government regulation.

Another example of how they view the average person is their calls for Oprah and Mark Cuban to run for President, they are billionaires like Trump and television personalities. LMAO. Personally, I would love to watch that; but, it will not happen and the Democrats are unwilling to run a progressive because the Democrats do not believe in the middle class or working class anymore. By the way, I still support universal healthcare and a guarantee of work for all who are able. I am for a guaranteed basic income if someone is willing to work and subsistence if they are not willing to work. We all live on this planet together and it belongs to all who are alive.
