In the last month I have seen an increase in searches for Pastor Carol Daniels lead people to this site. I am not an expert on the case, I have no special knowledge, I just thought it was important to discuss. I am profoundly sad for her family and friends loss and I heartfully wish I had something to offer; but, there are no answers here. I hope that the continued interest in her murder leads to some resolution; but, any insight that I have has been discussed already.
The only update that I will ever have is how she has been an inspiration to me. I pastor a very small flock and sometimes I feel as if my time is wasted. I did not want to be a pastor, I never felt the calling; but, I cannot refuse to say what I know. I have walked into the the church, looked out and only seen one other person. Pastor Daniels went to her church and saw none many times; but, the woman went anyways on the chance that one might want to talk about God. She is my inspiration and I wrote about long before I was asked to preach.
I can only assume that members of her family have found this blog. I beg you to know that I only have the highest regard for her. If they have then I do hope that they have read my others writings so that they can understand who and what I am and know that my words are as heartfelt as they can be. I wish I could have known her because I bet she could have taught me a lot about faith, she sure had it.
I spent a whole lot of money to commission a piece of art. I did not tell the person what I wanted, I merely told the artist to make it his truth. He produced it and it was his truth. It hit me like a brick, I could see how much effort he put into it and he put a lot of effort in. He told me that it had changed his life and reinvigorated him. What is that worth? I do not know how many lives Pastor Daniels touched; but, I believe she touched them deeply. He titled the piece "The Trinity". My prayers will always be to Pastor Daniels family, please pray for me that I can have the faith she had, please forgive me if I have said anything that was offensive, it was never my intent.

International Lies
George Papandreou, Greece's Prime Minister, forced "austerity" measures on the people of Greece which really upset the public. He was told to issue even more and instead chose to put it to a popular vote. He attends the G20 and the heads of other nations told him to issue the measures of something bad would happen. He faces a vote of confidence (this is where the legislature votes on if you have support within your party, if not elections for a new leader occurs). Old Georgie desperately hopes that he will be kicked out and instead he is retained as Prime Minister and what does he do, he says he may quit anyways. He does not want to be the one to turn the screws to the people again, he is scared.
Many Greeks are now simply ignoring the laws. Ordinary Greeks are taking matters into their own hands. We are seeing this type of response growing across the world. We are seeing the same thing in the United States as people are taking back their foreclosed upon properties.
What is the cause of all this insanity? There is nothing insane about it at all, it is all intentional. Sounds shocking doesn't it. Well, for those or you who are new to this blog, let me point some things out.
The economies of the west were destroyed by the leaders of the west. The housing bubble was intended to destroy the western economies. Sounds like a conspiracy theory; but, it is true and we have plenty of proof. We will start with the housing bubble. Why did these housing bubbles occur in multiple countries at the same time? That makes no sense as our housing market is not tied to the housing market in Ireland. Isn't also funny to see that they all burst at the same time, again our housing market does not effect the housing market in other countries.
The housing bubble created an international stock bubble equally silly. Once the bubbles burst governments increased how much they took from citizens and gave it to banks to "bail them out". The money was taken by the banks and then given out to it's officers as bonuses. This happened worldwide. The result of all of this as the linked article about Greece identifies is that there is a complete lack of trust in the worlds governments. If you look at this as a local or even a national problem then you miss what is really going on.
The intent is and always has been to lower the standard of living in the west. The United States was the last superpower and it was brought down. But, the truth is that nothing actually took place. The money that has been "lost" never existed in the first place. It is not as if trillions of dollars in currency went up in flames, there is the same amount of currency today as there was prior to the crash. Actually there is even more currency. What you are told in the media and by Wall Street is all a big illusion.
This is not about there being less money, this is about there being less money for the 99%. It is a simple redistribution of wealth upwards. Trickle up economics if you will. Or as some politicians are saying "suck it up" economics. The screaming of the worlds population that they are being raped is met with "stop whining". That is how little you matter if you are not one of the chosen ones, one of the privileged insiders.
This grand hoax is being exposed and on a daily basis we are seeing how we are being ripped off and the news media still barely touches the issues. Steal from the rich like Madoff did and you go to jail, steal from people's pensions and you get multi-million dollar bonuses. How many people went to jail for what they did to this economy? None, not one banker or CEO went to jail. The politicians had to protect the "job creators".
Still, how many people continue to watch "Dancing with the stars", "Jersey Shore" and actually care about Kim Kardashian and her divorce? How many people have instead begun researching how the world works and what is happening in the economy? There are people who are more upset by gay marriage or the lack of gay marriages then about the economy.
I am not worried about anarchy, I am more concerned that everyone will just ignore all the laws and do whatever they like. That is the consequence of destroying governmental legitimacy. While many of the younger generation are addicted to video games and social networking, there are others who absolutely understand what I am talking about and many of them are sitting in tents in front of their City Halls tonight, I wish them well and applaud them for making a statement. For awhile there I didn't know if anyone was paying attention anymore.
Let me show you how nothing makes sense anymore and it isn't meant to. I lost my house because of my divorce, I didn't have enough to pay the mortgage pure and simple. I spent a year and a half trying to give my house back to the bank and it wouldn't take it back. They basically agreed that it was okay for me to stop paying them. I sent them court documents and they lost them, I sent them again and they lost them, I sent them again they said they put them in the system and then later said that they lost them. They transferred my loan to another bank and that bank said that they didn't receive all of the documents. I sent them to the new bank and they told me they lost them. This is not a joke, this is what really happened. And everytime I called they would ask me if I wanted to refinance.
Then they sent me a letter that they were going to begin foreclosure on me so that they could get the house back. Does this sound logical? I was offering to give it back for over a year and a half and they wanted to take me to court to foreclose on me to get the house. They attempted to make the process more expensive, time consuming and labor intensive with no additional benefit to them.
So, finally the bank agreed to take the house back willingly rather than foreclose on me. Maybe they never wanted the house back in the first place. When they took the house back they failed to give me any paperwork and locked me out without ANY final paperwork. In fact, they didn't finish the paperwork for another couple of months and I kept calling them to see if it was done. Finally, they filed the paperwork; but, they didn't tell me that they had. I had to call them regularly to find out and then take their word for it.
Now for some people this might sound like a horror story; but, I couldn't pay for and didn't want the house. I wanted to pay my debts and this is the only way that I could. I didn't want anything for free.
Well, this week I received a letter asking me if I wanted a review of my foreclosure. I didn't have a foreclosure. If they did review what happened they would have to tell me that the process was improperly followed by the bank and give me back the house; but then what. I stay there for another two years trying to get them to take it back from me while I pay them nothing? NO, if they give it back to me they won't be able to charge me a penny because the note was settled. DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING? If I file the paperwork I can have my house back for free. How is this sane?
Many people consider me insane for not taking the house back for free. My reasoning is simple, it would be wrong because I didn't pay the note off. I could not and did not meet my moral obligation to meet my contractual obligations. In my case the court garnished my wages to pay my ex-wife off for cheating on me so I did not have the money to pay. I could sit back and say that the bankers cheated us all and justify taking the house for free; but, then I would be as corrupt as the bankers and the system is and that is not acceptable.
This insanity is now. Millions of people who were foreclosed upon are going to ask for their cases to be reviewed. So what happens when the foreclosure was complete and the people have moved out of the house? What happens when they are given the house back, do they get more penalties for not having made payments while they had been moved out and told that the bank owned the house. NO, they get the house for free. How does that make any sense?
I happily live in my little one bedroom apartment, I love where I am even if the darn heater broke and I have to use the oven to heat the place. I will have the gas company come out this week and fix the heater, not a big deal. I don't want my old house back, I didn't earn it. If forced to take it back I will sell it on the spot for pennies and then give them away to charity and run as far away from the house as I can.
You cannot call another corrupt if you are corrupt and you cannot justify your corruption by saying that others are corrupt. How many people lied and said they made $150,000 a year when they made $40,000 a year in order to buy a house that they couldn't afford? Well a bunch of them got foreclosed on and now the banks are going to be forced to give them their houses back with no debt. We are going to reward bad behavior and penalize good behavior. What sort of message does this tell young people?
The problem is one of corruption, of trickery being justified because "everyone else is crooked too". No, we are not all crooked and all corruption is unfair to those of us who are not. If you contribute to a world of corruption, you are no different from those who steel from you. It is about morals in the world.
I understand that everyone, me included, has moments of weakness and makes selfish mistakes. I personally am prone to speeding; but, I pay my tickets and apologize to the police when I am caught and have done so. Knowing my weakness I intentionally did not buy a Ford Mustang. I would have sped and I knew it (by the way, I really would have, I have been ticketed for doing over a hundred on an on-ramp). None are good but God, I get it; but, that is not an excuse for being even worse.
The world is unraveling because there is too much corruption at all levels, not just in the 1%, they are just better at it. It is their intent to prove that we are all corrupt, that we are not perfect. They do this to prove to themselves that it is okay to rip us all off. Survival of the fittest rather than the most honest.
Occupy the truth, Occupy honesty.

There is No Deficit
All around the country local governments are saying they have a deficit next year. I want to explain what they are saying in very simple terms. Lets say that I told you that next year I will make $60,000 and I will have a $30,000 deficit. You would assume that it meant that I had debt today that will carry into next year; but, that is not what is going on. What I am saying is that I plan on spending $90,000 even though I only expect to make $60,000. There is no deficit until I run up the debt next year, it doesn't exist today.
Any reasonable person would tell me to not spend more than $30,000. My response would be to say that I am going to call up all of the utility companies, my landlord and the government and explain that they have the problem in that they have to accept me paying them less for more services.
Does that sound absolutely stupid. That is because it is stupid, yet, that is what our governments tell us each year. Think about it.
