Time is the measurement of the movment of things.
If the sun did not move, an half the earth was dark half light. Their would be not measurement of night and day and no such thing as 24 hours measure in a revolution of day.
So if time is slowing down when it comes to thr expanding universe then the expanding of it is slowing.
Not to mention we measure the light from along loong time ago, meaning any changes we are seeing, have already happened threwout the universe along time ago. When time stops, so will the movment of all things. Lol
Time is not to be measured by relativity, it is to be measured by thought.
The bible says that a day to God is but a thousand years. Relative to what?
