WPA

I have mentioned this before. I believe we are going to see a new Works Progress Administration. We may need it; but, the issue is how it is designed. The WPA's focus is on infrastructure. It should create regional infrastructure centers and keep people local, as much as possible.

If we are going to do it, we need to do it soon. It will require a re-thinking of many things. If we care about the millions of unemployed then we will look to create a system of dignity.
