Well this sucks. My windows 10 program upgraded tonight and has messed up my fonts and Blogger program. So, lets focus on content. I told you years ago that we are going to charge your driving taxes based on mileage. This is nothing new, just them letting you know you are gonna be charged for everything, including breathing, that is called a carbon tax.
