"The Next News Network" and others are claiming that within Podesta's emails there was an e-mail that claims that Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina and John Kasich all received money to their PACs or SuperPacs from the Clinton campaign to stay out of the way and not support Trump during the summer. Sounds exciting doesn't it? Yet, nobody is publishing a copy of the e-mail.
Don't repeat what people say if they do not link to the source or an established outlet. The real threat to bloggers, vloggers and the alternative media (i.e. not corporate controlled) is themselves. There is nothing wrong with conjecture or opinion as long as it is not stated as FACT. There is nothing wrong with asking what motivates others, there is nothing wrong with questioning motives; but, if you are going to state something as fact you had better be able to point to a source that can be sued rather than you.
Censorship is coming. It will not be government censorship per se, it will be instituted by private companies like Facebook and Twitter and has already begun. You wait and see, the United Nations will make a treaty that says what can and cannot be allowed on the internet or at least that will be the effect of the treaty. These agreements, like the actions of the European Union, are unnecessary and meant to limit free speech. Countries already have their own slander and libel laws and those apply to the internet.
Let's say I post an article claiming that Barak Obama is a gay child molester, that might be allowed as political speech about a public figure. Say the same thing about your ex-wife and you could be sued unless you have proof. If you claim it about President Obama you are just a fool. Unsubstantiated claims without evidence undermine your credibility. Protect freedom of speech by acting responsibly.

More Fake News From the Washington Post - Russia Did NOT Attack Our Power Grid
The Washington Post - Russian operation hacked a Vermont utility, showing risk to U.S. electrical grid security, officials say.
The Washington Post story begins with this statement, "A code associated with the Russian hacking operation dubbed Grizzly Steppe by the Obama administration has been detected within the system of a Vermont utility, according to U.S. officials." Firstly the "code" is not "associated" with Russia, Grizzly Steppe or anyone other than low grade hackers. The code is basically convincing someone to reset their password and that password is then given to the hacker. This is NOT high tech hacking, this is common everyday fishing that is used by most hackers out there. Secondly, NO code was found on the Vermont utilities "system. The reset password scam was accepted by someone who worked for the utility on, supposedly. someone's work laptop. I personally managed the systems group for a $250 million a year organization and guess what, this is pretty common especially when people use their laptops to view porn or other such garbage using company laptops.
Even the Washington Post is already backing off this fake news as at the end of the article they say this, "An earlier version of this story incorrectly said that Russian hackers had penetrated the U.S. electric grid. Authorities say there is no indication of that so far. The computer at Burlington Electric that was hacked was not attached to the grid." This is a common propaganda technique used by the media, say one thing in your headline and then walk it back in the article hoping that nobody reads the whole article. The Pimpernel reads whole articles and you should too.
The mere fact that this article comes out a day after the FBI posted their fake report which showed NO evidence of Russia hacking the DNC should raise questions and if you read the whole Washington Post article you will note that the Vermont Utility and the fed don't even know when this laptop was infected.

The Smoking Pile of ...
I cannot call this a smoking gun because the gun doesn't have any bullets in it. Yesterday the FBI released the linked report claiming that Russian agencies hacked organizations in the United States.
FBI - GRIZZLY STEPPE – Russian Malicious Cyber Activity.
I have actually bothered reading the report and not one shred of evidence is provided to prove that Russia was involved in anything. Read the report for yourself. Claims without evidence are fake news. The Pimpernel wouldn't make claims that I cannot substantiate so why should I accept such claims from others without proof.
Saying that someone has been hacked is different that saying you know who did it. The FBI report provides NO information about the IP addresses that were responsible for the hack, nor does it even identify the nations associated with those IP addresses. NONE.
Now a little history. The CIA lied to get us into the Vietnam war and the Iraq war. The FBI for it's part has failed to jail anyone for crashing the economy in 2007-2008. Don't accept claims that are not actionable. I have said this regarding "pizzagate" and intentionally do not make unsubstantiated claims especially ones that could cause risky actions.
Let's start with the basics of reporting and charging someone with a crime. Who, what, when, where, why and how.
Who. Does the FBI report identify who the hackers are? No it does not. It does not claim Guccifer or any other hacker was involved.
What. What specifically was taken? We are not told in the FBI report.
When. We are not told specifically when anything was taken in the report. We are told vagaries about what might have been viewed; but, not when.
Where. We are not told where the supposed hacks were from because the IP addresses of those supposedly involved are not mentioned once. If you are going to hack from Russia than the IP address would be a Russian IP.
Why. The report does not say why hacks occurred. Nowhere in the report does it say that the hacks were done to effect the election because you cannot presume intent.
How. The most basic question is left unanswered. Instead we are told all the many ways that people may have been hacked and rather than being fancy, they are the exact same ways in which spammers and thieves go after data online. There is no special Russian way of hacking, all hacking is the same and some of the most famous hackers were just kids.
Now lets get back to the media's irresponsibility. Nowhere in the FBI report does it mention WikiLeaks. Nowhere in the report does it mention Putin. Nowhere in the report does it mention how the election was impacted. So, why is the media claiming things that are NOT in the report? The corporate media is as bad as the people who made mindless extrapolations about "pizzagate". It is a shame that we have to fact check the corporate media and even worse that they provide no facts, only unsubstantiated accusations.
Let me ask this really simple question. IF the electoral college denied Trump the presidency based on this report, would you feel good about it? There is NO connection between Trump and the Russians in this report and this is the report that the Clinton supporters wanted the electoral college without the rest of us seeing it.

More on Russia and the Media
About a week ago Russia announced it was modernizing it's nuclear capability. A day or two later Trump said he would do the same. The media ignored what Russia said and stated that Trumps statement meant that he was crazy and might cause a nuclear war.
Chicago Tribune - Commentary: Could Trump start a nuclear war with a single tweet?
Then comes today and President Obama throws out 35 Russian diplomats and closes two of their embassies. This is in addition to Obama saying that we are going to retaliate against Russia for "hacking the election" And how did they hack the election and where is the proof. Well, Obama claims that Russia hacked the DNC and gave the information on Podesta's e-mails to WikiLeaks. The only problem is that WikiLeaks didn't get the information from Russia, it got the information from a Sanders supporter inside the DNC and most likely from Seth Rich, the IT guy in the DNC that was shot in the back of the head.
It should probably be noted that two Russian diplomats were killed within the last week or so. The simple question is why isn't the media concerned about saber rattling by Obama and Hillary; but, worried over Trump?
The globalist corporate media has made it very clear that they did not like Brexit (Britain leaving the European Union), does not like Russia because they are not globalist in nature and detests the fact that America, Italy and France are all rejecting globalism and want national boundaries.
While this is all going on, Obama passed the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which calls for the government using propaganda within the United States and the European Union is saying they are going to fine websites like Facebook and Twitter if they do not censor what people can say.
New York Times - Germany Threatens to Fine Facebook Over Hate Speech.
Constitutionally, foreign countries do not have the right to fine American companies for what is on the internet. It is also against international law. They have the right to ban things within their borders and keep out the internet like North Korea does; but, they do not have the right to regulate content. Now in an attempt to get around that, the United States gave away control of the internet.
The Washington Post - U.S. to relinquish remaining control over the Internet.
Remember all my posts about ICANN, the group that oversees your ability to find things on the internet? The government gave up control of that even though our taxes paid for it and the internet. The Pimpernel was talking about this coming seven years plus ago. When I first talked about this people could not hear me. I hired computer analysts that worked for me and not one of them was ever able to tell me who owned or controlled the internet.
The dumbest people I know are all experts. They are dumb because they don't pay attention to the details. If you think you understand things, you stop learning and that is a fail because the world is always changing. People only learn as much as they need to be successful as a rule and that is true for experts. The Pimpernel seeks to become an expert on everything he talks about which is why I spend over 12 hours a day, every day, reading and watching everything I can.
My day starts with taking my dog out to do his business. After that I have my coffee and while drinking it I read Fox News, Drudge Report, the L.A. Daily News, the Los Angeles Times, Yahoo News, MSN News, one of the many English newspapers, Ain't it Cool News and then I check my blog and e-mails. That is all done by the time I finish my coffee and then the real work begins. I may or may not eat something; but, usually not or something like a pickle or an olive. Then I check my phone to see if I got any calls or texts. Then I begin by reading all the offbeat and alternative media I can from the left, right and any other perspective that you can imagine. That is followed by watching and listening to all the media from the day before and that happened in the morning.
About 7 or 8 years ago I was on a website as a simple member. I met one of the owners, a systems consultant. I told her that they were going to regulate the internet and control what you could say. She laughed at me and called me a conspiracy theorist. She then moved to Australia and found out that they wanted to control which websites you could visit. That woke her up along with something else that she never told me about; but, I could see impacted her.
This blog was specifically created to be a magic trick, an illusion for a very few people who were watching the Pimpernel, ergo the name which I have used since day one. Try reading the Scarlett Pimpernel and it begins to become clearer. Yet, I only publish what I can back up and believe to show bits of truth, even if that truth is the intent behind those who seek to control you. I let you see their words in documents of theirs, often on their own websites. I write to confuse the people who seek to monitor me and inform those who seek to understand how this world works.
When they begin censoring blogs, they may come after this little thing. Not at first; but later. The mistake is in thinking that I did not plan for these changes that I have been writing about for almost a decade. Here is what is going to happen next and it is very tricky.
Firstly, international bodies like the European Union will begin to fine companies like Facebook or Twitter for allowing "fake news" and "hate speech and "offensive language" and anything other useful buzz phrases they come up with. The Facebooks and Twitters of the world will then pass those charges on to their users by putting in their agreements that if they are sued for what you write then you are responsible for the fine and because nobody reads those terms of use agreements, the courts will begin (not at the first case but after it) enforcing those agreements and dissent will come at a literal price. Get it?
Let me ask a simple question. If North Korea said they had the right to fine Facebook for allowing people to say it was a bad government, would we allow that? So why would we allow the European Union to do the same?

More Hypocricy and Stupidity
I don't quite know what President Obama is attempting to do as he leaves office. First he lets Israel be censored by the United Nations over Israelis who are building homes in the Sinai while at the same time he is protecting illegal aliens in America. Lets think about this a little bit more.
The United States is allowing people to disregard our borders, come here illegally, receive benefits and stay here even after they break our laws by committing violent crimes; but, he doesn't believe Israelis should be allowed to live outside of their borders. Wait, it gets better, President Obama believes that Syrians and others from the middle east should be allowed to move into Europe without any vetting; but, he doesn't believe Israelis should be allowed to move into Syria or other Arab areas without permission.
Today the President announced he is kicking out 35 Russians from the United States because he is mad at their government; but, he doesn't believe we should kick out Iranians because we are mad at their government or Saudis because their government supports terrorists like the ones who blew up the twin towers.
Hillary Clinton supports open borders and bringing in millions of immigrants, in-vetted, from the middle east; but, doesn't believe you should be allowed to leave this country without a passport and supported the no fly list to prevent people from leaving this country. Where is the consistency with any of these people? Let me ask this simple question, why do I need a passport to go to England or France or Germany; but, Arabs do not when they come from countries that are known to have large numbers of terrorists?
MSN - Fiscal Times - Trump jolts the pharmaceutical industry with vow to 'bring down drug prices'. Something that is not being talked about much is the fact that Trump intends to go after big pharma to bring down drug prices. I wonder why the media is not supporting and talking about this more? Oh yeah, I forgot, we are one of the few western countries that allows pharmaceutical companies to advertise their products on television and in newspapers.
MSN - AP - What it means if Trump names China a currency manipulator. When President Obama calls China a currency manipulator he gets praise in the media, when Trump says it, the media says he is lying.
The Express - SCIENCE WARNING: Messing with genes could WIPE OUT geniuses from the earth. The title sort of says it all.

Pimpernel Had an Amazing Year
I began this year losing my apartment and being forced to move. It turned out to be a great thing and I liked where I lived. This is a better situation. We see so many things in a year. I watched the establishment wring their hands and become hysterical over Trump becoming President. I told you I didn't care if Trump or Sanders won as long as the establishment understood that this is their "let them eat cake" moment. If they don't catch on, I am scared for what the future may hold.
The year ends with my wishing others to heal and my being offered a substantial amount of money to do the thing I do the way I do it. I enjoyed 2016 and look forward to 2017. I hope you do too.

Media Contradicts Itself, Again About Trump
Ever since election night the corporate media has been claiming that Trump is a pawn of the Russians. Stephen Colbert literally claimed that the election meant that the Russians had won the cold war. The media has been talking about Russia as if it were still a communist nation while ignoring the fact that China IS a communist nation.
Now the media is claiming that Trump wants a new cold war and is antagonizing Russia by saying we need to upgrade our nuclear arsenal. You cannot have it both ways, either Trump is working for Russia or he is a new cold war advocate.
The media's response to Trump exposes itself for what it is, propaganda and not very convincing at that.

Merry Christmas 2016
I wish a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah to all my readers. If you do not celebrate those holidays than pick a salutation for those who do. May the coming year be ever more interesting and may we all grow.

Electoral College Lies
The establishment is actively fighting to fix the electoral college and the mainstream media seems unconcerned about it. In fact, there is a new video from celebrities calling for members of the electoral college who are pledged to vote for Trump to vote for anyone else. You should watch this and get angry.
YouTube - A Message for Electors to Unite For America.
I could not be more disgusted. I will explain why.
They begin by saying they are making a message specifically for the members of the electoral college. Why? They are not talkin to all Americans because they don't care about all Americans. They are actively promoting rigging the electoral college and in the open. What is wrong with them?
At about 5 seconds in they make the claim that the electoral college to protect us from a demagogue. Please, idiot morons that do not have legal degrees, don't preach the constitution to me. I not only have a Law Degree with honors; but, one of those honors is the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law. It drives me crazy when people who haven't spent their lives learning about this tell me what it means and make basic mistakes. Which they do for the rest of the video. It is okay to disagree over minutia; but, you should at least understand the basics and they don't.
Martin Sheen quotes the Federalist Papers without understanding that they are not dispositive of anything. They were specifically written to urge for the ratification of the constitution by one side. They were propaganda pieces, read your history morons. This is a basic thing in law, it is pretty simple. A judge must ask himself what was intended when a law was written to try and be true to it. Sometimes that is tough because some laws were written when blacks were considered less than a whole person and women were not considered people who could vote at all. The difference between strict and loose constructionists of the constitution is NOT simple.
Hamilton was an elitist. Hamilton did not believe in democracy for all. He believed that your betters should choose for you and he lost that battle. The constitution allowed people other than land owners to vote too. By the way, Hamilton did not write the Constitution so all he could do was given an opinion and suggestions.
This video takes comments from Hamilton about why the electoral was useful in limiting democracy and claims they are the truth; but, it is not correct. The truth is what was passed is what is law. The truth is what was passed got passed because it did not say what he wrote in the Federalist papers. The fact is that many states passed the constitution with an electoral college because it gave a say to the states with fewer people rather than have all decisions being made by the large cities, it gave some say to the rural areas too. If it had been to only benefit the big cities then many states would not have joined the union.
After saying misinformation about what the constitution means they then proceed to tell the electors to "vote their conscience". What a lot of garbage. They were not given the job to vote their conscience as that would deny democracy to those who disagree with the elites and we didn't pass that. We did not create a House of Lords. We already have elected federal officials for every state and each state has as many senators and representatives in congress as they have electors in the electoral college. That is why if the electoral college does not do it's job, the election is thrown into the congress and that is what these people really want; but, they are not smart or truthful enough to tell you that.
What elitists like is when your decisions can be made by unelected bureaucrats and that is what electors are. Did you vote for electors or candidates? The parties pick your electors and that is NOT in the constitution.
One of the imbeciles in the video says that the American people trust that the voice of the electors speaks for us all. That is nonsense. They only speak for the voters of their state. They were chosen to go to Washington D.C. to represents the voters of their states choice. That is the only reason they get to vote.
The real endgame is not to have Trump denied the presidency by the electoral college because it will only get thrown to the congress and they know that and admit that in the video. The real endgame is to ignore the smaller states and the Midwest. That is the same reason that many now want to eliminate the electoral college. Their real game is to let the congress which does not represent you now choose your president; but, we did not create a Parliament like England. We did not choose to have the congress pick our president, we wanted the states to pick our president based on who the people in their state voted for.
This video is not proclaiming democracy, it is calling for elitism and what would it mean for the future if the states do not choose the president based on the electoral college? What would the precedent of allowing electors to pick our next president be when they were not sent to the electoral college to do that? It would mean the end of representational democracy, not the beginning of direct democracy.

I Am Afraid My Dog Will Be Deported
I am petrified that my dog will be deported. He is a Mexican Chihuahua and has been fixed, which I guess makes him transgendered. I don't dress him up in dresses so I cannot call him a transvestite. He cried the night Trump got elected and so did I. President elect Trump, please don't deport my dog.
FYI - The truth is that I do have a Chihuahua; but, he is not fixed. I paid the extra money to let him keep his testicles and I don't actually breed him. I pay the extra money so that I don't have to force him to have a sex change operation. Why is it that people who are okay with transgender think all dogs must loose their gender and sexuality. Why do people who are good with all gender identifications believe dogs must be spayed or neutered?
Why do people who are against all circumcisions think it is okay to spay and neuter dogs? Why do the people who are animal rights people believe that all dogs should be spayed or neutered?
You will say that it is different, that it is a case of too many stray dogs. Hmmm, if you believe that then are you against killing other wild animals when they overpopulate, like mountain lions? The United States government has allowed the killing of untold numbers of wild horses, why didn't they just spay and neuter them?
Long time readers will know, this blog has switched it's purpose many times. I think the last year was mostly about the media and the election lies. I think I should make it's new direction just looking at throwing curve balls at people's inconsistencies.

Calling For Faithless Electors Has Nothing to do With Russia
Fox - Podesta backs bid to overturn electoral vote.
Yahoo - The December 19 Electoral College Vote Must Be Postponed Until We Figure Out What's Going On With Russian Electoral Interference.
The Morning Call - Electoral College should support Kasich, not Trump.
YouTube - CNN - Ex-CIA operative calls for new election.
Reuters - Exclusive: Top U.S. spy agency has not embraced CIA assessment on Russia hacking - sources. Wait the head of the organization that oversees all 17 intelligence agencies in the United States does not believe there is proof that Russia hacked anything.
There is currently a lot of talk about why electors to the electoral college should vote for someone other than Trump. The lie is that they are promoting is that Russia hacked Podesta's emails and gave them to WikiLeaks. I will prove this is a lie.
Firstly, here is the post I wrote in March before Trump had even become the Republican nominee.
TTIIY - Why Do We Pay For Non-Democratic and Non-Representative Primaries. In it I linked to a post in the Washington Post.
Washington Post - The electoral college could still stop Trump, even if he wins the popular vote. At the time I wrote that post, WikiLeaks had not released Podesta's emails and Russia wasn't discussed AT ALL.
TTIIY - Manipulating the Electoral College to Fix the Race. I wrote this post back in August, prior to Trump winning and linked to three separate articles calling for the electoral college to refuse to vote for Trump if he won the election. None of those articles discussed Russia or WikiLeaks as being the reason for the electors to violate their constitutional duty. The linked articles are from the same newspapers that are now calling for faithless electors because of Russia, the only thing that has changed is their excuse.

Free Speech and "Fake News"
Anyone who reads my blog will notice that I am selective in who I will link to. However, in addition to the mainstream media that I will link to, I also read and watch lots of alternative media; both left and right. Today I am going to link and embed some of these alternative sources.
Since the election has ended there has been a concerted effort to go after the alternative media and has been labeling all non-corporate media as "fake news". The poster child for this attack has been "pizzagate". Now, I personally wrote a post here saying that those pushing the pizzagate narrative were being foolish and libelous. My point was simple, if you cannot provide actionable evidence of a crime then you should not accuse people of committing a crime. I also stated in that post that this story would be used to limit free speech and now it is.
One of the people who has been accused of being a leader in fake news is Alex Jones of Infowars. I do not recall ever having linked to his site; but, I read and watch his reports daily. In fact I also watch The Young Turks daily and they are the exact opposite of Infowars on most issues. Jones would be associated with the Libertarian-Patriot movement and The Young Turks are associated with the Progressive movement. I watch both and many more to get a 360 degree perspective on the news. I don't link to or agree with either of them most of the time because I do not believe in either a left or right perspective and have said many times that there is no more Democratic party or Republican party, their is just a corporate party using the Democrats and Republicans for the benefit of the establishment and wealthy.
The last 18 months have exposed the mainstream media as completely biased and this is not surprising as 90% of our media is owned by 6 companies. Monopolies always ignore the truth and what is correct in exchange for having their monopoly. This election cycle we have seen members of the media openly say they do not need to be objective (Washington Post and New York Times among others) and have seen them provide debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance of debates, clear articles through the Clinton campaign and countless actions designed to propagandize in order to get Hillary elected. The result of their failure to determine the outcome of the election is that companies are now questioning the value of the mainstream media in selling products and ideas and advertising revenue is dropping across the board for them. At the same time, the alternative media is exploding and growing.
As the mainstream media goes after the alternative media I think my readers should know what is out there and judge for themselves these alternative sources.
So, here is some of the alternative media that I read daily.
YouTube - The Alex Jones Channel
YouTube - H.A. Goodman
Mr. Goodman is a Sanders supporter and progressive. He is not a conservative or even a Republican.
YouTube - styxhexenhammer666
Styx is a Libertarian and an Occultist. Having said that, he gives a fairly good overview of facts and his analysis is worthy of hearing.
YouTube - The Jimmy Dore Show
Mr. Dore is a Progressive and a sometime comedian.
YouTube - Secular Talk
The person who makes this show is a Progressive and anti-religious; but, again some good analysis.
YouTube - Mark Dice
I don't watch this guy everyday as I find him somewhat annoying; but, sometimes he is funny and points out things worth thinking about.
YouTube - The Young Turks
Cenk, the leader of this channel. is a Progressive and Sanders supporter.

Patent Law and Jobs
So President elect Trump convinced Carrier to keep about 1,000 jobs in the United States that they were going to send to Mexico and certain Republicans complained that he was picking winners and losers. They have stated that the President should not get involved in business matters. I want to discuss what can be done to get the attention of companies that outsource.
Lets consider only enforcing patent laws for companies that build products in the United States. Giving patents is choosing winners and losers. If it is wrong to pick winners and losers than we can eliminate patents and copyright.
Other things we can do is refuse to allow products to be sold in the United States if the products were not made in an environmentally friendly way or if they have been transported here on one of the 500 hundred cargo ships that pollute more than ALL the cars in the United States combined. We already ban many products, like elephant ivory, that people wish to sell.
Finally, if a company hides money overseas then we nationalize them and bring the money back. If you don't pay your taxes the government can take your house from you. There are a lot of things that could be done to bring jobs back.

Money and Media
YouTube - Mark Blyth ─ Global Trumpism. This is a good video of a lecture by a world famous economist. What he is discussing is anti-globalism on the left and right. I don't agree with everything he said; but, his discussion of the economy is dead on.
Yahoo - Fannie and Freddie's fate depends on whether Trump goes with John or Jeb. The reality is that Wall Street would like is for the government to give Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to Wall Street. We created it, we funded it and Wall Street wants the profit. They have been saying this for a couple of years and I wrote about it them, this is just a reminder.
YouTube - The Media's Meltdown Over Donald Trump Victory - The Bolt Report. The view from Australia and New Zealand. Interesting to see how they understand that the election was driven by people wanting jobs while our own media does not.
Bloomberg - Ford Willing to Work With Trump If Policies Are Right: CEO. Ford in a preemptive roll is saying that they will keep jobs here if they get to tell the government what the fuel economy goals should be. That approach will be a loser with democrats and Trump supporters.
YouTube - UKIP Nigel Farage MEP on BBC Questions - Donald Trump & BREXIT. The views in England regarding Trump.
Yahoo - Reuters - Web giants to cooperate on removal of extremist content. "Web giants YouTube , Facebook , Twitter and Microsoft will step up efforts to remove extremist content from their websites by creating a common database." This is called illegal collusion and is a violation of anti-trust laws.

The Economy and Trump
Washington Post - Trump just scored perhaps the biggest victory of his new tenure. But it comes with a huge asterisk. Lets start with the fact that the Washington Post hates Trump and go back and look at the links I posted to their articles over the last year and a half. They knew Trump was going to win the electoral college six months ago and back then were talking about how electors could be faithless to stop him from winning while still saying it was impossible for him to win. They knew the polls were lies. Well, Trump convinced Carrier (the air conditioner manufacturer) to keep 1,000 jobs in the United States that were scheduled to be sent to Mexico and he did it in a brilliant way. He threatened to not give their parent company government contracts and the parent company makes war machines.
The only thing the United States makes in the United States is war machines. It provides the best jobs here and it is a crime and treason to give those patents to other countries. LOL. In fact, it is an international crime to sell nuclear secrets and many other weapon secrets. Real hard to outsource. Trump knew that these companies are connected and that subsidiaries are an illusion. Why haven't we done this before? Why didn't Obama do it before? Why did Bush allow Halliburton, the people who make the most money from supplying the army, keep their headquarters in the United States and allow them to move their headquarters to Dubai? You think Halliburton might be just a little bit concerned right now. It was a brilliant move, period. I wish I had thought of it.
UPDATE:
So I started this post yesterday and did not finish it. Today the media responded to Trump saving these manufacturing jobs.
Yahoo - CNBC - Trump's Carrier speech 'absolutely chilling,' economic analyst says.
MSN - USA Today - Carrier incentives stir debate over 'rewarding' offshoring.
The response to saving manufacturing jobs is to say that it is a bad thing. Huh? You have to scratch your head and wonder why keeping manufacturing jobs here is a bad thing. The answer is depressing. For the past 40 years the politicians have all been owned by the business class. The government has been unresponsive to the voters. Trump has shown he meant what he said and that bothers the owners who were used to doing whatever they want.
Let me say it again. They don't care about you or this country and do not like the fact that you can vote to change the rules and control the companies. They don't like democracy, they don't like a strong middle class and they like rigging the system. Trump they fear will fight back.

Let's Weaken Democricy
Telegraph - US climate commitment 'irreversible', Francois Hollande warns Donald Trump. After Trump was elected President, the President of France said that we have no choice but to agree to the Paris agreement on the environment. Lets be very clear, treaties only become treaties after congress approves them and the President signs them. The Paris Accords ARE NOT LAW and this moron knows that. He said if we don't go along with them as if they were law that France might put a tariff on the United States. This man is a globalist piece of garbage who does not respect people right to vote or democracy. That was stated in another article; but, I forgot to save it.
MSN - The Los Angeles Times - Secessionists formally launch quest for California's independence. The media tried to portray this as an anti-Trump thing; but, it is nonsense. In fact this movement has been going on for two years, even before Trump said he would run for office. There was a separate movement to break up California into 6 states. The same people are behind both of these, they are the tech industry leaders trying to take over control and weaken control over them.
Yahoo - Business Insider - Californians might vote in 2018 on taking steps toward secession in a 'Calexit'.
RT - Ex-PM John Major: Brexit terms can’t be decided by ‘tyranny of majority’. The "tyranny" of the majority is what we call democracy. I will repeat what I have said many times before, the owners do not like you voting or wish to hear your opinion.
Yahoo - Christian Science Monitor - Why India's prime minister wants a cashless society. 60% of Indians want to keep cash. A couple of years ago I linked to an article about how India was in the process of getting biometric data on all of it's citizens and was getting ready to finish the process. I guess they finished it because the biometrics is your identification when we all go cashless. While I have talked a lot about the election in the past year, I have written about the move to cashless since the blog began and there are many posts about it.
MSN - Market Watch - Opinion: Why deporting millions of people would be bad for U.S. workers. The argument they make is that if we repatriated people here illegally to their own nations they would no longer buy goods here. The reality is that businesses want them here because they don't get paid as much or have any protections. This has always been the reality for them. The companies see them as a commodity like grapes, same as they see the rest of us.

Some in finance like the idea as long as they get to invest your money and others don't want it because if you are saving you are not spending.

Fox 5 - California regulates cow farts. It has nothing to do with climate change in reality, it is about increasing the cost for meat. Peasants don't need meat.
Forbes - Thanks To 'Fight For $15' Minimum Wage, McDonald's Unveils Job-Replacing Self-Service Kiosks Nationwide. Well to begin with, the title of the article is a lie. These kiosks were begun prior to the fight for $15 an hour. Pure and utter propaganda.
The Washington Post - Trump’s populism is about to face a rude awakening.
The talk about Trump being racist, xenophobic, sexist and whatever else is ending and the real issues continue to expose themselves. This is about the rich versus the poor. It is about business versus the workers. It is about oligarchy versus democracy. That has never changed as long as the world has been around.

Jill Stein and the Proposed Recount
Jill Stein represented the Green Party and clearly lost in her run for President. In the election she won 1.4 million votes. Trump received 62.4 million votes and Hillary Clinton won 64.6 million votes. The electoral votes going to Trump equal 306 electoral votes and Hillary received 232 electoral votes. Stein received 0 electoral votes.
Stein has asked for a recount in 3 states. Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. In Michigan she received 51,000 votes with Trump getting 2.2 million votes. In Wisconsin she received 31,000 votes with Trump getting 1.4 million votes. In Pennsylvania she received 49,000 votes and Trump received 2.9 million votes. Stein received less than 3% of the vote in every state.
Stein raised and spent only 3 million dollars for her campaign; but, since losing she has received 5 million dollars to fight for the recount. Where did the money come from. It did not come from her supporters they had a year and a half and she could only raise 3 million for her campaign, so who is paying for the recount?
Politically it would have looked bad for Hillary to call for the recount so her camp used Stein to do it for them and she sold out. There is no possible way for a recount to help Stein, none. After Stein requested the recount, Hillary came out to say that she would support it. How convenient and this occurs after she had already conceded.
So what is the purpose of the recount? The purpose is to challenge the electors in those states to vote for Hillary and switch the state vote. They are looking for a reason that would make those electoral college voters vote for Hillary even though she lost in those states. I wrote about this over six months ago and it is not surprising to me and it shouldn't be to you.

Pizzagate? The Coonsequence of Fake News and Being Like the Mass Media.
I recently started seeing articles about something being called "Pizzagate". I didn't read any of them until today after someone mentioned it to me. A number of years ago I posted links to a couple of videos on YouTube, "Boys for Sale" and "Conspiracy of Silence". The two videos are about pedophiles connected to the powerful and rich in Washington D.C. and Texas. I also posted an F.B.I. flyer showing symbolism used by pedophiles, specifically an all seeing eye in the shape of a pyramid that was used on coins and as jewelry. My readers may remember that I also posted about Jimmy Saville prior to his being fully exposed as a pedophile in England.
So, I started watching videos explaining this pizzagate. I am not posting links to them because I am not convinced that they haven proven anything. So here is what we do and do not know as of this moment.
1. Huma Abedin's husband, Anthony Weiner" sent naked pictures to young women and ended up being investigated by Federal and local authorities.
2. As a result of that investigation the email server use by Hillary Clinton went back into the news.
3. There are a number of emails published by WikiLeaks from Podesta's account that talk about "pizza" and it is pretty clear it is often used as code for something else. This is something that people who take drugs do too. Instead of saying you want pot, people would say they wanted flowers or more greenery or whatever their code word was.
4. Nobody and not one video has provided evidence that could be used in a court of law to arrest or charge anyone with a specific crime.
Now, this will be used to discredit anyone who disagrees with the official story about anything. This will be the poster boy for going after "fake news". I will not participate in such things. My readers should know that if I cannot back it up, I will not post it. I provide links to verifiable sources when I make claims and most often to source documents. When I say that the Canadian government is planning for bail ins, I provide a link to their official site that shows the law they passed that says just that.
I have been writing this blog for almost 7 years and not once has anybody claimed that I was making up facts. While people may not appreciate it, I spend all day reading the news and fact checking against source documents that I can prove. People can deny my conclusions but they cannot deny my source documents and nobody ever has. Technically I would be considered "alt media"; but, they cannot accuse me of being fake news.
I do not monetize this site, I make no money from it, not a penny. I don't get recognized as the writer of this blog because it is anonymous and has been from day one. If YouTube or Blogger start censoring, it will not effect me because I follow the rules of writing and do not slander or liable people, I verify and provide access to what others have reported in the "mainstream media" to show how we are manipulated.
People who do mot believe in climate change propaganda are called climate change deniers; but, I provided links to the 800,000 years of ice core data that showed it is nonsense. That is information that is not used by climate change "scientists". I provided links to the actual information about tree ring climate information that is ignored by the people saying we are going through manmade climate change. You can write controversial stuff without making things up or freaking out.
Hysteria in the alt media will lead to it's regulation. I anticipated that which is why I follow strict rules in writing this blog. You do not see the Pimpernel cussing or slandering people for a reason. I don't just post whatever news is on my mind. While you may not know it, I sometimes take weeks to post about a single article or report while I think about it. Look for that in the news sources that you follow.
I read a lot of biased and crazy stuff to look for issues; but, I never use whack jobs as source material. I do not trust alarmists or gold bugs (people who write stuff so they can sell more gold or anything else). I don't hawk products, I don't ask for money and I don't make things up.
There is a coming purge of the internet, the powers that be will be demonetizing sites that don't act responsibly. That may be good or bad; but, it is coming. It will not effect this blog one bit. I have built it to be lawsuit proof and will stand by everything I write in a court of law if sued.
I don't use Facebook; but, I am sure some of my readers do. If you do then please make sure that you only post what you can verify or pictures of cats and food. Please maintain reliability in what you post as truth rather than just make speculations.
In my personal life, the Pimpernel is respected in business for being truthful and seeing what others might miss. I have just been offered some piece work, a consulting gig by people I like and respect and who oddly enough might like and respect me. That is an honor and I can use the money. I haven't even been given any hard requirements, it is sort of a "look at this and advise us" sort of job. If I feel I cannot be of any use, I will refuse the job as they would expect based on their years of being across the table from me. The alt media has to be the same.
The mass media has lost all respect because they have ceased having any integrity. The same will happen to the alternative media if we follow in their footsteps.

All the Post Election Noise Explained
This is the noisiest post election in my life. There are a couple of reasons for this.
1. There are those that hope that if they make enough noise electors will violate their trust and vote in the electoral college differently than the people of their state voted and the election will be given to Hillary instead of Trump. That noise will end in December after the electoral college meets. Just so you know, the Electoral college is a constitutional mandate. To claim that it is undemocratic because it gives small states a say would be the same as saying congress is undemocratic because your state gets the same number of electors as it gets congressional representation.
2. The blaming game amongst Democrats over why they lost the election will continue for longer. The Democratic party is fighting over who they will represent. The Democratic party used to represent the working class; but, turned their back on them to outreach to changing demographics, especially the Latino vote and people in the tech industry. Right now they are fighting over whether or not they are going to make efforts to reach out to the Midwest and working class and the party establishment wants to continue ignoring them while the progressive wing wants to stick to supporting their Midwest rust belt working class voters. My guess is that they will continue with the path they have been on and lose the Midwest.
3. The Republican party, for it's part, is attempting to guide Trump to follow their old policies that he has already rejected. Trump is not a hawk; but, is instead more protectionist and isolationist. He is not focused on "social issues" or "wedge issues". Those are issues like abortion, gay marriage, marijuana legalization, and other non-economic issues. The Republican establishment, like the Democratic establishment, is infighting over who they are going to represent over whether or not it will represent the working class and middle class or go after Latino and tech voters.
4. The media is adding to all the above noise because they were unable to stop Trump winning and it shows that they are not as powerful as they thought they were. It also demonstrates that they over charge for advertising. MSN - Wall Street Journal - After Trump's Win, Ad Agencies Worry They Misunderstand Consumers.

The Reality of the Midwest, Not Glee
Lima, Ohio is the town where the show Glee takes place. If you watch the show it has a lot of middle class happy people and they are all doing well. That is not the reality. In 1999 a documentary was made about the town. The show was called, "Lost in Middle America (and what happened next).
Lima is like a lot of the Midwest, deindustrialized with less and less hope. While it is relatively easy for people who are doing well and living on the coast to disparage Trump voters as racist, xenophobic and sexist, the reality is a little more complicated. For people in Detroit, Pittsburg and hundreds of cities in the Midwest, there are no jobs. These people want jobs and they are laughed at by people in Washington D.C. and New York as stupid.
The Democratic party used to be for the workers; but, no longer. It is focused on social issues and ignores economic ones. The new Democrats are people who make their money in the tech industries and minorities. That is the reality. The Republican party in the meantime is now filled with people in the financial industry and what is left of the manufacturing workers. This election was about traditional workers in both parties revolting against their parties establishment.
In regards to the Democratic party, the establishment won and the workers lost. Hillary said nothing about bringing jobs back or even slowing their leaving. In regards to the Republican party, the workers won and the establishment lost. Trump mainly spoke about bringing jobs back.
Both parties are now reshaping themselves and it will be interesting to see if either party reaches out to the working class in the future. The media, for it's part, has made it clear, they do not like, respect or want to hear from the workers who have lost their jobs. They could at least show some sympathy and try and offer something to them; but, they just don't care about them.

Crazy Talk All Around
Yahoo - CNBC - Op-Ed: I'm calling BS on Trump's promise to 'bring back' jobs. An article ridiculing people who think we can have jobs in the United States. They don't care about you.
Huffington Post - The Electoral College Was Designed To Prevent Trump. You Can Make This Happen. If you read the article it basically says that Democracy is bad and your betters should vote against how your state voted.
Huffington Post - Electoral College Can Stop Unfit Trump — With Another Republican.
Foreign Policy - Trump Won Because Voters Are Ignorant, Literally. They don't respect the average American because they believe they are better than you.
The New York Post - The one scenario that could still get Hillary into the White House.
AOL - How Hillary Clinton could still get in the White House.
YouTube - California Wants To Exit USA Now That Donald Trump Is President -Calexit. Baloney, they wanted to leave already.
Fox - New York Times publisher vows to 'rededicate' paper to reporting honestly. They are so afraid that their readership is going to go down because they were so partisan. It will.
MSN - The Hill - Two presidential electors to colleagues: Dump Trump . Democrats calling on Republican electors to vote for Kasich or Romney instead of Trump. Treason. The establishment does not like Democracy.
Yahoo - France’s Sarkozy Urges Tax On US Goods If Trump Exits Paris Deal. France likes the idea of a trade war. We are not part of the European Union, we are an independent country and can decide our policies and which treaties we will sign.

The Cat Pack
According to multiple sources, including the Internet Movie Database (IMDB), there is going to be a takeoff on Oceans 11 with a female cast. I am not making this up and it is going to be called "Oceans 8". So right off the bat they are short changing them by 3.
This is just a stupid idea and I will explain why. One of my daughters and I have had many conversations about the new Ghostbusters and why it failed. We both agreed it was a dumb idea and it was. Lets start with the audience that you are seeking out. Adolescent boys. What do adolescent boys like? Well, they like adventure movies where they can imagine themselves as the hero and pretty women. Now, "Charlie's Angels" proved that you boys would ignore the hero part as long as the women were beautiful. If you think that is sexist, IT IS. Young boys are reacting to physical urges not deep seated well thought out philosophies.
Here is the other thing, why keep putting women in remakes? Why not just make an original film? Wait, I know how Hollywood works, it is pretty simple since the globalist took over the studios. The reason you have so many remakes is because it is lazy. If this story worked then lets just remake it and use women. You don't see anyone remaking "Thelma and Louise" with two men.
What if we did this. What if we required every remake to be made on a smaller budget than the original, think they would do as many remakes? Nope. Hollywood is hype, not substance. Be well and forget about politics for a bit. #NotMyPresident...For Real" and imagine Hillary.

Why Hillary Lost and Protests
Hillary could have won. The Democrats could have won the senate and house. Part of the reason they failed was because they ignored and insulted the future of the party, people who wanted change. Hillary promised no change.
Do you remember the Occupy movement? Do you remember their issues. They wanted an end to trade agreements that leave them without jobs and they wanted the banks to be regulated more. She promised neither of those things and in fact, the exact opposite. They assumed Sanders people would support her no matter what she did and that did not work out.
As for the protests. They are meaningless and silly. You do not see protests by blacks in Detroit because they don't want to see more auto jobs being outsourced. We saw protests in Philadelphia (the City of brotherly love?); but, not in Pittsburg because they want manufacturing jobs back. We did see protests in Berkley and Los Angeles because those places are not manufacturing centers and are doing pretty well. The protests are happening where the few are doing well, not where the many are doing poorly. That is the group that voted for Trump, the people who have had to bear the consequences of the disappearing jobs, high unemployment and lack of opportunity.
The Midwest is in shambles. Not because of sexism, xenophobia, racism or any other ism. The Midwest is in trouble because all the good jobs left the vast middle of this country that sits between New York and Los Angeles. Those are the people who voted for Trump and would have voted for Sanders if they had been given the chance.

People Who Supported Trump and Obama
There are people who voted for Obama twice and who just voted for Trump. That my friends is a statistical certainty. Who were they and why did they do that? Did they suddenly decide to be racist? Who are these swing voters? What were the issues that convinced swing voters to vote for Obama in the past and now vote for Trump?
Why did a higher percentage of blacks vote for Trump than voted for Romney? I don't know the answer; but, it would be interesting to know the reasons. What causes someone to vote for the Democrat one year and the Republican the next year? This question is easier than you think. It is people who don't vote for just one party; but, instead vote for the person or policies they are pushing.
So what changed the mind of swing voters? What do Obama and Trump have in common in regards to their message? Obama's motto was "Change" and in many ways so was Trump's. People are not happy and want real change. They do not like the establishment, the politicians or the media. It doesn't matter which party you vote for, nothing changes. That is what people see. Guess what, if Trump doesn't try to make changes, the voters will try something even newer to shake things up.

President Elect Trump and People's Reaction.
I stand by what I wrote two days ago. Be calm, it's over and the world will not end. I would say that even if Hillary had won. People need to understand why Trump was elected, why people voted for him and Sanders. They are fed up with politicians ignoring them and only listening to the wealthy. They are fed up with a corporate media that lies to them and most of all they are fed up with American companies sending jobs overseas. This race was not about social issues as much as the Democrats tried to make it about that. This race was about the economy.
I am watching videos of people in shock and crying because Clinton lost. Get a grip people. Celebrities didn't lose their jobs to China, working people did. Have some sympathy for them making a stand even if you dislike the stand they took. In a few months you will forget how upset you are today. The media did the public a disservice by telling them that Hillary could not lose.

Be Nice to One Another After the Election
Well it has been a crazy year and a half. We started with 17 Republican and 3 Democrats running for president. Now it is down to 2. One of them will win tomorrow. I am not making any bets and do have a preference; but, tomorrow it will all be over. The guy who votes for Hillary may be married to a Trump supporter. You can disagree on what this country needs to do and still live with the same consequences. We do. We as a nation will live with whatever the outcome of this election is. WHEN it is over, it will be over. If it goes to the electoral college it could end up in the Congress and take a few days more to finalize; but, we will all live with the consequences together and we can still enjoy each others company.
I went from supporting Sanders to supporting Trump. It has not changed my relationship with my friends and family. Most would see Sanders and Trump as being on opposite sides of things; but, they agree on one thing that I agree with, "If things don't change nothing is going to get better". The path we are on is failing and quickly.
With the things I know and the things I don't know, I don't know how tomorrow will turn out. I do know that we will need to continue to look for new ideas and in order to do that, we should work together. And, if you are going to work with people, you should try and get along with them. Be well and smile.

Catching Up On Some Old News Articles
Fox - Pension crisis: Fully funded ones a rarity. The article says that a mistake was made in the 1990s that gave people bigger payouts if they had a government funded pension. This is not quite how things went down. Most public pensions were OVERfunded in the 1990s because of how the stock market had been doing. In fact, some places like Orange County were talking about getting rid of their assets so they could bet on the stock market. Because the funds were over funded the cities and counties were required to return any amounts in excess of what was needed to the employees (because it was there money). Instead some smart politicians offered to increase benefits in exchange for delaying the required payments into the pension funds. That is what happened and when the market crashed those same municipalities and states did not want to return to making their mandatory payments or even paying the ones they had "delayed". When the stock market was rolling, municipalities stopped making payments to the pension funds or vastly decreased them.
USA Today - Bloomberg - Bloomberg helps mayors prepare for self-driving future. Here is the short on this and I have discussed this before. Your taxes are paying to change the way streets are made to benefit self driving vehicles that will take away millions of jobs. Your taxes paid to put in bike lanes and English style crosswalks because they help self driving vehicles and you have not had anyone explain this to you.
Yahoo - CNBC - Bernie Sanders is trying to single handedly kill AT&T’s $85 billion purchase of Time Warner. Lets see, 6 companies own or control 90% of the media in America and only Bernie Sanders is trying to stop further consolidation. Ask yourself why the media is allowed to become a monopoly and then after the election go back and see how they were able to collude in the open. The politicians will not break up the media and are afraid of it.
Yahoo - Electoral College tie still looms as a possibility. If this election goes to the electoral college and the electors do not vote as their state did there will be trouble in the streets.
Daily Caller - Bill Clinton Told Donors The Border Won’t Be Secure ‘For A Very Long Time’. Does that further explain why Hillary wrote how she favored open borders. Remember, the European Union has open borders basically and that is the direction that multinational corporations and globalists want to go. It does not matter how that makes you feel. The idea is to understand what is going on before having an opinion.
Yahoo - Good Morning America - Nate Silver Predicts a Close 2016 Presidential Race. We shall see. I don't have a prediction.
MSN - CBS - Could some in electoral college not vote for Clinton? If games occur in the Electoral College there will be major problems and if there is improper voting in the electoral college, it will be to benefit Hillary.

Elitist Philosophy
Foreign Policy - It’s Time for the Elites to Rise Up Against the Ignorant Masses.
Foreign Policy is a magazine for the establishment and "experts". In other words it is the garbage that the people who believe they are entitled to run your life read. The title pretty much says it all. The subtitle is, "The Brexit has laid bare the political schism of our time. It’s not about the left vs. the right; it’s about the sane vs. the mindlessly angry." The battle is not the left versus the right, it is the haves against the have not's and the truth is that fewer and fewer in this country are amongst the haves and the number of have not's is increasing as we send jobs overseas.
The bottom line is that the establishment does not care what you think and does not like the fact that we have the right to vote against their wishes. That is the battle and the media is complicit in working against the average persons best interests. That will be the great take away from this election once it is over.

What Prop 61 Actually Does
The airwaves and internet are being flooded by commercials claiming that Prop 61, "STATE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PURCHASES. PRICING STANDARDS. INITIATIVE STATUTE" is going to be the end of the world and kill everything good and decent about big pharma. Well, this is the actual proposition.
Official California Voters Guide - Prop 61.
What it actually calls for is that the state would be required to contract for drugs at the same price as is given to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a common practice in contracting already. Rather than negotiating prices you require contractors to give you the best price they provide to anyone else. I used to put this in contracts myself.
Now you might wonder why the state buys drugs. The answer is pretty simple they have to buy drugs for people that are in prison and for the National Guard. It does not end there. The state usually requires that it's contracts can be used by cities and counties and they provide drugs to people in jails. So the end result would be that the state and local governments would pay less for the prescription medicines that they are required by law to purchase. It is that simple.

Hillary's Re-investigation and the Media
On Friday it came out that the FBI was re-opening the investigation into the private server Hillary used that housed confidential information. Here is a copy of the actual letter he sent to congress regarding re-opening the investigation.
SCRIBD - Letter from Comey.
It says, "In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation." The letter starts by telling congress that it has re-opened the investigation. Well, they had to tell congress that as they had previously stated that the investigation was complete. So, apparently information was discovered that was not known when the investigation was closed.
So, lets see what we already knew. Hillary had a private server that stored classified information in violation of the law. Hillary had her people destroy information held on that server so that it could not be recovered again illegally. In a case unrelated to the server investigation additional information was found that brought into question whether or not the crime was actionable. That is specifically all we know.
Now, things that are being assumed and are probably true. The information is believed to have been discovered on a computer that was shared by Hillary's top aide, Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner. Mr. Weiner is the disgraced New York politician who sent naked pictures of himself to underage women. Now, Huma has claimed she does not know how the emails got on her computer. That strongly implies that it is indeed Huma's computer that held documents that had not been turned over to the FBI. As far as how many emails are on that computer, I have read from 10,000 to 650,000. The exact number has not been released nor what is in them.
Huma has since left the campaign trail. My guess, she is meeting with her attorneys. Now, what was found? We don't know specifically. We can assume that emails were found that were hidden or destroyed on Hillary's server. That alone would be a crime and would mean that she had destroyed evidence of a crime. By the way, if her attorneys told her to destroy it they would be guilty of a crime too.
The establishment shills and the corporate media have spent the last three days accusing the FBI of being in the pocket of the Russians and Trump. Yeah. James Comey had worked under Bush and was appointed head of the FBI by Obama. You may recall that the Bushes are supporting Hillary as is Obama. Others have attempted to say that Comey should not have notified congress that he was reopening the case because it might effect the outcome of the election. Heck, failure to notify congress could have effected the outcome of the election.
Here is what you should know. Huma knew what was on that computer and will be seeking immunity from prosecution. Weiner could not have put the information on the computer because he did not have access to Hillary's server. So either Huma downloaded the information to her personal computer or the Easter bunny put it there. If Huma put classified information on her personal computer than she is guilty of a crime and will be prosecuted unless pardoned.
If you are a Hillary supporter, this is bad, this is real bad and it is not over by a long shot. Firstly, WikiLeaks is now going to drop the rest of the Podesta emails and they are going to be the most damning ones yet. Count on it. Secondly, Project Veritas Action is going to release more videotapes. Now, I am not convinced they are firing off their best shots for last. Thirdly, election day is less than ten days away.
Here is my prediction. The final information on what was on Huma's computer will not come out until after the election. If Trump wins, Hillary and Huma will be given pardons by President Obama. If Hillary wins, Obama may or may not pardon her, if he does then she will be impeached and Tim Kaine will be President.

Are Rigged Elections Real Democracy
YouTube - The Young Turks - Donna Brazile Leaked Other CNN Questions To Hillary Clinton. The Young Turks is a leftist-liberal organization. They are not supporters of Trump; but, supported Sanders. Still, they are at least reporting on how Hillary Clinton was fed questions in advance of the debates and town hall meetings.
Again, the thing you should be paying attention to is the media bias. Hillary Clinton is corrupt, we all know that, she is also insincere and in the pocket of the big banks. Nobody really doubts that if they have any sense. The Clintons took over $150,000,000 from the banks, that is admitted. Still, the Clintons are not the problem, they are merely a symptom of a bigger problem and that is how elections in this country are run so that only puppets get into office.
Lets start with the basics. By the way, I am not focusing on voter fraud because that is minimal. We do not have open elections. Many states have you vote by party in the primaries. In fact, if you are not affiliated with one of the two major parties it is very difficult to get your nominee on the ballots for all 50 states. Secondly, the primaries themselves are not democratic as we have seen. The people who attend the conventions do not always have to vote for the same candidate that the people voted for. That begs the question of why the government pays for parties to hold primaries in the first place.
Once you understand those two issues we are then faced with the fact that there has been a call in numerous newspapers to ignore the will of the people in the general election by allowing people in the electoral college to vote for whoever they want. The way it is supposed to work is that each state gets electors based on the state's population and those electors are required to vote as their state voted. That is representational democracy.
We now know that the Democratic party paid people to disrupt Trump rallies and even bussed people to them for that express purpose. By the way, they were not just paid to disrupt; but, they were sent there to start fights. Does that seem right to anyone?
The media has been complicit in all of this and the corporate media has avoided discussing these issues to the point where they have almost no trust. The fact that six companies control 90% of the media and will only continue to consolidate means that you only hear what they want you to hear. They no longer seek to inform and instead focus only on promoting those who will allow this information monopoly to continue.

A New Era and Not For You
MSN - Reuters - Looming digital regulation has US truck industry scrambling. Regulations are used to create monopolies and crush smaller businesses. Now, the federal government is looking to regulate all trucking via electronic monitoring of drivers hours.
NBC - CIA Prepping for Possible Cyber Strike Against Russia. This is the insanity that the globalists believe in.
BBC - Scientists plan to create 'Asgardia' nation state in space. So they want to launch a satellite in space, claim it as a country (although nobody will live there) and then claim that people are citizens of this non-country to avoid taxes and laws. If it happens then remove it's "citizens" from this planet.
MSN - Vox.com. - Why we need to plan for a future without jobs.
MSN - Reuters - Trump vows to weaken U.S. media 'power structure' if elected. And what is wrong with breaking up monopolies? Nothing. History has taught us that monopolies and allowing price fixing and collusion is harmful to societies.
New York Times - The Rich Vote Republican? Maybe Not This Election. The reality is that people vote their pocket book whether they are rich, middle class or poor and the rich see it to their advantage to vote for Hillary because they know she will protect their interests.
MSN - USA Today - Self-driving semi-truck makes first trip — a 120-mile beer run. 3.5 million jobs will be lost once this is fully available.

Another Video About the Election Manipulation
YouTube - Project Veritas Action - Rigging the Election – Video III: Creamer Confirms Hillary Clinton Was PERSONALLY Involved.
I will start by saying again that I have never liked the Clintons or the Bushes; but, they are just faces. The real problem is that our votes are manipulated by political operatives and big money which the corporate media goes happily along with because they are owned by the same people.

To Chelsea Clinton
I remember when you moved into the white house. I remember you as a child, I have three of my own and like you, they have grown up. I was an odd father, I had a strange job and strange friends and relatives. Not the kind of people most people know. You had the same thing. I cannot imagine how strange junior high would have been being the presidents daughter. I don't think many of us can.
I don't like your parents. I don't know if you would have liked my parents. My opinion of them does not skew my opinion of you. You grew up with everyone having an opinion about you, talking about your looks, looking for your mistakes and judging you for your parents. I am sorry for that and have felt the same for all of the children of people who chose to become politicians or President.
You can pick your party, you can pick your nose; but, you cannot pick your parents or the options you have at birth. Trump was born into a rich family and his father lent him X millions to start his own company. He did and he grew it. This is not about Trump. My parents worked hard and put me through college, that cost a lot, in fact for four years it cost about a quarter of my fathers income. They gave me the freedom to study whatever I wanted. They never told me what courses to take or how I would need to make money, they assumed I would live by my choices and make it because I would have the options I would need to take a good job I did not want until I could afford on my own to take the jobs I wanted for my soul.
I had more options than you. You could not choose to be unnoticed working at a Starbucks. That is not an option in your life. You cannot choose to disappear, you will always be the daughter of your parent. You might like that or hate that; but, we all start somewhere. People may be envious; but, your start was not determined by you. We all start somewhere and it is different for each of us.
WikiLeaks has just released emails from you. Once again you are in the news without having personally done anything wrong. I am so sorry young lady. I do hope that you are shown in a good light personally. Nobody is perfect and your warts may be talked about too. We all start from somewhere and it effects us as we grow. The question is not who we have been or even who we are, it is who do we want to be, what choices will I make. Those you have control over, live your heart and don't choose you because of your parents, choose you because of you.

Exposing The Media's Social Bias Favoring the Establishment
Let us assume that Trump is the Anti-Christ, Nazi jerk. Lets just assume that is all true and that the media is right in vilifying him because he talked about a woman's private parts to another guy on a bus. Assume whatever horrible thing about him you wish. Justify all the harsh criticism and media against him is justified. Here is my simple question, why haven't they taken the same attitude about the swine that bankrupt this country?
JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and other multinational banks intentionally destroyed this nation and other nations economies and rigged all of the financial markets. Why have we not seen the same outrage over these criminals?
How much time has the media actually spent discussing how jobs are being sent overseas or how these same companies are avoiding paying taxes in the United States compared to how much time they have spent discussing the Kardashians rear-ends or Trump's attitude about women?
I have said before. this election is exposing more about he media and the establishment than about the candidates. Look at how the media ignores the Podesta e-mails or the O'Keefe videos showing Democratic operatives openly discussing rigging the vote and for me that is not the real fear. The real fear is that the electoral college will be manipulated as has been promoted by the Washington Post and others if needed to give Hillary the election.
By the way, I am not talking about during this election, I am talking about since the economic collapse. Not a day goes by in the last year and a half that the media does not spotlight some shortcoming in Trump. How many days have gone by with the media not discussing Jimie Dimon and JP Morgan fixing the markets with nobody going to jail yet?
The party establishment are neither liberal nor conservative, they are all multi-nationalist oligarchs and their supporters. The media is neither liberal nor conservative either, they are the establishment and part of the oligarchy. When six companies own 90% of the media, that is by definition an oligarchical media.

When This Election is Over
This election has been one of the most interesting in history. Contrary to popular belief we have in fact seen more contentious ones; but, this is right up there. After one election Aaron Burr shot Alexander Hamilton. That was a bit more contentious than today and quickly forgotten by our current media.
This election will be over in a scant few days and there will be much to ask about what it all meant and what it means going forward. For me my focus has been the corporate globalist media and their aversion to discussing the issues and choosing to focus on scandal and personality. Their assumption is that the issues will go away after the election, they will not.
Lets start with the simplest thing of all, what do the people really care about. The truth is illegal immigration, the economy and the middle east are at the top of the average persons concerns. Should we secure the border, should we allow illegal aliens to have citizenship while making legal aliens wait years and what effect does this have on employment. Those are real questions, your answer to those questions will vary; but, these are real issues. As for the wars in the middle east the questions are also simple. Should we get out of the middle east, should we accept hundreds of thousands of Muslim immigrants from these countries, should we become more active in the Syria civil war. Again these are all valid questions and attitudes will vary.
The biggest issue is always the same, it is the economy stupid as was said in previous years. Do Americans benefit from the trade deals we have been making? Can we and should we stop outsourcing of jobs overseas, should we put limits on the banking system, should we change the tax code or continue allowing multinational corporations to hide money overseas to avoid taxation. These are long term questions that will affect your children and grandchildren.
When Trump and Sanders jointed this election I said that it was an expression of the same frustrations that led to the Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party movements are they are. The derision that both these movements were met with by the corporate globalist media continued with the Trump and Sanders campaigns. I regret that the media has avoided these issues as it spells the death of well funded news media. While the aging baby boomers may have an inordinate number of voters, the reality is that the future will be determined by the millennials long term and they are not getting a fair deal and they know it.
Regardless of which candidate you personally like, we are not voting for a person, we are voting for the policies they represent and that will tell out. If Hillary wins, we will see the banks continue to go unregulated, an increase in "free trade" agreements that allow jobs to be shipped overseas and an anemic limited reduction in school loan costs at best. If Trump is elected we will see the congress pass trade agreements, he veto and congress override the veto. The neocons in congress have already made it clear that they want more immigration of people into the tech industry and trade agreements that limit the power of the federal government to regulate industry regardless of what Trump proposes.
The reality is that Presidents do not make the laws, congress does. My readers may have noticed that I rarely discuss the current President, that is because he is just one cog in a much bigger machine. That will not change. The truth is things will not change until the parites change and become more democratic (this is true even if new parties emerge).
After this election serious discussion still needs to be had about how the party establishments wanted to ignore the publics vote. If anything the resentment by the corporate media and the party establishment over the citizens having the right to choose what their government does highlights just how little respect they have for democracy and that may be the single biggest issue that has not been addressed.
There is one more thing that will continue to be addressed after this election and that is the media taking sides. It has come out that certain people passed on debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance of the debates, that is pretty serious and disturbing. I believe it is going to be impossible for the media to claim that they are even remotely objective when it comes to elections and that is sad. The alternative media does not need to or even attempt to claim objectivity; but, the mass media is only paid attention to because we believe they will at least attempt to provide the facts, that has gone by the wayside. As I have said before, I do not believe it is a liberal media and that is certainly the wrong lesson to learn from this. It is a corporate media owned by globalist interests and has become monopolistic with six companies owning 90% of the media in all of the United States. The nation needs an objective media if it is to be a healthy democracy and after this election, no matter who wins, their bias and slant will still be discussed and remembered even by those who agree with them.
This election will be over in a scant few days and there will be much to ask about what it all meant and what it means going forward. For me my focus has been the corporate globalist media and their aversion to discussing the issues and choosing to focus on scandal and personality.

Third Presidential Debate
My opinion, it was a draw. No winner and no loser. It still doesn't matter as the debate was not going to change people's vote unless one of them flipped out. I maybe give a slight advantage to Trump with independents; but, I am not even sure about that.
I want to say this too. I thought the moderator did the best job of any of the many debates by either party. I personally felt he asked both candidates direct and tough questions, managed the time better than the previous moderators and actually made an effort to be objective rather than partisan. I am sorry he did not moderate all of the debates. Tip of the hat Chris Wallace.

The Hypocritical Washington Post and Others
The Washington Post - Lots of Americans agree with Donald Trump about ‘rigged elections’. The point of the article is that people who believed the system is rigged are conspiracy theorists and that there is no evidence of the election being rigged. Oddly enough, the Washington Post itself recommended rigging the election by violating the integrity of the electoral college. Which I pointed out back in March.
The Washington Post - The electoral college could still stop Trump, even if he wins the popular vote. The Washington Post was not alone in this push.
NY Daily News - Here’s how the Electoral College could prevent a Donald Trump presidency, even if he wins the popular vote.
The Hill - Republican threatens to deny Trump Electoral College vote.
The Daily Beast - Confessions of an Elector: Only 270 Voters Really Get To Decide Who Our Next President Will Be.
The Daily Beast - Election Hackers Could Erase You.
The Washington Post - Donald Trump says the election is ‘rigged.’ Here’s what his supporters think that means. The article basically says that Trump supporters believe people will fraudulently vote and then says how this is ridiculous.
Here are two videos of people working for the Hillary campaign outlining how they are attempting to rig the election by having people vote multiple times and by inciting violence at Trump rallies and all kinds of other dirty tricks. How come the Washington Post hasn't discussed this.
