A Sad Update

More attacks on school kids in China

So what is going on? The popular belief is that these are all copycat killers. That is an incomplete and weak explanation at best. Why haven't we heard what the killers have said their reasons were?

People who commit mass murder, as opposed to serial killers, generally snap over something fairly specific in their lives. Unlike serial killers, who are driven by an urge to kill and not get caught, mass murderers expect to get caught. It is usually tied to suicidal feelings.

Mass murderers tend to go after people who fit a profile of someone who the murderer felt wronged them. The question becomes, were they going after the children, the school system or parents? What is the real target.
