The War On The Poor Spin With Update

The Mainstream media or at least 90% of it is owned by 7 companies. In many ways it has become nothing more than a propaganda arm for the financial system. In the past year I have seen a very disturbing trend where it has been used to demonize the unemployed, college students and the poor. I have seen this not just in America; but, in the western world as a whole. I want to look at some of these spin games.

Yahoo - How Complainers Wreck the Economy. I will sum up the video. Basically, if you went to college and don't have a job it is because of you. It doesn't matter that there are no jobs to be had, the problem is that this upsets people.

NY Times - Dealbook - Considering the Fairness of JPMorgan’s Deal. Here is the short on this, JP Morgan and companies it took over were involved in fraud. They defrauded investors and supported mortgage fraud by others to make a profit. They were being sued by the government and others and have agreed to pay $13 billion in fines. Some on Wall Street have complained that JP Morgan is being picked on. Really? They made hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars by rigging markets and lying to people. They caused the worldwide economy to crash, have caused millions to lose their jobs and houses and were given massive bonuses for taking a bailout from the government. Oh, by the way, their settlement is tax deductible which means that you and I will suffer the burden of the tax loss.

The "City of London" is a small part of what most of us think of as London, it is the financial district and has it's own laws. The head of it is called the Mayor of London and is currently a man named Boris Johnson. He was born to wealth and privilege and was a member of a group known as the Bullingdon Club, a group of wealthy students who are known for taking over restaurants, destroying them and then paying the cost of repairs afterwards. NY Times - London Mayor Raises Eyebrows, and Ire. Basically he said that people are poor because they are stupid and that greed is good and that inequality was good. He also said that the 10 people making the most money in England should all be knighted regardless apparently on whether or not they were guilty of crimes.

Steve Jobs said that he didn't make Apple products in America because we were too stupid to make them. What? We build the highest tech planes and bombs and spying devices; but, we cannot build a phone?

So what is going on, it is pretty simple. The economic inequality in America is at an all time high and getting worse. Millions who want to work cannot get a job and millions more are losing their homes and savings because of actions by the Federal Reserve and the big banks. People are upset by these things and whether it be Tea Party members or Occupy members, they are talking about it. Each of these groups may disagree on the solutions; but, they are clear on the problems and want to see an end to the privilege and corruption by those in charge. That is scary to those who have benefited from the market rigging and insider trading.

If you are in Manhattan and get caught with a joint, you will probably go to jail. It should be noted that New York has a policy of stop and frisk and that it is disproportionately used against blacks and other minorities. During the Occupy Wall Street movement the big banks and investment firms gave the city money to pay the police overtime to watch the group. Yet, nobody has gone to jail for all of the Wall Street fraud. When the collapse comes, probably next year, they will be even more scared and they know what is coming.

Warren Buffet has tried to get the wealthy to contribute more to the nation. I know not everybody likes Mr. Buffet; but, I think both Mr. Buffet and Mr. Bill Gates are honorable men, I may not agree with their spiritual beliefs (they have none) and I may not believe in transhumanism as Mr. Gates does; but, I believe they are basically honest, decent and concerned about others. Mr. Buffet said that this is class warfare and that his class (the rich) are winning. He did not say this to brag, he was trying to tell the rest of us that we are under attack by the wealthy.

Now I want to say right here that I do have some wealthy friends and they worked hard and appreciate what they have or they would not be my friends. The struggle is not really against wealthy people, it is against those in power who rig the system to benefit friends rather than the deserving. Why would anyone attack new college graduates for complaining that they cannot get a job? Remember that first video where the speaker claimed that people don't work because they can get paid on unemployment to lay around the house? New college graduates don't get unemployment, they get nothing and want to work. How do you criticize young people for wanting jobs and then criticize others for not having jobs?

Consider how the media let the wealthy be called "job creators", where are the jobs for these young people with college degrees. When I graduated Law School the nation was in a recession and jobs were hard to find; but, I found two full time jobs that each paid $4 an hour. I had a doctorate and was working in factories for bare minimum wage. I believe in hard work and had a heart attack to prove it. I cannot make fun of young college grads who are willing to work at McDonalds; but, cannot get a job. It is actually harder to get a low paying job for someone with a college degree than it is for someone without one. I know this from personal experience, when I graduated I couldn't get a job if they knew I had a college degree, I was told that if they gave me the jobs I would just leave for a better one if I had the opportunity. I had worked since I was 12, I worked during college, got laid off once and couldn't get unemployment because I was in college. I got my jobs through a temp agency because the people that hired us didn't care about our experience or education and left that up to the temp agency to determine.

I want to go back to the garbage that was spewed by Boris Johnson. He claims that the rich are basically genetically better and smarter. He doesn't accept that the game is rigged even though there have been numerous cases of market rigging in the City of London, LIBOR being just one of them. When I was in college and Law School I regularly beat everyone else; but, I did not come from money. In Law School, 95% came from money, were renting nice places, had tutors and additional resources and still I kicked their little rearends; but, the game was still rigged, we did not compete evenly or they would have lost even worse.

Lets take two kids, both with IQs of 100 (the standard and average IQ for people). Now have one of them be born to a Mexican who lives in the city dump for Mexico city and the other is the child of wealthy person living in New York. Is that an even playing ground, is it not obvious who is more likely to succeed? Exceptionally brilliant people do well in any situation; but, how many people are truly that brilliant? There is no way to even the playing ground; but, the rules should not benefit one group over another. It shouldn't be legal for the wealthy to riot and destroy someone's restaurant and not go to jail. That is what Mr. Johnson and his friends did.

I remember when the automakers came to congress to get bail-outs. The media made a big deal about how they used private jets. I didn't care about the private jets, I cared about the bonuses they received for getting the rest of us to bail them out. We bailed out the banks and they gave even bigger bonuses. We have been told that they have paid the money back; but, at 0 interest. We give money to banks at 0% interest; but, charge college students high interest for their student loans and then blame them because they complain that they cannot get jobs. How can any college graduate support any mainstream media that would say they are all lazy when they cannot get a job? Turn them off, stop watching Fox or any other channel that blames you for not having a job if you are looking for one.

UPDATE:

I was just reading different news stories when I came across this. Yahoo - Kiplinger - 10 Reasons You'll Never Be Rich. Another example of what I was writing about earlier. You are not rich because you are not good enough. The article lists ten things that "prevent" people from being rich. Wait a second, if everyone did these things, would everybody be rich? Remember where I quoted Boris as saying that we need inequality to motivate people? I actually agree that we need inequality; but, I am consistent. People should benefit as they contribute unless they cannot contribute.

The argument is skewed and misrepresented in the media. It is not a fair fight if I am given a pointy stick and my opponent is given a machine gun. I could be rich if I wanted; but, that is not my goal. Knowing that I can be rich does not mean that everyone should or could be rich. To claim that the system is other than it is, is just a lie. We cannot all be rich unless there were very few of us and everything was done by robots. What a sad world that would be.

During the economic meltdown someone contacted me and presented me with a question. They, in a very Ayn Randesque manner, asked me if I had the chance to leave and just be around others who are accomplished, would I stop wasting my time with worrying about the less fortunate. Basically, would I just look out for me if I had the chance to have everything. My answer was no. Recently, one of my relatives complained that I helped others too much. Hmmmm. I think I should be free to help whoever I want and do.

If the people in charge really believed in this Social Darwinistic garbage, they would design and insist upon a system free of privilege and equal reach to education. They would wish to prove that they truly were genetically gifted and not be afraid of competition.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I had reservations to be out of town for Thanksgiving; but, got the stomach flu and had to stay. I am better today and have had my turkey dinner. This is the first time since I lost my house that I have been home for the holidays and I didn't plan on being here.

I have intentionally downsized my holidays and refuse to celebrate my birthdays. I enjoy not having the pressure. I do hope that all of my readers are enjoying their Thanksgiving. It is good to remember our blessings. While I write a lot about problems in the world, especially the destruction of our financial system. We still have it pretty good compared to the rest of the world. I know I do.

I had the five bedroom house with the jacuzzi in the back, I had the Mercedes and the BMW, I had lots of money in the bank. All those things are gone because of the divorce and you know what, I still have it good. I have an apartment that I feel comfortable in, great friends and will not go hungry. I have fresh water and a bathroom, not everybody can say that. I don't have to worry about drinking water that will kill me or leave me sick. I am thankful for the things I have. If I am sorry about anything, it is that I believe average people will not be able to have the things I have gained in my life.

To put it all in perspective. The Pilgrims celebrated Thanksgiving while living in little tiny houses that had no bathroom, no running water, no heaters and they didn't know if they would have food everyday. Still, they were thankful for what they did have.

The Best Scripted Line I have Heard

There is a show, it is called the Blacklist and stars James Spader. I like the show and the writers have just written some lines that touch me to my heart. I will link to the broadcast and repeat the lines.

"You cannot judge a book by it's cover; but you can by it's first chapters and most certainly by it's last... Have you ever sailed across an ocean Donald? On a sailboat surrounded by sea with no land in site, without the possibility of seeing any land in site. To stand at the helm of your destiny. I want that one more time. I want to be in the Piazza Del Campo, to feel the surge as ten race horses go trampling by. I want another meal in Paris. I want another bottle of wine and then another. I want the warmth of a women and a cool set of sheets. And one more night of jazz at the Vanguard. I want to stand on summits and smoke Cubans and feel the sun on my face as long as I can... I want to sit in the garden and read one more good book. Most of all, I want to sleep. I want to sleep like I slept when I was a boy. Give me that just one time. That is why I wont let that punk out there to get the best of me. Let alone the last of me."

NBC - The Blacklist - Anslo Garrick

Some of the best writing I have ever read. My take is only slightly different. I want to be with a Polynesian one more time. I want to be at sea one more time. I want to see Julia one more time. I want to teach my granddaughter how the world works. I only get one of my wishes, I will teach my granddaughter how the world works. I will teach her all that I know.

9/11 and a Scientific Guy

I have questions about 9/11. I didn't when it happened; but, I do now. My questions could be answered simply, they would be answered if the government released better video of the crash into the pentagon. I have a problem with one of the hijackers passports surviving the crash after the fireball engulfed the plane. I have a problem with the lack of the type of wreckage in Pennsylvania and at the pentagon. I have an issue with the maneuvers the plane did when it hit the pentagon. Now, having said all of that, I also have a problem with ignoring what other opinions are and I found a good series by a young scientific person who disagrees with people who believes there was more involved. We should listen to all reasonable sides.

YouTube - Debunking 9/11 conspiracy theorists part 1 of 7 - Free fall and how the towers collapsed.

The videos by Myles Power give some good responses to some of the questions raised by "Truthers" and deserve some good responses rather than attacks. It is amazing how many people accused him of being "a jew" because he accepts the official explanation. I am really concerned by all the antisemitism I read from "conspiracy theorists" and it is one of the reason I will not link to certain sites.

I have problems with the official 9/11 story; but, I am not convinced 100% one way or the other. I don't have any questions about what is going on in the financial system, that is completely rigged and JP Morgan would not have agreed to a $14 billion settlement if they didn't have to. When I read about the financial system I continually see people blame it on "the jews". Wait, that's right, they call them Zionists. It is garbage, the financial system is corrupt because that is where the money is and benefits only a few and most of them are not Jewish. The Jews do NOT run this world; but, they have had a major impact to the sciences and many other industries. I cannot believe in this day and age that the Jewish people are still blamed for everything, it is disgusting.

Are there crooked Jews, yep. I have not met a nationality or religion that didn't have corrupt people in it. I have written on how a investment advisory, Elliott Broidy, bribed public officials in New York and was allowed to continue as a financial advisor. Mr. Broidy is Jewish and has sat on many pro-Israel and pro-Jewish boards. I don't talk about that much because it is not the point, the point is that he is a crook. Los Angeles and New York are where most of the Jews in America are. I would expect that a percentage of them will be crooked, just like any other group. Boston has a lot of Irish, should we surprised that it also has Irish criminals?

So what does 9/11 have to do with Jews. Not much. Whether you accept the official story or believe there is more to the story, it was not a Jewish conspiracy. Just imagine what would happen if Israel had orchestrated such a thing, with or without our complicity. They would risk their survival as America would turn on it and so would the rest of the world. My problem with people like Mr. Broidy is that he risked our nations support for Israel by stealing from public pensions and funneling the money to Israel. The Israeli government would have to be suicidal to alienate the United States. Are there crooks in the Israeli government, yep. They have a corruption problem; but, so do we.

I have a major problem with blaming the Jews for everything that happens in the world and the gays for the destruction of society. These are ignorant a bigoted beliefs by people who are incapable of critical thought. Scapegoating is the lazy mans logic. Lets hold people accountable for their actions and not groups for the actions of a few.

Darpa and Google and You

I really think the linked video says it all. Regina E. Dugan was the head of DARPA. DARPA is the research arm of the military and created both the internet and GPS along with all sorts of creepy technologies. She is now an executive with Google and wants to authenticate your identity.

In this video Ms. Dugan shows off her electronic tattoo and explains how it can be used to replace your passwords and give you access to your car, phone, home, basically anything. The video is only 4 1/2 minutes long. Right now there are companies that will only pay you in electronic cash, either a debit card or an electronic transfer to your bank account. In the future, you will not be able to get paid unless you have been electronically authenticated.

YouTube - Former DARPA director on research into Beast Tech.

This is identical to what I predicted on this site years ago. About 6 years ago I was on website and began talking about the coming technologies. My primary focus at the time was the internet and how in the future you would have to prove who you were to use it in the future. At the time one person told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. They have lived to regret those words as many of the things I was talking about are now common knowledge, such as the NSA monitoring of all internet and cell phone traffic.

Real tech is real scary and is coming. Follow the infrastructure to see what is the future.

The Greatest Gift in the Universe

Is being you. Of all the things that God ever did that matters to us is letting us be us. Taking ownership for yourself is what empowerment is, making yourself who you want to be is freedom. Maybe you will be rewarded for being you and maybe not; but, the real reward is being you. Money is meaningless, fame is meaningless and power is meaningless. What does it benefit a man if he owns the world and loses himself?

The second greatest gift in the world is recognizing others and appreciate their being them.

Who Do You Trust and 911

I grew up with a father in federal law enforcement, he was very highly decorated. I grew up believing in the decency of our military and intelligence agencies. Just about every member of my family and friends have been willing to die for this country. I personally dedicated my life to public service and have turned down making obscene amounts of money in favor of public service. I loved my country and my home. The past decade has been very hard on me and has tested my beliefs, I want to explain why.

Somewhere around 2006 I was asked to give a seminar on real estate, I did it as a favor without any compensation. While preparing for it I discovered some disturbing things. I discovered that we were headed for a real estate crash. I already knew that the market was acting wrong. I challenge my readers to investigate what happened prior. The things I want you to look at are called "The Affordability Index" and what trends were predicted for family size, the housing market worked absolutely contrary to both these things. In the end it was just a simple math problem; but, what really disturbed me was that the people in the industry didn't want to believe it. I was invited to a luncheon with some mortgage brokers and told them that the housing market was going to crash when the market hadn't even topped. For two years I continued to watch it grow and kept trying to tell people what was coming.

After I gave my seminar, I continued researching and came to the conclusion that the stock market would also crash and accurately predicted the day and the hour. There are people that read this blog that know that what I have just said is absolutely true, even my ex-wife and children will tell you this is true. No divine intervention was required, I am an analyst and managed hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

When 911 happened I was on the east coast. I watched live as the second plane hit the second building of the world trade center. I was stunned and assumed it was Bin Laden, I completely believed everything I was told. A few months later a friend gave me a video questioning what happened and asking my opinion. I watched it; but, dismissed it quickly. I still don't know exactly what I believe. After the housing crash and market crashes, I was convinced that the financial crashes were planned. For Greenspan to go before congress and tell them that the inverted yield curve that occurred in the economy was nothing to be worried about prior to the stock market crash was a flat out lie, history proved it to be a lie and the Federal Reserve itself public states that an inverse yield curve is one of the number one predictors of a recession or depression is coming. You can easily look this all up.

I became very anxious knowing what was coming economically, I could not believe that we would destroy our own economy as I watched it happen. After seeing it all happen, I had reconsider 911. I went back and re-watched the video I had been given years earlier. I had seen the second crash into the building live on tv. The problem for me began with the pentagon. The nose of a plane is basically tin foil, the engines do all the damage because they are titanium and don't disintegrate, it just doesn't happen. Many in my family were also in aerospace. There was no hole for the engines in the pentagon, just one for the nose. Tinfoil does not penetrate walls while titanium does. I want you to think about that because the engines do not sit in the middle of a plane. Get any picture you wish of the planes and look at where the engines are.

I asked a family member who is an expert in planes and ex-military to look at the pictures of the pentagon and asked him to tell me it was made by a plane and he said that it was impossible. He refused to accept that more went on, on that day, a true believer and I love him. I asked if we were lied to about the pentagon, should we not question other things that happened on 911 and he couldn't do it, not even consider it. The thought that something other than the official story was true was too horrifying for him; but, the pentagon he could not deny. That was the beginning of my journey.

In all of history no steel and concrete building has ever completely failed unless it was intentionally demolished. On 911 three buildings did and one was not hit by a plane. Building 7 was never hit by a plane, we are told it was destroyed by fire. For the first time in history a concrete and steel skyscraper had a complete collapse because of office furniture catching fire, at according to the governmental report. NIST said that was what happened, you research them, I don't feel like providing a link.

Lets go back in time a little bit. Greenspan, Bernake, Paulson and all the pundits said that we would have a "soft landing" when the housing market crashed. Do you own a house? Was it a soft landing or did you lose lots and lots? They lied. They lied about the housing market, they lied about the stock market, they lied about the banks or they are all retarded. Oddly enough, if they are retarded, they sure made a lot of money from these things. They guessed wrong publicly; but, made lots of money personally. Shouldn't this at least raise questions with every reader?

When is it right to question the official story? When is it right to question our most fundamental beliefs in what we believe the world is like? Should we ever consider that the people who benefit the most from the world might rig the game once in power? The question then becomes, when should we question. What is your answer to that question, here is a video for you.

Sex Majic versus Sex as Ritual

A very wicked title to this blog and very accurate. Sex Majic is an occult concept, it presumes that certain types of sex can magically transform the world. Sex as ritual is different, it is the idea that sex is a ritual which codifies a choice. Let me explain, rituals are what people use when they do not have a written language. It is how you codify an agreement, how you show that negotiations are over and a contract has been made.

There was a time when most people had no written language and were illiterate, they still needed a way to make binding agreements, agreements that were recognized by others, a way to have law. In Israel, in days of yore, a land contract required the parties to walk between two halves of a slain calf. It was a demonstration for all that a deal was final. We see this with Moses and God in the Old Testament. Sex was also a ritual, it meant that a pair had committed for life and were husband and wife. Sex is the marriage contract. I will talk about gays in a second.

If sex is, as I propose, a contract, should gays be free from commitment? Should we promote commitment, contracts? Should we support deceit and lies? We have destroyed heterosexual marriage with no fault divorce; but, who complains? It is not about marriage in the governmental sense, it is about contracts and commitment in the spiritual realm. Sex is a ritual, the ritual is much more important than the act. That is what God said in the bible. Once you sleep with someone, you become one with them, that is what it says. Gay marriage occurs the moment two of the same sex sleep together, that is what the bible says. It says when you sleep with someone that two become one.

The UK - Duplicating Disaster and Homes

Right now Great Britain is inflating a housing bubble, they are doing it in the exact same way that the United States created a Sub-prime mortgage crisis and it will end in the same way because it has to. I am posting one of the best videos that I have seen on the financial crisis of the past decade and 12 minutes in you are treated to a very nice history of how the housing bubble was created, how people were convinced to buy houses when they could not afford them. I strongly recommend that my readers watch the video.

YouTube - Overdose: The Next Financial Crisis

The government gave people who could not afford houses money for a down payment. That was very important. In England they have just begun the exact same thing, this is what is driving up their housing costs and it is just as crazy now as it was when we did the same thing. In England it is called "Help to Buy". If you keep doing the same thing, you will continue getting the same results and they know this; therefore, they must want the same result, economic collapse.

2013 Pastor Carol Daniels Update

In checking my stats today I noticed a lot of searches on Pastor Daniels and so I did a search to see if there was anything new. Apparently a "seasoned" special investigator has been assigned to the case. It is good to know that the case is still very open and that the OSBI is continuing to dedicate resources to the case.

Trans Pacific Partnership - You Need to Know

The government is working on a new trade agreement known as the Trans Pacific Partnership and you need to know about it.

There is also another trade agreement being made with Europe and the United States.

YouTube - Max Keiser: US/EU deal makes genocide legitimate business model

What both of these agreements have in common is a lack of transparency and democracy. We are creating a one world government; but, just not calling it that. We are doing it through trade agreements which will place the way in which governments operate under international courts rather than a democratic system of law.

Spiritual Posts

I received a comment today, it reads as follows, "It has come to my attention that you divided your blogging long ago. This blog is for personal and political updates. If you would so kindly direct me to the place of spiritual blogging. I would greatly appreciate kind sir. Email the link to me." I have not included the persons e-mail address because I do not think the person wanted me to.

I did indeed have another blog that was exclusively about the bible, I stopped writing it awhile go because it lacked any readership. Having said that, I do feel that I should include more spiritual writings on this blog and in a way, I really do. This blog is really about where we are at in the world and in history. I consider those things to be very important for Christians to understand. In fact, for the past couple of weeks I have been listening to an audio YouTube recording of an incredibly long book called "Tragedy and Hope" by Caroll Quigley, a Professor who some cite as a Globalist and is quoted by people who fear the powers that be. In fact, his works is often improperly categorized. He was also Bill Clinton's teacher.

To me, understanding how our economy is intentionally being destroyed is critical to understanding that we are in the "last days". Now what that means is different than what we assume. Many people assume that the book of Revelations is about how the world ends; but, the real essence of the story is how we enter a new period. Armageddon is a battle that never happens. For those who do not believe in the bible, technology alone should scare the heck out of you. Personally, I see transhumanism as the greatest threat to humanity in history. It is not science fiction, we are combining human DNA with animals and we do not know how far this has gone or what the consequences might be.

I believe we should do all we can to understand the deception that goes on around us. After all, Satan is the great deceiver and our accuser. I have said this before and I will say it again, the world is going to get more and more scary; but, the real time to be concerned is when someone "fixes" all of our problems. I shall now explain how I think things will shake out.

Firstly, the western world is being destroyed financially, ethnically and spiritually. It has already given up it's industrial base. As for our educational system, that began being destroyed in the 1960s and the best parts that we do have in the universities is being sold to the Chinese and Indians at the expense of our own children who are being told that an education is overpriced and not worth it. In history I have only seen one other example of where a nation willing told it's people to not learn and that was in Cambodia. I said willingly, it used to be illegal to teach slaves to read in the south and in Ireland the English outlawed the teaching of Gaelic; but, in both instances this was to keep people down.

Spiritually, the west has given up on it's traditions and belief in anything other than materialism. A society that has no common values, that has no sense of community is destroyed from within and ceases being able to respond to outside threats. History says that societies destroy themselves from within before they are destroyed from without. I doubt we shall be invaded; but, we don't need to be, we are selling our resources to China and cannibalizing our nation. You can blame Obama, you can blame Bush, you can blame Clinton; but, it is deeper than that or those people.

So, what happens in a world where the west is no longer in charge? Well, the nature of the discussions change and the nature of the solutions also changes. We shall enter a period where the control over the financial system is in the hands of others and where our standard of living is going to continue to decline until we are a poor nation, this is unavoidable at this point. We gave up our ability to produce for ourselves and have become a debtor nation. We all know this has happened; but, refuse to see the real reasons for it, it was intentional.

What will the world look like once we cease being relevant? It will be Eastern looking and a little more harsh. Historically, the dominant world power becomes the dominant social power. We will begin imitating the Chinese, Indians and Russians. Our successful people will go work for them and promote their influence over our own. It is my guess that we will cease to be involved in wars outside of our borders or influencing the outcome of international affairs, we shall become defensive and turn inwards; but, that is fear based politics.

The next thing we will see is the creation of a world based currency, I have written about the IMF plans and the Chinese plans and even how we have destroyed trust in the western worlds control over finances. We will either have a one world currency or ones which are all pegged to the same thing. This is coming. Lost my track of thought, peace.

I am not a globalist, I do believe in Internationalism. Have fun.

Just a day, nothing much to talk about. I did watch an interesting video (it is an audio tape on YouTube). It is a recording of a book. The book is called "Tragedy and Hope" and was written by one of Bill Clinton's professors about history and a secret group that he worked for. The audio goes on for hours and hours and hours. The author, Carol Quigley, is sort of a bore. He was every bit a pompous, self-important thief. His claim to fame was really stealing from Arnold Toynbee, a brilliant historian. They both agreed on one thing. That there should be a world government.

Americans on the right often believe that liberals want a one world government while supporting international regulation of trade and commerce. Liberals are no better. Both sides believe in international law for certain things. The question is not whether or not there should be international law, that is merely contract law in the end. The question is how those laws should be enforced. In order for nations to trade, nations have to have some trust in one another. Imagine how much oil Saudi Arabia would send us if they never got anything back or we kept changing what they got back in exchange. The essence of international law is contract law and I studied both.

Governments make treaties, isn't that international law? The purpose of the United Nations is to enforce treaties through peaceful means. It is a place where countries agree to not deal with another country that breaks the rules of the game. In the past international law was enforced by one country destroying another on their own. A sort of might makes right. Should we go back to that or is some international law allowed?

The reason I will not link to Alex Jones, Rense or even Icke is because they are against international law. The reason I do not agree with Ron Paul is because he is against international law and the government helping it's citizens. They are against any taxation and claim to favor the constitution. The founding fathers believed in taxation and that was they fought over. They said, "taxation without representation is tyranny", their focus was on representation, on democracy. They were collectivists, they believed in community and working together.

We should never throw the baby out with the bath water. There is nothing wrong with working together and there is nothing wrong with sharing resources. There is nothing wrong with helping your neighbor, feeding the homeless, visiting the imprisoned. There is nothing wrong with trying to make the world a better place.

Anyone who has read me for long should know that I am no globalist, I like nation states. I like the choice of where I can live and under what laws. Want to see the world change tomorrow, open all borders and people will vote with their feet. The most important laws are the ones about immigration. That is how humans vote, with their lives. How can we claim to believe in individual rights if we are willing to outlaw what two consenting adults do in private? How can we claim to believe in freedom if we do not believe in the freedom to leave where you are and go where you will, to associate with people who you agree with?

Life should never be about what we do not want, it should be about where we want society to be. Where do you want humanity to go and we don't get to go backwards.

Why We Have Deficit Spending - Thievery

Have you ever wondered why the federal government spends more than it has? It does not have to; but, it benefits someone. It benefits the banks. It benefits the Federal Reserve bank which is privately owned and is not a part of the government.

In the simplest terms, the Federal Reserve is a private bank. In fact, banks are required to own stock in their local Federal Reserve and they elect some of their board members. I should also note that the Federal Reserve is guaranteed a return on it's loans to the government. It must be nice to be guaranteed a profit. The more money it loans, the more profit it makes. If the government did not have deficits, they wouldn't need to borrow money and less profit for the banks.

Right now the Federal Reserve is buying $85 Billion a month in bonds. At 6% in profit, just imagine how much money they are making. Now lets look at another aspect of this. By holding down interest rates, that guaranteed 6% profit starts looking really good. They buy bonds at practically 0% interest, loan it out at 2% interest and are guaranteed 6% return on the money they lend the government and own the assets.

It is a little more complicated than I have made it out; but, I wanted to keep it simple. When the government and banks do things that appear to be just stupid, there is usually someone benefiting. I want to recommend a book for my readers, it is called "The Creature from Jekyll Island : A Second Look at the Federal Reserve".

I do not agree with some of the politics and beliefs of the author; but, the history of the Federal Reserve and the description of how it operates is worth knowing.
