Okay, Lots of new articles

Medium.com - Deeper Than Quantum Mechanics—David Deutsch’s New Theory of Reality. I love quantum physics because it makes fools of all of our beliefs. The basic theory of quantum physics is that on a sub atomic level the rules change, gravity ceases to follow the same rules, time ceases to follow the same rules and the speed of light ceases to be a limiting factor. The problem for scientists is that they cannot figure out what rules do apply and why. Mr. Deutsch has postulated that "In other words, the laws of physics do not tell you what is possible and impossible, they are the result of what is possible and impossible. So reasoning about the physical transformations that are possible and impossible leads to the laws of physics."

He sort of punks out. It is double speak and still misses the point. Mr. Deutsch believes that physicality creates information, that is sort of the basic thought he is promoting. In fact, information, sentience, creates physicality. Without consciousness there is no "reality". One of the most fundamental statements in philosophy is, "I think therefore I am". Science wishes to prove that "I am therefore I think"; but, many things exist that do not think. There beginning premise is wrong.

Yahoo - AP - House nearing vote on 1-year package of tax breaks. I like the misleading nature of this article, we are all going to get tax breaks. No, read the next article.

Yahoo - AFP - US House votes to extend dozens of tax breaks. Republicans are voting to give $500 Billion in tax breaks to corporations, including those that give up Unites States citizenship, and eliminate tax breaks for child care.

Huffington Post - GOP: Thanks for Electing Us, and Screw You. This article will give you the detail on who wins and loses on tax breaks in the end.

The Donut Question, Two or One

Hello dear friends.

I have a math question for you. If I hand you a donut and you break it in half, do you now have two donuts or one donut? You will probably say one donut; but, lets look at it again. If I hand you a donut and you eat half of it, are you not still left with a donut? A steak does not stop being a steak because I have eaten a piece of it. This is both a philosophical question and a spiritual one

In the bible it talks about the father, son and holy ghost all being one, the same in essence. We all have emotions and thoughts, which are you, your emotions or thoughts? You are both and yet each are different expressions of you, of yourself, of your being. Why should God be any different, does he not have different aspects of himself?

If you see yourself in a mirror, does it stop being you? It is a math question, be well and enjoy the question.

Three Posts

I have begun three different posts in the last week, I deleted them. I never actually know what I will post and sometimes I write things that I change my mind about. The last post I wrote was about a young lady that I knew growing up and how I ruined the life of a young undercover police officer. She did not do drugs; but, was headed to the wrong place at the wrong time and I stopped her and sent her to another place and then I toyed with the narcotics officer in public and let everyone know what he really was. I am sorry; but, I think the police have something better to do than hassling kids for smoking cigarettes.

I have always found schools to have a lot in common with jails. It is a place where we train the slaves to accept their slavery. I was horrible in school and caused two teacher to have breakdowns, that I know of, it could have been more. Nope, it was more. One should not play with the autistic, we can be nasty and I was. I was as nasty as they were and a lot more sneaky.

I remember my first day of school. It was kindergarten, my mother walked me there. I remember walking in and sitting down and looking at some kids crying because they had been taken away from home and didn't understand why they were in an institution that felt cold and controlling. It was so that they could be trained to accept the life of a slave and even the bible says we are all slaves. The bible says we are sheep and slaves, I am neither and knew that the rest of them were.

The purpose of school is to indoctrinate and break young minds. Both Einstein and Edison flunked out of school. Some people say that they flunked out because they were bored; but, that is wrong. They knew the answers and chose not to give them, to not be incarcerated for thinking. Most teachers think like guards not like educators. They are there to tell you what you are to believe. When you show them they are wrong, it ruins their precepts and control. When you do it in front of other students they lose their presumed authority. That is what I attacked, they had no authority over me.

If you start to think about school for what it is, a brainwashing academy, you start to understand why the world is not the way you have been told it is. That is what authority fears, that you will understand how institutions, the world system is meant to institutionalize us. Now for a story.

So, there I was in Massachusetts at age 5 to 6. I was in a private school, I think it was private. They used to keep the boys and girls apart on the playground. I didn't understand that. The two female teachers, who appeared caring, would ask us questions; but, they didn't like my answers and I would be made to sit in the hallway for having better questions. We were not supposed to have better questions. I returned to southern California and was treated slightly better. I would finish my tests in minutes while the rest took an hour, I was told to put my head down on my desk when I finished.

One day I met a teacher, she actually cared about teaching us to see the world. She played a game with us. She played the Boston Tea Party game. She told us that we could not turn in tests unless we had earned a stamp tax which we earned by our grades; but, she was smart and sneaky. She was teaching us something more, she was showing us how we are controlled by systems. I think it was 4th grade, it was definitely prior to 6th and after 1st. I want you to really pay attention to this story, think hard.

She told us about the Boston Tea Party and then instituted the same tax on the kids in the class. She told us how they revolted before instituting the tax. That is sneaky with young kids and caring. I had more stamps than anyone else, it was not an issue for me, I didn't have to try or study so I had as many stamps as I would even need. One day after taking a test, I stood in front of the class and tore up my test saying that the stamps were wrong and unfair. She did nothing and neither did anyone else. I had believed that others might stand up and do the same thereby ending the game; but, they didn't, they sat like sheep. I went back to my seat. At recess I caught up with two friends, explained. the game, that she wanted us to revolt and told them that I wanted to rip up all the tests and that I needed them to keep the students from stopping me. When we returned to class I tore up all the tests.

When I tore up all the papers, the others students had differing attitudes. Many were mad at me, some said nothing and a few were glad. I got an A in that class, one of the few teachers who did not penalize me on my report card for lousy study habits (I didn't study because I didn't have to) and a poor attitude. I never knew measuring my abilities included my attitude. My attitude was not good when I was young. I am not sure it has ever been good. I didn't know that it had to be.

Work is a control system, school is a control system, life is a control system. I could have stopped working years ago; but, I didn't want the money I could have had. I have a friend, I offered him the opportunity to make a lot of money. His wife chose to not be free, to not make the money. She was afraid of what lies outside of slavery because it is the only system she understands, the ritual, the assurance that is not really there, the safety and comfort. My reason was slightly different; but, I felt those urges too. I chose to use the system. To infiltrate, use and understand.

People are taught to not see patterns. They are taught to start from a "fact" and build up their beliefs from there. They are taught to not see the world and work down, to ask why things are the way they are. They are taught to be blind and follow what they have been brainwashed to believe as basic truths. We call these first principals; but, the only true first principal is that we experience and therefore exist. That we are real. If sentient beings could not experience the universe then it would not matter if it were real because it would not exist. Existence requires that it be experienced or it has no value or meaning.

The most important question in the universe is why do we exist and experience the universe, life. We are the meaning of the universe, without us the universe has no meaning. Why do we live in a world that tells us that we do not matter? It is because Satan is a narcissist and believes he is all that matters, God believes we matter, that is why he created us. Be well. I am a preacher, remember that when you read this.

News of the World and Technology

Brisbane Times - Forget self-driving Google cars, Australia has self-driving trucks. I wish more people cared about what I write about. When I say something is coming, it is coming. I have been writing about this for years and people have told me they won't see it in their lifetime, it is already here. Nobody will drive for a living anymore in the not to distant future. No truck drivers, no delivery people, no bus drivers, no taxi cab drivers. Millions of jobs will simply disappear. They are seeking an automated society where people on the lower end just are not needed. That includes your children.

Examiner.com - Area 51 scientist's deathbed video: UFOs are real, aliens have federal jobs. Make of it what you will. I don't believe aliens are visiting this planet; but, I also don't believe we are being told the truth about what is occurring.

Matt Taibbi - Rolling Stone - The $9 Billion Witness: Meet JPMorgan Chase's Worst Nightmare. I will simplify the article; but, you should really read it. JP Morgan knowingly cheated people out of billions and billions of dollars and the government has protected them.

MIT Technology Review - Google Wants to Store Your Genome. They want your DNA baby, they want to track you and make predictions based on genetics. Diversity of species will be a crime some day. In America we used to actually neuter mentally challenged people, they did it in Nazi Germany too; but, we led the way.

Business Standard - 50% of occupations today will no longer exist in 2025: Report. You need to read this article if you have children or grandchildren. It is the future.

Wired - Startup Builds Sensors That Will Analyze Sweat to Track Your Health. They are going to know more about the workers of the future then they did about the slaves of the past.

Wired - New Initiative Aims to Teach People to Code—Then Find Them Jobs. If you are not new to this blog, more stuff I have talked about. One of the few good jobs will be independently programming apps for less and less money over time.

TechCrunch - The Larger Implications Of Electronic Payments Adoption. The article is about how electronic payments will help the poor and barely mentions how it will also allow big global companies to avoid taxes and transfer money made in one country to another country.

I am at a loss for words. I have been writing for 7 years about what is coming and am sorry that so few have got it. Many will not understand until after the changes have occurred. What a shame. Be well dear readers.

Now I Have Something to Write About and Links at the End

Sorry for taking so long. I have been watching the world and thinking. I do that sometimes. I have collected some articles; but, still other things are on my mind. Lets talk about where we are headed and what it will mean to us all.

In the next 4 years we will see roughly 40% of all the people retire. It is the end of the baby boomers. The purpose behind making you afraid of the economy, of losing your pension, of losing social security and of losing your home keeps many of those people working a little longer; but, in the end old age, complete burnout and time will take their toll. In the end, the baby boomers will mostly be dead in 15 years or less.

How many people have already left the workforce? How many baby boomers have already retired or died? They keep numbers on this and actuarial data. Heck, Bush had a whole group of experts assigned to this and they wrote up "The Presidents Management Agenda" early in his presidency. I know, I read it and then wrote on it and had a copy delivered to a union group in Washington D.C. in secret. No name, no title, just a white paper brought to D.C. by a friend who worked with unions.

The people that came up with the plan for dealing with this future are bright, a very few are brighter than me and my IQ is the same as Einstein's. No, some of the people that worked on this program are smarter than me and not by just a little. A 200 IQ versus 160 should be the difference between 120 and 80, give or take a bit that is not meaningful. The problem is that everybody has blind spots. Mr. Walter O'Brien is said to have an IQ of 197. As we used to say in Boston, that is wicked smart. Still, he makes mistakes and I have been listening to and analyzing him, looking for that missing piece and I found it. We may or may not get back to that. In either case, he is really smart.

Their is a passage in the bible that I am too lazy to look up. It says that God will make fools of the wisdom of the world. It also says that in the last days they will outlaw marriage and the eating of meat. I always found that part fascinating. Now, I don't believe government truly sanctions marriage, that is God's purview. That is one reason that I could care less about gays getting married by God.

Lets look at a simple concept. What if you knew that we would not need 50% of the people on earth to thrive in other ways? Imbeciles like Alex Jones believe that the "elites" want to kill off over half the world, that is simply alarmist and stupid. Others like David Icke believe they want to only have 500,000,000 million people as is mentioned on the Georgia Guidestones. You can look that up. I think I have already written about it a couple of times. Both believe they are trying to kill us with vaccines, genetically modified food and through promoting homosexuality. What if we look at what is actually decreasing the population.

The sperm count in men is dropping, they are less fertile, that is why younger men are more likely to have man boobs. It is the hormones in our food supply and it also makes them less fertile, not that it matters much. Heck, fewer and fewer of them want to get married or have children. Just look up the birth rates in Europe, Japan and the west in general. They are unsustainable. No society has ever grown once it hit a birth rate of less than 2.11 and they are all below. If you are worried about the Arabs because they have moved into Europe and are having babies, don't worry, there are not enough of them to make a difference.

Now lets look at some news articles and put them in context.

WND - Brand-new call: No marriage licenses for anyone. This is a retarded "Christian" website. Here is a quote from the article. "Idaho state Sen. Steve Vick says one U.S. city’s efforts to force a Christian wedding chapel to perform homosexual marriages in his state is a blatant violation of the Constitution, and he is seriously considering legislation to get the state government out of marriage entirely because he fears churches will be the next target in the aggressive homosexual agenda." Why would a Christian call for fulfilling the bible by saying that marriage should be outlawed?

What is marriage? It is two people committing themselves to each other for life, giving up the same relationship of intimacy with anyone else. Which is worse, giving up one of God's commandments or two? Why does God not like homosexuality, what is his reason, how does it hurt his plan or cause him to feel uneasy? Homosexuals do not procreate. It is that simple. God told us to go forth and procreate, not doing so is against his wishes, he wants as much diversity as possible. You watch and remember what I say next. We already have children graduating high school that were genetically modified to have two mothers and one father. That is a fact and I have written about it before. Just search for it on the web beyond my blog.

Now, while homosexuality is not mentioned in the ten commandments, adultery is. People conveniently forget their old testament. If you slept with a woman, you were married to a women or had to pay a very stiff price. The ritual that signifies marriage is having sex. It says so in the bible. It says that your body is a temple to God and that if you sleep with more than one woman, you have defiled that temple because you become one with everyone you sleep with. Sex is the consummation of marriage, it is when the contract is signed. The only way to escape the clause is that the other party cheats on you, then you are free, they are not. If you have only been with one person and they cheat on you, the bargain is broken and you are free to choose one more. You are also free to chose one more if the other dies. That is a very heavy statement. Think about it carefully if you believe you are a Christian.

This is a post for Christians even more than non-believers. I know what audience I am addressing. It is not an accident, it is a chance at redemption for people that think they are Christians. I don't write for non-believers and I do not preach nor seek out non-believers. I don't care what you believe, that is up to you and between you and the universe. I have never saved a soul in my life and I preach. I wasn't put here to save souls, that is up to God. I am not him. He may be in me, I may know a part of him (sentience); but in the end, I am not him, I am not all knowing nor all powerful nor eternal until he says so. I am me and that is all I am.

Free will allows me to choose me. to be me. God gave us free will. He did not give that to demons or angels, they do not have free will. That is why it says that one day we will command them, that we will be the free will of the universe. I will write again, I am tired. Be well.

I know I have been quiet.

Dearest readers,

I will be back very soon. Many things are going through my mind as I prepare to retire.

Brisbane Times - Forget self-driving Google cars, Australia has self-driving trucks. I think I have mentioned this many times before. Read the article and then ask yourself a simple question. If the company you ran relied on drivers and you could avoid the cost, would you?

News updates about gold, healthcare, drones and other things.

Yahoo - Reuters - Facebook Exploring Development of Online Healthcare ‘Support Communities

People are so busy complaining about "Obamacare" for nonsense reasons that they are not paying attention to the real Trojan horse. Under the Affordable Healthcare Act, doctors and hospitals are required to keep all medical records in an electronic format. Oddly enough multiple companies are now coming out with "Smart watches". The main new functions of these watches is to monitor your health, diet and exercise, they are not for making calls and do not have displays big enough to use the internet, your phone does a better job. Oh, and the watches link to your phone, this allows your phone to update your doctor automatically. The next step is to transfer this information to a single place, turns out that place will be a Facebook owned site.

The purpose of all of this in the end is so that the government can track everyone's health. Now, as everyone is required to carry medical insurance und the Affordable Care Act, the insurance companies will eventually either determine the type of healthcare you are afforded if you do not do as your doctor recommends or use it as grounds to remove you from your medical plan. Previously I wrote about how one company REQUIRES it's employees to wear a smart watch to monitor their health as a condition of employment. The explanation is that the company said it has allowed them to reduce insurance costs.

The purpose of all of this is to triage medical resources. We entering a period where the average age of citizens will be older because the baby boomers are all over 54 no matter how you calculate the baby boom years, some would argue that the baby boom ended earlier and put the age of the youngest baby boomers in their 60s. They are going to need more and more healthcare and there are not enough doctors and nurses to provide it in the manner we are accustomed to.

When George Bush Jr, got into the white house one of the first things he commissioned was a report on what the effect of the baby boomers retiring would be. It was determined that we needed them to work longer. It was also determined that we would have a healthcare crisis if we didn't do something. I read the report when it was published. The government has been working on dealing with these issues ever since. They have a plan and it has been rolling out ever since without the people in these industries even really understanding the bigger plan.

The Telegraph - First hint of "Life after death" in biggest ever scientific study. Well the articles title is wrong, they found proof that awareness can continue even after someone is clinically found dead and that was believed to be impossible because they had believed that consciousness was a physical condition, a mechanical process. By the way, the first hint of life after death came about when millions of people were documented as having near death experiences.

Vice - Documenting the next generation of drone pilots. They are recruiting young video gamers to become drone pilots. A young guy who is 18 and is a great video gamer is a lot cheaper to hire into the military than a real pilot and they aren't afraid of killing people because they have been raised playing games where they kill people all day on a tv or computer screen. They also get to command the drones from far, far away in the safety and comfort of a place near where they live.

Yahoo - Motoramic - California readies pay-as-you-drive tax test, coming soon to a road near you. By the way, if you have a smart phone you will be able to pay your tax while you are driving.

examiner.com - Gold confiscation: Mystery revealed. The article basically gives the highlights of the laws and executive orders that allowed the government to confiscate gold from civilians in the United States. All that research and the author contends that those laws are no longer in effect and that we shouldn't worry about the government confiscating gold; but, it leaves out the Patriot Act which requires dealers to report ALL sales of gold valued at more than $500, that my friends is way less than an ounce with gold currently selling at a little over $1,200 an ounce.

My long time readers will remember that I had already written that these things were coming years ago; but, consider this an update and a shorthand for new readers.

"Inequality For All" - Robert Reich

I joined Netflix not long ago and like documentaries. I watched one tonight called "Inequality For All", the man who it was about is named Robert Reich and he was the Secretary of Labor. He worked under both Republican and Democratic Presidents. The man now teaches at UC Berkley. I 100% sincerely recommend this film to everyone who reads this post. It explains better than I have how we have gotten where we are. He misses out on bringing up some issues; but, he goes through a lot of things and films can only be so long.

He talks about how big money influences government; but, he failed to go through some of the most important changes in the law that your federal government made the and caused the loss of jobs in the United States. Why do we give tax breaks to companies in the United States that create jobs overseas and take them away from this country?  Why do we give tax breaks to people who renounce citizenship after they have made their money is this country? I am not concerned about the money they make in foreign countries, only the money they make from this country. From profits they made from owning stock in American companies.

The tax code is the key to fixing America. People do what benefits them. We need to eliminate all tax deductions and set a flat tax rate, the same percentage regardless of how much someone makes. Pay as you benefit. There was a time when we had a progressive tax, the wealthiest could pay up to 90% in taxes, I am against that. That is why the paid so much to lobbyists to call for tax deductions. The problem is that every pendulum swings back and they swung back; but, fairness was never reached.

I want you to think about this. Multimillionaire Mitt Romney complained that taxes were too high; but, he only paid about 13% on his income. I am practically broke and paid 30%. You see, if you get divorced and the government makes you pay alimony, you still get taxed at the higher rate. You get a deduction for alimony; but, your ex pays taxes on that alimony. The deduction is often not equal to the higher tax rate that you pay. My wages are garnished, it is not a discretionary expense and goes straight to her, I should not pay at the higher rate, I never got the money.

Lets try this. You get a deduction for your mortgage and insurance on your house which causes houses to cost more than renting. If you own apartments you get to deduct for repairs, if you own a home, you do not get to deduct for repairs. The mortgage and insurance deduction is actually causing your home mortgage to be more, it is not benefitting you.

Consider this and unfinished post.

God, Financial lies and the Future

This will be a strange mix-up of things. Hope you enjoy.

TechCrunch - The World’s First Genetically Modified Babies Will Graduate High School This Year. I have written many times about how scientists are already genetically modifying people. I know a lot of people think I am writing about things that they don't have to worry about for many years. Nope. It began years ago and now genetically modified babies are graduating high school and many of them will reproduce, heck some may have already and you would not be able to tell. You or your relatives could marry one and never know it. We have no way of knowing what this will mean to the future of humans.

Let's say this first set of genetically modified humans works out just fine. Okay. We will continue modifying people until we make a mistake with consequences we could not foresee. Mistakes are inevitable. Michael Crichton was a great writer and really smart. He wrote a book called "Jurassic Park" and in the movie version one character points out that mistakes are inevitable and that life finds a way to escape boundaries. They will make a mistake in genetically modifying people and there is no way to know what the impact will be.

Gigaom - Visa: Apple Pay will pave the way for more mobile wallets that people can actually use. There will not be any more cash in the future and the future is coming quicker than people realize. That is the problem. It is already here, most people just don't know it. I don't have as much to write about anymore as everything I said is coming true. It was all true when I originally wrote about these things, it is just now becoming visible to those who didn't pay attention.

Now let's talk about God. Stephen Hawking, the douche, insists that the universe could exist without God and that if there was a God then we would be Gods and know everything. That's just bad logic. Philosophically, he is a retard. All philosophy begins with why do we exist as self aware or even as beings that experience anything. Why do we have awareness of anything? If everything is only physical then why should anything have self awareness, trees don't. Where does self-awareness come from? How can one deny the possibility of a greater self awareness? An eternal self awareness? That is just stupid and violates the principals of the scientific method.

He does not get it, most people don't. He doesn't understand why he is so severely crippled and blames God. He believes that if there was a God then he would not be punished in this manner. He is wrong and he is not being punished. Troubles are not punishments from God, that is an old concept from people who did not understand the bible. Challenges are placed before us so that we can grow. That is Toynbee, one of the greatest philosophers and historians in history. Understanding how things work is not the same as understanding the why, why things work at all.

Sorry, I think I have to write something else about never working again. I think I may have just retired. We shall see.

Stephen Hawking is Still a Douche

CNET - Stephen Hawking makes it clear: There is no God.

A quote from the article. "Hawking now explained: "What I meant by 'we would know the mind of God' is, we would know everything that God would know, if there were a God. Which there isn't. I'm an atheist." Let's start with this, he has failed the most fundamental rule of science, you never declare that you know the answer, only that you believe and suspect it. That is called the "scientific method" which means that his answers violated his explanation.

It is impossible to prove that God does not exist. Think about it, then try and define what and who God is. We don't even have a common understanding of what it means for there to be a "God". The greatest sin and the only unforgiveable sin is choosing to be your own God. The sin of rejecting the real God. That is the sin, the only sin that we knowingly choose.

Who Sold You Out?

Yahoo - The Fiscal Times - Instead of QE, the Fed Could Have Given $56,000 to Every Household in America. The title pretty much explains the article. QE is Quantitative Easing and involved the Federal Reserve printing money (debt to the taxpayer) and giving it to banks.

Yahoo - Christian Science Monitor - Boehner says unemployed ‘don’t really want’ jobs. How bad a gaffe for GOP? The Republican Speaker of the House of Representatives said Americans are lazy. Hey, wait a minute, doesn't he work for us? These swine allowed 47 million American jobs to go to Communist China and allowed American companies to claim that they are headquartered overseas to avoid paying taxes in America. Jerks like Greenspan PROMOTED the housing bubble and allowed companies to change the rules for getting a house which is why people who could not afford the loans were given them anyways. Where are these jobs?

Yahoo - Motoramic - Mercedes-Benz reveals Future Truck 2025, the Optimus Prime of self-driving semis. I told you this was coming. As soon as trucking companies began saying they couldn't get enough drivers, I knew it was to get self driving trucks in the United States. It is a lie. All the trucking companies have to do is increase the pay to truckers. Driving "over the road" (that is what it is called when you sleep in your truck at night - long haul) is hard. Too bad you cannot do it for minimum wage. What happens when we lose millions of jobs in the transportation industry? I don't even have to make an effort to tell you which trucking company will be the first to get self-driving trucks. They will retain drivers; but, cut their salaries. Wanna bet?

Bloomberg - GM to Introduce Hands-Free Driving in Cadillac Model. Taxi drivers will be the next to go, how many of them in the United States?

Huffington Post - The Mysteries of Inequality Are Only Mysterious to Elites. They do understand, they claim to be confused; but, they are not. They believe everyone else has too much, has it too well. They believe in slavery, they believe in Communism, that is why "capitalists" and "job creators" create those jobs in China and not in America. They are traitors.

My coming retirement.

Sorry that I haven't written in a bit. I have been deep in it at work. I thought I would quietly fade away; but, find myself in one more big thing. I even received my service pin today. I tell people that what it really says is "Freedom", completion may be equally true. It says that I can pretty much leave when I want to. I know that was on the minds of a lot of people as it was given to me.

I do not know what the future holds; but, it will be a new journey.

UPDATE:

Nevermind

Racism Still Exists

Yahoo - Hollywood Reporter - Denzel Washington Recalls Experiences with Discrimination and N-Word Insults.

Mr. Washington was asked about filming in Boston and mentioned how 30 years ago he attended his wife's one woman show and was called a "nigger" and "boy". I was attending college in Boston at around the same time and lived in an apartment with some other students and they were all "liberal". One day one of the other students told me how he wasn't a bigot but always felt uncomfortable when he saw blacks who owned dogs. He couldn't see them in control.

A day or two after I wrote my last post about racism, I was telling an older friend of mine about what I had seen back in the 60s when a black man and his family were thrown out of a restaurant because it was for whites. My friend had lived during the Watts riots but said he had never seen white only restaurants. He may have and not noticed, he had no reason to lie to me, he is one of my dearest friends and the conversation was in relative privacy.

The thing is that people don't notice what they don't look for. A couple of years ago I was with a black female friend of mine, we were taking a short business trip and rented a room together. She is great fun to be around and we walked around San Diego talking business and people watching. We didn't get any strange looks or attitude. We walked past a couple of gay couples and they didn't seem to get any attitude; but, we had no way of knowing what people were thinking. This happened after my divorce and a couple of my children asked me why my friend and I didn't date. The truth is, we didn't want to ruin our friendship, she was more like a sister. She attended a black church and it was her church members who questioned her being with me. We were working on a business deal and one of our partners disagreed with a decision we were making and told her she should support him because he was black and I was not. She dropped him.

Things are not as bad as they were in the 60s; but, that doesn't mean that bigotry has gone away. We still have Nazis in America and Klansmen and we still have Louis Farrakhan; but, it is not as bad as it was. What we cannot forget is that just because it is not as bad does not mean bigotry has ended. Maybe people just hide it better.

Negroes and Faggots

I thought I would use a title that might get people's attention. I am getting ready to retire, I am officially old. I was born in the 50s. In 1964 I moved east to New England. We took route 66. Get your kicks on route 66. I don't remember most of the event; but, my mother told me that we went to a restaurant on "America's Highway" and stopped to get a meal. She told me that a black man came into the restaurant with his family to get a meal and one of the patrons complained and the man and his family were forced to leave the restaurant. Apparently the white man screamed and complained. It was in the Midwest, I would never live there.

My mother was not pleased. She would be considered liberal and an independent woman long before the woman's rights movement. My father was apparently not in agreement; but, did not complain. He saw blacks as different; but, in the end believed in making his own judgments. He also wanted to vote for George Wallace. Both changed their opinions over time. They didn't really believe in rocking the social order. I take after my mom and do not care about the social order. I think it needs a push every now and then.

I watched a episode of "Quantum Leap" tonight, it was about the Watts riots. I had moved back to Los Angeles by the time the riots hit and my father was a cop with the county or the city at the time. It wasn't until about 1971 that he went into federal law enforcement. In about 1965 or 66 my father took me to Watts with him. I don't remember why; but, he was acting as a cop at the time. It would have been a Sunday and he was probably serving a subpoena. He took me to a restaurant in Watts and I had a nice meal. It was strange being there surrounded by black people getting food at a restaurant when I was still in elementary school and the riots were still fresh in everyone's minds, including mine.

In 1992 we had another riot; but, I was an adult and came downtown during the riots with a 38 police special and it was loaded with very bad bullets, the kind that kill. Nobody tells me I am not allowed in Los Angeles without risking a lot. This is my home and it is that simple. To  bad I became a pacifist.

I have a lot of black friends, they think I am crazy because of the jokes I tell. I don't know if they see me as white, I am not, I am Irish. In fact I am what is known as black Irish and it does not refer to my color mostly. I am as a white skinned as you can be; but, black hair (once upon a time), blue eyes and a particular look and home that is not influenced by Vikings. It is said that the Irish are the blacks of Europe and the black Irish, well, we were also considered different. I never forget that I am Irish and that 1/4 of my people were starved to death or that our home was stolen or that we were treated as criminals in our homes or that speaking our language or teaching our language was illegal in our own homes.

1965 and a young boy in Watts having lunch with his dad as his father issued a warrant or whatever. Nobody bothered us, nobody kicked us out of the restaurant and my father was not bothered about having his young son, who was still in elementary school with him in Watts when only a year before we had seen a black family kicked out of a restaurant. Wow.

My father used to call black people negroes. That was considered polite as the word whites used most was "nigger". I don't use profanity on this site as a rule; but, that was what white people called blacks and we should remember that. It is offensive and obscene and dismissive and I hate it. Lets not forget that white people in America used to call black people that because they treated them as second class citizens. Lets remember our whole history so that we do not repeat. Oops, too late. Now we still think it is okay to call gays "fags" or "queers". Lets not forget it.

I think well of Pastor Daniels and was disappointed to see that the church she was a member of believes that the worst thing in the world is to be gay rather than kill people as a soldier. I hope a member of Pastor Daniels family reads this and repeats it to her church. It has value. People will tell me that race is not a choice; but, that being gay is. That may or not be true; but, what does it matter? What if people chose to be black or female, would it then be okay to treat them as less than fully human? What is the crime in being black, female or gay? I am saddened when I see black people treat gays as sub-humans or women as sub-humans. I am equally sad when I see whites do the same, it means they haven't learned either.

When I was in Junior High my school was "integrated". That means that black kids from Watts were bused into white areas. It was one of the first schools to be involved in what was called bussing. Two black kids from the Watts area were bussed into my school and robbed me and threatened me, that did not go well for them in the end. One of them was accidently electrocuted and I watched without helping him. I was cold little boy and had planned on shooting him; but, he left and it became irrelevant. I was not a nice Pimpernel at the time and was busy dealing with my own threats, one more meant nothing to me and the color of the person was irrelevant compared to the threat. This was during the time when I almost choked a white person to death for pushing me to far. He never tried it again and neither did anyone else.

I have a lot of friends that are black and a lot of friends that are gay. I also have a lot of female friends. Oddly enough I have few friends that are white males. I think more about character then I do about color or sexuality or gender or nationality. These are our bigotries that we allow us, people, to be divided by while we have our future stolen by people with power. When we give up hate and bigotry, we destroy power, the power of the world. That is the message that Jesus brought us.

Love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. You never know what joy you might find. The love of my life was half Mexican and all woman. Think of all the insults that people might have used against her. Mexicans were still called "wetbacks" in California and women were still called "bitches" and gays were still called "fags". I fell in love with her in 1971 when blacks and Mexicans were still trying to get the right to buy houses in "white" areas. It never occurred to me to think about her color, her nationality or anything other than the fact that she was the sweetest, gentlest and kindest woman that I have ever met in my life. I never considered what others might think, I only cared what her parents thought about me.

I remember the moment I met her, it was in 6th grade and she had skipped a grade. She was really smart. I was too; but, my parents (mother) would not listen to the teachers and let me skip grades. She wanted me to learn to deal with people my own age, people period. My mother wanted me to have empathy for others and I didn't have any at the time. I did not see black or white, everyone was an idiot in my mind, even the teachers. LOL. I didn't even feel part of the human race, I was my own freak and that I met her. ROFL.

I had to stand at the door and greet every student as I entered 6th grade at a school I had never attended before, knew no one at and would only be at for a year and then be in Junior High. I don't remember meeting any of them other than her. Then the teacher asked them all to ask me a question  so they could get to know me as I was the outsider once again. All the questions I was asked were superficial and irrelevant except hers. She asked me a two part question and put me on notice that I wasn't the only smart one in the room. She let me know that she saw through me and challenged me and that is when I fell in love, a soulmate.

I couldn't see her well at the time as my eyes had been damaged in an accident and I had not yet received my first pair of glasses. I knew she was female as I had met her at the door; but, she could have been anyone except for the questions she asked me. That was what made me fall in love with her, her questions and her personality that caused her to ask the questions. She asked the questions to let me know that she was watching me and it was not okay if I destroyed everyone else. I fell in love with a soul, not a sex; but she was very female and that is when I learned how important women were because if she was one then they had to be special. I have never considered being gay because she is my love and she is the most I can love another.

If we are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, what is the limit and what becomes narcissism? The moment others are not us; but, are instead our neighbors then we must love people that are different than us while still loving ourselves. That means everyone should be loved by us. Our preferences are just that, preferences.

New Technology for Pimpernel

I went out and bought a Nintendo WII U. I also got a Netflix account. It took two days to figure out how to use either. LOL. I have an IQ above 155 and I couldn't figure out how to program my tv to take HDMI from the video game. The tv didn't do it automatically because it is 7 years old. After figuring out how to play video games on my tv, I tried to set up my new laptop, it is a hybrid tablet. I have no idea how to use it. It took a day and calling tech support to use the laptop. It took a half day to figure out how to set up and use my new wireless scanner printer (I like it a lot).

It was a lot of technology to learn in a couple of days. The printer alone took an hour of my time just to download the files. I also bought some really nice speakers for my new tablet hybrid. I will try and post some interesting news stories in the next few days.

What Sex Laws Should We Have?

For anyone reading this that has not followed the blog, lets list some simple facts. I preach, I have only been with one woman in my whole and have turned down plenty of opportunities, I have three daughters, am a pacifist and all of this can be easily seen by reading previous posts. I believe the most complete connection we can have with another, the chance to be one only occurs between a man and a woman; but, I don't think people go to hell for being gay and preach to gays without ever telling them to change. Don't think you know my beliefs or try and place your hangups or biases or bigotry on me and don't presume to know my opinion. Read what I have to say and think. That means to just listen.

Some people would say that we should not have laws about sex. That would mean that things like child molestation, necrophilia (if you don't know that word, you don't need to), bestiality and rape would all be legal. I don't believe in that, I think they should be illegal. I believe we can outlaw non-consensual sex, that is violence against another. I don't believe you should be allowed to force yourself on anyone or being that has not expressed consent or allowed things to proceed further. At some point you do have to say no or consent may have already been rightfully presumed. We have to figure out where that line might be.

I believe a man can rape a woman even if they are married. Yep, it has to be consensual. I don't believe that the rules of the game are the same when you are not married. There is a reason. My wife enjoyed sex with me and I enjoyed sex with her, for 25 years. If my wife had a complaint it was that we did not have enough sex. The Pimpernel does not tell stories or lie. My wife also liked waking up to sex and when I was rested enough I would wake her up sex, I would please her as she woke, as she was in that in-between place, in between dreaming and waking. I assure you, men enjoy waking the same way if their wives choose to so surprise them. Is that consensual sex? Heck, my wife and I had sex drunk after more than one party. Was that consensual on either of our parts? It felt good and the time and we both enjoyed it and neither ever complained.

I have no interest and am turned off with having sex with two women or entering a woman from behind. These things hold absolutely no attraction to me. A female friend of mine once asked me if I would engage in such activities if my wife had really wanted to experience them. The answer to two women is simple, NO. I would not do it. I am not interested in sex, I am interested in being with someone who attaches to me completely. That left one question and I still cannot answer that. Today, I think my answer would be yes. I would want to please my mate in whatever way I could without violating my own principles. Don't forget I am a pacifist.

What if I really wanted to have sex from behind and my wife did too. Would it be wrong to do such a thing? Should that be illegal? Mutual consent for something that can be done safely? At what point in time do we deem consensual acts to be illegal? Sex with children is easy to put aside, consent requires understanding and a 5 year old does not understand what sex means. They cannot give consent. A corpse cannot give consent, an animal cannot give consent, a person in a coma cannot give consent; but, a person who consents to have drunk sex in advance of getting drunk can give consent.

My wife and I got drunk on our honeymoon night and had sex. Would you wish to jail me because she was drunk? A college girl who is not engaged who gets drunk and a young man who wobbles her to his room and then sleeps with her while she is asleep is not sleeping with the woman in a consensual situation. He is a criminal. He has no idea as to what she expects from him, she is passed out. I had a right to expect more from the woman I married and had children by. I already knew what she liked and what we had come to expect from one another over time. She liked it when I woke her up with sex.

The issue I am discussing is called "informed" consent. It means more than saying yes or no. It refers to reasonableness of exceptions. Let us consider an extreme example of factual situations that might occur. Let us assume that the douche bag, Stephan Hawking, was with a woman. Let us say that he typed out, "Lets have sex" to the woman and it took 20 minutes for him to write it out. Now, let us assume that she said yes, undressed him; put him on the bed and made love to him. If he got back in his chair and typed out, "No, I changed my mind, lets not have sex" after they slept together, would she be guilty of rape?

Now lets talk about how the media manipulates the truth to get you to react.

The media portrays this as a competition between two sides, the sides that say everything is rape and those who say everything is legal so long as there is not a complaint.  Is that true, is that really the question, is the question that simple?

Let me ask this question. A woman goes to a frat party and someone slips her ecstasy, she approaches a man who has no idea that she is high and she starts rubbing him and he gets turned on and starts making out with her, they end up in bed and she has sex with him, is he guilty of rape when he didn't know she had been drugged?

None of this is or will ever be an issue in my life. It is still worthy or consideration when looking at the bigger question, consent. Where is the point of no return? Or what must someone do to indicate that they have reached that point or changed their mind?

Look beyond the headlines and emotions, ask yourself the deeper questions. Agree, disagree with me; but, don't simplify the issues, address them and I will posts responses that are not foul.

My Ever Changing Surroundings

For a little more than four years I have had people living with me that needed a place to stay. One is a younger man that needed a start and I helped him to find his start. He is now engaged and about to move out. I am both sad and happy. We have had plenty of good times and I exposed him to many new restaurants and flavors. As we both like to cook this has been fun for me. I am thrilled that he has found a good job with real career opportunities and a chance to have a decent life. Tonight he thanked me for all that I had done. He is the last of the many people who lived with me in my home.

For the past seven years I have housed so many people that I have lost count and they are all in better situations today. I guess it is only right that as I prepare to retire, they all go their ways. I guess I am feeling empty nest syndrome. My children grew and moved out, the people I helped with a place to stay have all moved out and the people I mentored in business are all now pursuing their careers (and quite well if I may say so).

This last young man was different. I didn't know him at all when I let him move into my house. He was a friend of a friend of one of my daughters and had just lost the couch that he was sleeping on at another home. He was trying to correct a DUI that he had gotten. We took care of that problem. He was a little confused at first, I don't think anyone had ever given him a chance like I did.

At first when he moved into my house we used to talk and listen to music and comedy sketches on my laptop. Later he brought in one friend and then another. Two of them did not have living fathers or strong father figures. Another young man that lived with me for awhile along with his girlfriend did not have strong father figures to look to. I sort of became a dad to these young people.

All these young people watched what I did and how. If I would have done other than my word they have noticed; but, I think I lived my word whether you agree with my beliefs or not. The media doesn't seem to believe that good older male figures (father figures) are important anymore. It is. It is very important. My dad was a great dad and I have always believed that if I could be as good a role model as him, I would have achieved the world.

Sometimes when I do something new and well, I want to call my dad and tell him or ask him how he would deal with a particular situation. Unfortunately my father passed away a few years ago. I am fortunate, I have an older male friend who I can call and bounce ideas off of. He used to be my boss and is retired and now I am about to retire and I still need to have him around.

You might ask yourself what I get in return for mentoring or helping others. It is pretty simple. When one of the young people I helped gets further ahead and tells me how something I did was helpful to them in making the right decision. I feel fantastic, it means I spent my time well helping another. Heck, one of my greatest work achievements was mentoring a young man who is kicking butt and taking names and for the right reasons. He is also now mentoring a young man that had a rough beginning and no good father figure. The young man I mentored is now older and is mentoring another, he already had a fantastic father; but, I taught him the world. I think I was like an older brother to him. I love him like a younger brother.

Anyways, I am sad tonight to see the last of them go. I am sad to see this young man go; but, I am also glad. He is off to make his journey and that is why I help young men, to see them make their journey. I do not have any boys, I have three daughters and I love them all and am proud of them all. I also have two son in laws; but, they both have their own fathers.

I am proud to see young people grow up that were part of my extended family; but, am sad that our time together is over. When I was young my job was to learn. When I became a young adult, my job was to show what I could do. As I became middle aged my job was to see how far I could take it all and how much of my integrity I could retain. I am retiring and will have a new job. I wish I could call my dad and ask what that new job is.

Robin Williams and a Movie You Didn't See and Stuff

My favorite comedian that was also an actor is Don Rickles. In all my years as a stage manager the only person I knew willing to deliver standup was me and I am far from great at it, I just like talking before crowds. Comedy is hard and standup is the hardest. You have to believe in every joke and when one fails you fear they all will fail. At least when I am preaching I don't have to worry if the joke fails as the point is always more important.

When I am preaching, the humor is meant to expose a truth. The Jews asked for rules and God them the ten commandments. They did not go into exile for having gays, they stoned them to death. They went into exile and lost everything because they violated the ten commandments. Jesus reinforced this thought in that when they asked him which was the most important commandment he told them it was to love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. When I preach I have told gay people that they didn't even make the top ten of sins and Jesus never bothered mentioning them. That "top ten" reference is done in the form of a joke to highlight a point.

Our biggest problem is not that their are homosexuals in America or that if the government approves them being together they can get a tax break and inherit from one another. Our biggest problem is that we have ignored the top ten and the one that Jesus chose. What if we stopped killing one another or stealing from one another (that is aimed at JP Morgan, our financial system and a government that supports the financial system stealing from us) and cheating on one another, breaking our agreements which is lying. It was the institutional (society wide and accepting corruption) that destroyed Israel, not homosexuals.

The effective use of humor is to make a point that people will remember. Often comedy comes from pain. One of my best jokes was told during my colonoscopy with a camera 6 feet up my 5 foot, 8 inch frame. The best story teller with a point was probably George Carlin or for those of you in England, a Texan named Bill Hicks. They told stories and tried to help us see how silly this world is organized.

Robin Williams did improv and was great at it; but, he was even better when he was making a point in a movie, it gave him a point to steer towards. He got a number of awards for his acting and one of the films he made was called "The Best of Times". It is supposedly a comedy; but, is really a film about mistakes, regret and redemption. I am providing you a link to Hulu of the movie.

Hulu - The Best of Times

Now a couple of strange news items.

Yahoo - Why more U.S. companies will flee to Canada. Not complicated, they are moving to Canada to avoid paying taxes. At the same time they want to claim that their jobs are in America. In fact, Burger King is one of the ones that wants to move to Canada and recently supported a change in the rules that now claims that assembling a hamburger should be treated as a manufacturing job. You can write your own joke; but, I assure you, the joke is on us.

Companies in America have asked to be treated as people. I actually believe in that; but, they must then be treated equally as people and pay taxes the same as other residents. In Canada the average person has a higher tax rate than their billion and multi-billion dollar fellow Canadians. The Canadians pay for universal healthcare and America does not. Yet did not Burger King complain about "Obamacare"? The minimum wage is higher in Canada; but, didn't the fast food companies complain about raising the minimum wage? Maybe these companies just love more social programs and don't feel the US is prepared to provide them. Maybe that's why we sent all of our manufacturing jobs to Communist China. I don't think so. The rise of Globalism and the fact that our political class sold us out to the special interests (wealthy that could promise them a return on their vote) means that we do need to reconsider how income tax is calculated.

I would recommend that income tax only be charged by the federal government. I would also eliminate all deductions and have a simple flat tax. For people that make below the poverty line, I would charge not income tax. It makes no sense to tax people on welfare when we pay for that. Lets say everyone, including companies were charged a flat 15% on all profits, inheritance and any manner of income.

Now some might want to ask about bank bailouts or corporate bailouts. As people, I would give them the same benefits as other people on welfare or disability. $300 a month in food subsidies and another $300 in expenses. I don't know what we gave JP Morgan or GM; but, I think it was a lot more, maybe billions. Think about that.

During the 80s and 90s "corporate raiders" bought stock in American companies and then sold the assets off to China. Keep that in mind. You see the companies were worth more for their parts than their regular income, even though they made a regular income. People stopped buying stock for the annual return (dividend or participation in the profit) and more for the stock value (short term valuations).

Educating Humanity - FBI Interrogates NBC Cameraman For Filming UFO - NBC News Report. I don't really care about the post by the blogger. I have no idea what was going on, I am much more interested in why the FBI interrogated a cameraman over what he filmed. Lets say it wasn't a UFO, okay, then what are they afraid it was that was captured on film and why give him a lie detector test? What did he film and more importantly, why give him a lie detector test?

Have a great week.

Getting Better

I did not get up till like 3 today and every muscle hurt; but, the fever has broken and that is valuable. I will continue to rest tomorrow and hopefully will be fully functional by Wednesday, or at least as functional as I usually am.

I am happy to report that four people have in fact met the ALS challenge that I made. I will not be posting all of the videos as this blog is still anonymous and I respect that. This blog is about 7 years old and I have never made a dime from it, requested a dime or given away peoples identities.

I Have the Flu and it Sucks

A couple of days ago my daughter got the flu, I gave her medicine and avoided direct contact. It didn't work and now I have the flu and a fever. I don't like the fever part and can feel how it is effecting my thinking. Fortunately I have my favorite soup, I hope I can keep it down. Heck, I hope I can get it in me. When I get the flu I often lose my sense of taste.

I feel cold and am sweating, I go from cold to hot and back again. It is quite interesting how a fever effects us and our level of concentration. Don't expect any news from me tonight. Be well.

ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Hello all,

The Pimpernel contributes to many charities and has housed the homeless for around five years in his own home. I have also made substantial contributions to food banks (one of which I helped start). Since I was in elementary school I have worked and contributed to MDA and UNICEF. THE ALSA foundation supports people and research into Lou Gehrig's disease, a disease that slowly destroys people. There is a challenge going around to either contribute $100 or dunk your head in ice water buckets. People with integrity have done both, I have not been given the challenge; but, will be contributing $400 to charity with the first $100 going to ALSA. The other $300 will be going to MDA (Muscular Dystrophy), a food bank and homelessness.

Once one has taken the challenge, they are entitled to challenge others and I have already begun that process. As this blog is anonymous I will not be posting videos nor calling people out by name on this site. In fact, I have been making personal calls to the people I am challenging. One of them is the president of a substantial company and another is the head of another organization. I am not challenging them for $100, I am challenging them to give $100 to ALSA and $300 to any charities of their choice.

For 7 years I have been writing this blog and it has over 60,000 hits. I have never asked for a dime and do not advertise, this site is not and never will be monetized. I don't roll that way. It will also always be anonymous unless people choose to post identifying information. That is how I roll. Having said that, I want to know if any of you will bother to contribute, if you do let us know and you don't have to identify yourself or prove it to me. It is a moral question. Do you care about others, do they matter? I think we all matter.

One of my best friends died from a similar disease. I watched this lovely man slowly lose everything, his body, his mind and his awareness. It was horrifying; but, he did it with integrity. This is for you Bill, I miss you and love you.

Robbie, you are being called out to take the challenge and challenge everyone on the website that I used to be a member of and let them know that this is from me, if any remember me on it and even if they do not.

If the truth is inside you then I hope your truth is that others matter and that you are willing to help others. Lets have some fun while giving to help others. Peace.

Let's take out the garbage/

There is a lot of rubbish going around that needs to be discarded.

BBC - Richard Dawkins: 'Immoral' not to abort Down's foetuses.

How does one believe in bringing back a Cromagnon; but  also believe we should kill off people who are not perfect? We all matter. Why does he believe that the existence of people less capable then himself means their lives are not worth living? If most people believe that joy is what we should seek in life and a person with Down's feels more joy than him, then why should the kid with Down's die?

Mr. Dawkins is a swine and proves it everytime he talks.

Mail Online - Are we becoming more STUPID? IQ scores are decreasing - and some experts argue it's because humans have reached their intellectual peak. The article claims that IQs went up because of better nutrition and education. It then proceeds to claim that the decrease in IQ is the result of humans reaching their intellectual top. They never asked the question if nutrition and education have devolved since the 60s,they have. They also ignored the fact that as new skills are more beneficial than others, the SAT and IQ tests have not evolved to track what people bother learning. If the test includes questions about how to start a fire with two twigs, does it even bother testing for what people bother learning? People are not getting dumber.

Why does the world want to convince you that you do not matter? It is never for your benefit that another would tell you that you do not matter and you do, that is what the world hates, it hates that you matter.

Why Do People Have Near Death Experiences?

I read this article today and it made me think about something.

LSJ - Near-death experience was life-changing for Howard Storm.

A lot of people have died and come back. The vast majority did not have what is termed a Near Death Experience. I have read that it is about 1 in 10. An NDE is a "spiritual" experience. It is the experience that some have of seeing the other side and is generally characterized as a feeling of love and acceptance shared with at least one other sentient being. Now, some people before they die "imagine" talking to love ones who have passed and are waiting for them. While that experience is equally important, it is not characterized as an NDE as those people haven't physically died.

I cannot prove my experience was "triggered" by my first heart attack; but, they did occur at the same time. As I have read about NDEs in the last few years, it also caused me to read about spiritual experiences unrelated to death. The Kundalini experience is very similar to a NDE and the Shamans that used certain drugs described their experiences in similar terms. The experiences are described as more real than real and the reality that the person is aware of is mental rather than true physical.

The man in the article was an atheist and the experience made him a believer in God. I was already a believer in God when I started this blog and prior to my heart attack. My understanding of him and the afterlife was different than it is now; but, the experience didn't cause me to redefine me. I was quite happy being me before and my still am, that did not change for me.

Very few people write about these experiences and it is usually the one's whose lives totally changed because they changed and redefined themselves and their purpose. I believe it is very possible that most who have had an NDE don't talk about it much. Certainly few of us bother to write a book. I don't even bother reading books about other people's NDEs. Been there, done that and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.

I remember when my doctor told me that I had a heart attack just from looking at my EKG. LOL. What he didn't know was why it wasn't in my folder. I didn't tell anyone at the time and didn't see a doctor for three years or so. I didn't think it mattered as I did not believe I would be alive for more than a year. Funny, my doctor recently told me that when he met me, he didn't think I would live out the year. Now he says I am fine, that must be bad. LOL.

Anyways, as I read the article I began thinking about the purpose of having an NDE when many of us do not come away redefining ourselves. Perhaps the experience has more than one purpose and that the purpose is unique to each one who experiences it. Not everyone has an NDE; but enough do that we may be able to determine some patters and they would be reflective of the effects they had which would tell us about the varying purposes.

If you read about NDEs then consider that the people that write about theirs are a small minority of people who had them. It is (falsely) claimed that the average serial killer is white (that is because other countries catch fewer, report it less and haven't bothered profiling them by country, race or religion. Try catching a serial killer in remote Africa or Polynesia, you have no CSI labs. You may not even have a local police. We don't know what the average serial killer is like, we only know about the ones we caught in America and a couple of one's from other countries. NDEs are the same way, the average person, if he knows about them, only knows about the people who ended up writing books about it and they are an incredibly small minority of us.

As I considered all of this it made me wonder why have the experience if you don't end up redefining yourself? What purpose did it serve for me or others like me? It didn't change me, I knew it was real and learned some things; but, it didn't change me and I did not need reassurance as to who I am or why I am me. I am me and that has never been on the table. I felt the love on the other side and would have stayed; but, I had to be me, I couldn't become addicted to the ultimate love if it meant losing me. I have to be me, it is the only thing I have fought for during my whole life. The right to be me while accepting the responsibility for all my actions as the price tag. That is the burden and freedom that comes with free will. My NDE did not do a darn thing to change that except maybe make me even more determined to be me, the person I choose to be.

Many people come out of their NDEs feeling a need to redeem themselves. I didn't, I came out feeling a need to forgive myself. I did not come out of it with a "mission" or message for anyone other than me. I do preach; but, that was because I was asked to by another person who had an NDE or two. LOL. He had at least two, I had two heart attacks; but, the second one did not result in an NDE that I know of. I believed in God already and I chose my path and career when I was 4 and my brother and sister know that for a fact.

God gives us all gifts and challenges, we define ourselves by determining what we will do with them. Success is not about achieving your goals, it is about becoming you, defining you. That is called free will and is it's purpose.

Mathmatical Proof For a God.

What is your definition of God? What if it is the greatest intelligence in the universe? Now, we cannot prove that the universe exists, that is the problem in quantum physics. Heck, they can only prove that nothing is solid. They have no accepted answer for why or why everything is connected when it is not in any way connected in a manner we can understand or measure. God is therefore the greatest awareness in the universe. If nothing exists but you, then you are God. If there is a being with a greater knowledge then he is God. Spiritually it is believed that God is the being from which all other awareness came.

Now I will show you why mathematics proves there is a God. There cannot be an absolute zero. It cannot exist as you exist and that disproves an absolute zero philosophical argument. It violates the scientific method as the method could not exist if there wasn't anyone to think of it. It is impossible for there to be an absolute zero. Zero as a concept can only exist if things, sets of things exist. You have ten apples and you give all ten to me, how many apples do you have? The answer is zero; but, the question presupposes that something called an apple exists. It presupposes existence. Let me give you this, how would you represent God mathematically? The answer is one not zero, lol.

Philosophically one must begin with existence as the answer, mathematically this translates to the number one. That is the reason that everything we see at a physical level is different on a quantum level and the reason that mathematicians cannot understand religion. They assume there can be an absolute zero, nothingness. For me to even think this or write this means that there must be a one in all theories, that a one is what is assured.

Let's assume for the moment that we are a dream then someone is still dreaming us, that means there is still a one. To presume that when we die we cease to exist at all is to presume that we never did, that there can be an absolute zero, this is why Einstein said that matter could neither be created or destroyed. He was right, awareness is. All awareness always was because it's existence cannot be destroyed. Awareness wasn't created, it just was and cannot be destroyed, as Einstein said, it can only change form. That explanation is the heart of the scientific method.

If the answer is that there must be a one then shouldn't the questions evolve around what that one is and what it is like? Shouldn't the question be what is the nature of existence and not whether or not it exists? If there can be a concept we call math then there cannot be an absolute zero. How can nothing have a concept and zero is a concept.

60,000 Hits and some thoughts.

Hard to believe. This blog will have passed 60,000 hits tomorrow. I have been writing this for about 7 years and have killed the whole blog twice; but, like me it just keeps chugging along. I wonder which posts different people were interested in. Pastor Daniels has been the most searched and read and that makes me feel good, to know that she is remembered.

I want to send my thanks to my readers for keeping an eye on me and my writings. I estimate that I have written somewhere around 3.000 plus posts. I don't know for sure as I deleted the first two versions of this blog. Sometimes I regret that. Currently it is my plan to retire in about 10 weeks and I don't know what part this blog will play in my life at that time. Maybe I shall keep it going until I hit 100,000 views.

I was at work today and talking to someone I have known for decades, she asked me for my blogs address and I gave it to her. She said she wanted to follow it after I retire so we could stay in touch. I pulled up some random post I had made about Transhumanism and she was surprised to learn about it at all. I had her read the heading, the one where I point out that you matter and she said that it is amazing how many people don't think they do matter.

Perhaps I shall turn the blog into a sort of diary after I retire and posts pictures of meals that I have or my dog; but, I doubt it. This blog has never really been about me. I discuss things I have gone through to make points. While they are true, they are meant to be examples of lessons I have learned or experiences that we have or may have. For those who don't know me personally, I really have had two heart attacks, died once, got divorced and just had my first granddaughter (the best part of still being alive). For those who do know me, I wonder if this has helped them to understand me better, I hope so. I actually write to those who don't know me, that is why it is anonymous.

Sometimes this blog has helped me just by forcing me to put my thoughts or feelings into words. I don't regret the things I have written; but, I have deleted a couple of individual posts for different reasons. I regret deleting the one about my aunts funeral the most. She was my last elder that mattered to me and the family. I have four elders left, none of those four came to my fathers funeral and I will not go to theirs. I believe my brother and sister will also skip those funerals if we even hear about them. Funerals are the family and that brings us back to my aunts funeral.

About two years before my aunt died my wife left me for another man. My aunt was not happy and did not want my ex to come to her annual Christmas party; but, I begged her to let my ex and my daughters see her, I did not attend as I was sick (my blood pressure had spiked and I didn't let anyone know). She let her come and was civil as I requested

When my aunt passed away her son said he did not want my ex at her funeral. While I did not wish to see her at the time, I asked my cousin to consider allowing her to come and he said she had to ask.The decision was not up to me, it wasn't my mothers funeral and I respected the families wishes. I was told my ex believed she had a right to attend; but, nobody has a right to attend a funeral against the wishes of the family. When a different aunt died, my wife and I both attended. Heck, I made a lot of the funeral arrangements. One of her ex-husbands showed up and gave an eloquent speech. I had not seen him in well over two decades and was impressed.

It is highly unlikely that my ex will die before me; but, if she did die first I would attend the funeral if the family, including my children, wanted me to. If, as is most likely, I died first, I would want my ex to feel free; but, not required to come. It might help the children and that is good enough for me. Personally I don't care about my funeral, I am much more interested in the party that follows and I will not be here for either. I wrote about all this at the time; but, one of my son in laws posted absurd comments and eventually I deleted the post, that was a mistake. I think the issue deserves to be written about and that others might find value in the issues as others face them also. I think if I had not deleted the post, it would be interesting for me and others to read again; but, it is gone.

Robin Williams Death and News

Robin Williams has died, they believe he committed suicide. He was one of the kings of improvisation. For anyone reading this that has been at one of my sermons they are basically improv with a point. My points may be spiritual; but, the approach is improv comedy. It is hard as it can be to make up jokes as you go along, it is an art form and he was one of the best. Will Ferrell is probably the best at improv now. I remember watching Mr. Williams in the 70's, he then did movies and got an academy award. He had many talents. Hard to believe he was only a couple of years older than me. Most comedians are shy or tortured or have faced great problems in their life, that is why they turn to comedy just like any other artist. It is hard to tell a joke that begins with, "My life is so great". May he rest in peace.

Yahoo - The Fiscal Times - In NYC, Front Doors Are for the One Percent. Yes, they are building homes where they have both the poor and wealthy and they want the poor to enter through a back door rather than the same door as the wealthy, to enter the same building that they all live in.

Yahoo - Bloomberg - Why self-driving cars will mean more traffic. If you want to understand your future, you should understand the future of movement, traffic and vehicles. Read the article and extrapolate.

Yahoo - AP - Obama wants limits on US company mergers abroad. There are those who believe in the United States; but, few corporations do and they will do anything to avoid paying taxes to the country that they benefited from being in. It is called globalism. Basically companies wish to be treated as "people" in the United States but not taxed as people. They want you to pay the taxes for them.

The Independent - Exclusive: Scientists accuse government of dishonesty over GM babies in its regulation of new IVF technique. This link is really just a reminder that we are continuing to create babies with three parents in test tubes.

Inquisitor - Affair With Kristen Stewart Nets Rupert Sanders’ Ex A Landslide Settlement. Yes, Ms. Stewart is a cheating skank; but, that is not the purpose of the link. The article attempts to imply that the man that cheated on his wife with Ms. Stewart paid a "landslide settlement" because he cheated, that is incorrect. He would have paid the exact same amount if his wife had cheated on him. You cannot bring up adultery in a divorce proceeding in California, it is a "no fault" state.

Huffington Post - The Increasing Irrelevance of Corporate Nationality. Here is a great line from the article, "In fact, since 2000, almost every big American multinational corporation has created more jobs outside the United States than inside. If you add in their foreign sub-contractors, the foreign total is even higher." Read the article, we actually give tax deductions for Research and Development and that includes when the money is spent in foreign countries, we give a tax break for creating jobs in foreign countries.

The Huffington Post - Why A Higher Unemployment Rate Is Actually Good News This Time. Here is the logic of the article, we may still be losing jobs; but, we hiring more people than before. We fired 10 people; but, hired nine new people so the economy is better, right? They will do anything to spin the truth and keep you confused.

Yahoo - My life after Manson. Can a person repent and change, watch and think and then consider if you are capable of change.

The Huffington Post - 'Too Big To Fail' Lives As Regulators Slam Banks' Living Wills. I have written about this before in regards to JP Morgan. A living will for a bank is their bankruptcy plan and their plan is to keep all the assets and have the government bail out the parts that have no assets. Making the taxpayer responsible for their failure. They are worse than a lazy government employee, they take your money give nothing back and blame you for their failure.

LA Times - New charges filed against ex-CalPERS official in corruption case. The real public pension scandal is the people who are stealing from the public pensions that we pay for with our tax dollars. Politicians and private equity companies are looting the pensions.

I have purged my computer of the links that I have been saving for you. I do hope that I an continuing to supply you with articles that you may have missed, the real trend news that we all need to know if we are to be an informed populace. As I wrote this one of my employees sent me a picture of the sunset in Hawaii. It was beautiful and I just might have to go there to celebrate my impending retirement. I love Polynesia and the people.

Will be writing soon and some talk about animal sacrifices.

I regret to say that I have been very busy as of late. When I am not writing it means that I am working on a business or personal problem in my head. I am collecting links to articles; but, this is a one man shop. I don't want you to forget that the mainstream media is all about lies and advertising and I will demonstrate. This does not mean you can trust alternative media, anyone who places spin above the facts is attempting to manipulate you and I don't do that.

Lets start with some simple facts. Firstly, the "Satanic Temple" is anything but, in fact (as I previously reported and linked to their own website) are Atheists, they do not believe in a real Satan. Why doesn't the media tell you that? Are they too stupid to go to the "Temples" own website or do they have a different agenda? I know the Satanic Temples agenda, they don't want religion in the world and their publicity stunts are to prove the hypocrisy of many believers. Why is the media being so misleading on this issue and who the temple is and what they believe?

The problem with the Satanic Temple is that they are insincere; but, they make a good point. I do not believe in teaching religion in public school or promoting it. I don't want a Muslim teacher teaching their religion to my granddaughter and don't feel it is freedom of religion if I require the Muslim students to pray to the Christian definition of God. I grew up Catholic, I went to public school and then afterwords went to a Catholic school that focused on only religion, a choice, not a legal requirement.

Now lets talk about animal sacrifices. After some tribes in America would kill an animal they would say a prayer for the animal and thank it for feeding them. Jews and Muslims say their prayers while killing the animal. Cultists frequently do not eat the animal and kill it just for ceremony. Some want to be Satanists use their religion as an excuse to torture the animal; but, not all do that.

All true Satanists believe in ritual and animal sacrifice; but, not all of them believe in discarding the body. Atheists are frequently opposed to all forms of animal sacrifice. I will bet dollars to donuts that the "Satanic Temple" would be against animal sacrifice because they are not truly Satanists. Read their tenents for yourself, from their own website.

A quick quote from their website, "It is the position of The Satanic Temple that religion can, and should, be divorced from superstition. As such, we do not promote a belief in a personal Satan."

Babies and Strange Days

I drove out to the desert to see my granddaughter, she is slightly more than 4 months old now. I am generally considered pretty good with babies. She was beautiful if a little chunky. She giggled and smiles and played with her pacifier. I crawled my fingers like a spider towards her and she tried to do the same without success. I have never had a baby try and imitate me doing this, not even my own kids.

I don't have illusions about babies even if they are mine. Kids are their own people and I always treat them that way. I did not believe that my granddaughter was the prettiest baby when she was born; but, newborns often are not pretty. I figured that she would get a few pounds on and look better and she does, she is quite cute. That is just the way that babies grow and I have been taking care of them for 46 years. Neither my ex nor I would ever worry about one another taking care of any baby.

Many years ago I was working in a different industry and my wife was doing child care out of our house. She had a baby she took care of for over a year and it was a slug. I did not dislike the baby; but, it wasn't responsive to much. Some babies are and others take longer to be responsive, some never are. That is just reality and this baby was dull and non-responsive even at 1. That is highly unusual. The baby was my bosses child and I didn't know how to tell him what I had noticed about his baby, so, I didn't. I don't know what I would say to my daughter if I thought her child was slow. While I am not faced with that dilemma, I think the question is worthy of my consideration.

When I was a baby, maybe 3. I was in the car with my older brother and sister and my mother asked us a question about why the moon was bright. I figured that somehow it was lit by the sun even though I knew the sun was not out at night. Try asking a three year old that question and then consider that I explained my logic that allowed me to know the answer. My mother turned to my father and called him by name and asked if he heard what I had just said. She said there was something different about me and I heard it, I don't think I was meant to hear it.

I owe a lot to my mother and father. My mother knew I was unique and while a strict disciplinarian, she promoted my uniqueness. It must have been tough for her. She gave me the greatest gift a parent can give a child, she told me it was okay to be me. Growing up the world told me that I was a freak and that I had to change and be dumber. I was not good with that and I found ways to compensate, humor being very important and being effective being even more important. My mother and family told me that it was okay to be me even if it was sometimes uncomfortable to be around. My sister's husband also accepted me and to me and my brother he is blood and that will never change, ever.

What if I had been dull. What if my mother had asked me the same question and I said, it is bright and nothing more. When a 3 year old recognizes reality, we are impressed. What if I had just said, moon? What if I had been dull? What if my mother had asked my father if he noticed how slow I was? It could have happened. I am glad that my granddaughter is smart. Is that wrong?

America's Got Talent

I hate most television; but, I like talent shows. I like to watch old style variety shows, it reminds me of the Ed Sullivan Show and seeing the Beatles and variety acts. After Mr. Sullivan, that type of variety show sort of stopped playing. America's Got Talent is a true variety show and I like the interplay by the judges. I have seen some amazing acts this year and am going to post a link to the performances by my favorite ones, ones that could go professional today, in my not so humble opinion having worked as a stage manager for over a decade.

In the dance catagory, I love these two. Blue Journey. I think it is beautiful and sublime and I don't usually like dancing. This is worth your watching and I don't think you will be sorry that you did.

The Willis Clan. Music Groups. They could tour right now and I would buy a ticket, what a family, all beautiful (including the parents), all talented and a joy to hear.

David and Leeman. Magicians. I was performing magic when I was a child, I studied Houdini, I read books about his magic. My father and I performed a trick better than the one other act that was performing it and they were playing Vegas. It is a very difficult trick and I haven't seen anyone perform it in 40 years. The act only really pays off when you have a young boy and his father, it is a mind reading act and you have never seen it performed and you probably never will. It takes years to learn and you can only perform it for at best, 5 years and that would be stretching it. My father taught me the trick after he discovered that I loved magic and he also worked with me as I taught myself escape tricks. I bet this surprises some people. LOL. Magic is not about the trick, it is about the presentation and David and Leeman are very possibly the best act this year. I want to give an honorable mention to Smoothini, loved his act.

Julia Goodwin. Singer. I love the style of music that she sings and she does it well. She is only 15; but, you would never know it. I would buy her album of this type of music tomorrow.

Honorable mention and an explanation goes to this last act. Adrain Romoff. This young man is very talented and will go far; but, he will truly succeed when he writes his own music. His playing is very good; but, I have heard others equally good. He needs to grow and write his own and then we will be able to better know his abilities.

I would like to see the final two be David and Leeman and Julia Goodwin. If I based my choice on who could open a Vegas show tomorrow, it would be David and Leeman, they already have their act ready. If I base my choice on talent alone, it would be Ms. Goodwin. I want to hear her again, I would pay to see either of these acts.
