While the article is light on specifics, lets look at what it does say. It claims that unelected officials within the administration are actively working to sabotage Trump's agenda. The reason, well apparently it is primarily because Trump is not a neo-con and is not strictly a "conservative". What a shock, that is why Jeb was not elected. The author is apparently for globalism and multinational trade agreements. Trump was elected to be against these things whether you agree or disagree.
