I will discuss this at a later time; but, wanted to post it before I lost track of it. There is currently an international issue regarding water in Africa. Keep an eye on any article regarding water and how it is to be controlled. Water is the source of life and our food supply.

Purpose of last few blogs
Once upon a time in a blog far, far away. This blog began with simple, small steps. It began with a discussion of awareness of sentience. I was asking the question of what are we and what does this all mean. At 50 I still ask myself that question.
We ask ourselves what the meaning of life is. It is as simple as "what is our purpose" and as ridiculous as "is it okay to have sex on the first date". The difference between what we are and we want. The final question is always, "What is an acceptable way to make it through this life".
In the beginning I delved into questions of existence and what conclusions I drew. After that, I destroyed the blog. The next step was to look a bit closer at the world around us and question certain "truths" we are told. This third iteration of the blog has focused on the impact or the mistakes our society has made, corruption and spirituality.
In regards to spirituality, I have chosen to look at the beliefs of secret societies. We all know in general what the common religions believe, few understand what other belief sets are out there. We have a tendency to focus on what we believe and ignore the spiritual beliefs of others. I think we need to understand other religions on a deeper level.
In the course of my life I was always interested in the hidden belief sets. Because many of these groups do not tell what their beliefs are, we cannot truly engage them in meaningful conversation. For anyone else interested in such things, I intend to find and link to copies of secret societies own documents. As we move towards a world with people seeking conformity of religion, I seek to know how they differ and why.
My posts are not meant to provide answers usually, they are not meant to condemn belief sets, merely to examine them. I watched a video recently, it was made someone who claimed that the "Illuminati" exist and that they are good because we cannot be trusted to maintain ourselves, basically that we are animals unless forced to be better. We might disagree with him; but, it is his belief set and he bases it on things he has observed.
I am interested in what is the best way for us all to have relationship. The answer depends on what you believe about one another, what you expect from one another and what you are willing to deal with and adjust to. This is sort of dodging around the point.
Where I intend to go next is to look at what we will be living in, the type of world we can expect considering the changes going on around us. If you are unclear on what you are, what it means, what belief sets are available and their rationality, how can you possibly determine what the coming changes will challenge you on.
If I were tell you that in the future your energy and utility use would be monitored minute by minute, that everything you watched or read or wrote became part of a computer profile and that movement from place to place would be inconvenient and less frequent, that you would work from home using a computer and not go into the office - what would it mean to your beliefs? Would you even look at it in terms of who you are?
Not long ago, Jackie Chan, the actor said that the Chinese people needed a strong government to make them do what was best for themselves. Is that true for us? When we spend all day chasing cookies and living for cookies, we become the cookie. We become what we want, our heart is where our treasure is. This is simply a fact. If we seek comfort then we become lazy and soft. If we seek pleasure we become merely experience. What we seek molds who we become. What we do to obtain what we seek defines the type of person we are.
We each must decide what we are and what we wish to become. A Satanist would tell you that their law is "Do as thou wilt". They believe that we live are spiritual beings living in a material world and that this world should be an expression of our will. They believe that we can become supreme beings if we work on it hard enough. They believe that those who make no effort deserve to be used by those who will.
What will these belief sets do as our world is forever changed by the emerging technologies? Many people are talking about micro-chipping people, some say it is the Mark of the Beast. I am not convinced; however, what does it mean to live in a world where everything can be tracked and located? When you go to the store and your discount card records every purchase, you leave a fingerprint of who you are.
Of particular interest is the issue of privacy. What does it mean to live in a world without privacy? How will that impact the coming generations thoughts? We are already seeing some of it. 15 year old girls posting provocative pictures on the web, people discussing their drug deals on line. What does it mean and where is it going?
We live in a world where everyone talks about what they are entitled to and does not believe there is any requirement to repay such debt. The debt is left for others, the ones who cared for us or gave us their products. Our youth are cripples because of indulgence and technology. They rely on what is unreliable. They stand for nothing except comfort. This is dangerous territory for a republic.
How many hours a day do you spend reading or thinking and how many hours a day to you spend with entertainment? We get up to the radio, listen to music in our car, read the internet at work, listen to the music in our car, watch television or go on the net or play video games and go to sleep. We are being programmed with others thoughts most of our waking day. We need to practice thinking and silence or others will do our thinking for us and we wont even know it.
Be well.
