On November 17, 2016 Mike Bloomberg said to a group of business students, "I could teach anybody - even people in this room, no offense intended - to be a farmer. It's a [process]. You dig a whole, you put a seed in, you put dirt on top, add water, up comes the corn."

A group of reportedly around 200 anarchists, many college educated, took over six or seven blocks in downtown Seattle. They refer to themselves as, "Capital Hill Autonomous Zone" and set out to prove they are independent and don't need anyone. This is a picture of their brand new community garden.


Perhaps he would like to travel to Seattle and help these geniuses out.

It is not media bias, it is propaganda.

There are countries where you are presumed guilty until proven innocent. Our government is based upon the principal that you are innocent unless proven guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt". This is to prevent the government from prosecuting people based on their political beliefs. This is why we require "probable cause" to even investigate someone. The heart of our criminal justice system is built on the need to ensure a fair trial. A fair trial means the accused: A- Gets the right to confront their accuser; B - Has the right to question witnesses: C - Has the right to have an attorney represent with them: D - Has the right to show additional information: E - Has the right to see all the evidence to be used against them in advance of the trial: F - Has the right to know what they are being charged with once the accusations are charged. This is why you are given a reading of "your rights" (Miranda rights) upon arrest. For the first time in our history, NONE of these rights are being provided to President Trump and the media and the neo-liberals and the neo-cons are all okay with that. Fundamental to making these rights have meaning is the right to talk to you attorney in privacy.

The media and the establishment scream on a daily basis that Trump asking for the same rights is "obstruction of congressional oversight" except, they are not doing oversight, they say they are conducting an "Official Impeachment Inquiry"; but they do not use the word "Formal" because that means you have to follow the rules, the form and that requires that you give due process. The inquiry being done is not official as it has not been sanctioned by the House by vote. By the way, this is still not my post on the Ukraine "scandal". This post is also not just about the impeachment witch hunt. It is about what rules we will all live under.

The second the courts say the President does not have rights to due process, it means you don't either. Many people don't care and that is scary. We are seeing the perversion of fairness. Consider the French revolution, a commoner would point to someone they disliked and say, "I accuse of helping the royals" and they would be hung as guilty, no proof needed. The Soviet Union had a presumption until proven guilty so did the Nazi's. For the past few decades the establishment has been pushing us in that direction. The "#MeToo" movement has clearly said that we should believe all women, something clearly ludicrous to anyone who has lived in a house of women where they constantly call each liars. They don't really believe we should believe all women, they believe we shouldn't believe anything men say.

The same establishment saying Trump is guilty till proven innocent doesn't accept Mueller's finding that Trump did not collude with Russia in the 2016 election. Just a small offside point, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) which has fought for the rights of Nazi's and Communists has remained completely silent on the Trump inquiry. I have supported those clowns for 50 years and now find them cowards and partisans, rather than protectors of civil rights. I should also mention that in court you cannot use second hand account (someone told me garbage), you have to have heard or witnessed something first hand to testify on it.

You might wish to believe that the denial of basic rights to Trump is one time thing; but, it would be precedent and means it can happen to everyone at anytime. I will tell you this, the Supreme Court will NOT enforce these so called congressional "subpoenas" if they do not comport to and allow for due process. The Democrats in congress know this, that is why they are trying to say "Obstruction of Congressional Oversight" is their charge against Trump without having an underlying crime. The truth is denying someone due process is an obstruction of justice.

For new readers, I did not and don't intend to vote for Trump. I have not voted for a Bush or Clinton. The Nazi's were given more rights during the Nuremberg trials where they were accused of the holocaust.

Syria and the Kurds

The Kurds are a distinct ethnic group that used to have a nation; but, lost it. It was broken up after World War I. The Kurds ended up in Turkey, Syria and Iran. There are about 50 million of them and they do not have their own nation. ISIS was an enemy of both the Kurds and the Syrian government. The Kurds fought the members of ISIS and we helped them. ISIS was ended and the Kurds wanted independence from Syria and Turkey, basically, they want to create their own country and are willing to have a civil war to do so.

After ISIS was defeated we reduced troops working with the Kurds until we had only 50 left in the area and Trump removed them too. The media has been claiming that we "abandoned" the Kurds; but, we only worked with them to fight ISIS, not to participate in their civil wars in Syria and Turkey. The Kurds and the Turkish were involved in the genocide of Armenians in the past.

Trump removed 50 soldiers from the area and other countries questioned the move. Hmmm, Australia could send 50 more soldiers there, the EU countries could too. I have never discussed why I distrust Trump on this blog, I have merely said I didn't vote for him and wouldn't. I like the fact he is anti-globalism and did not approve the TPP. I do believe that the elites hate Trump because he is against globalism and that is their main problem with him. Bernie Sanders was against those thing too, which is why the DNC cheated him.

Here is what matter, we don't have a treaty with the Kurds, we do with Turkey, in fact they are our partners in NATO. The Kurds have attacked Turkey from inside and outside the country. Technically, as a member of NATO, an attack upon one is an attack upon all. If we stayed in northern Syria and fought with the Kurds against Turkey, we would be guilty of attacking a NATO country, think about that. The reality is, Turkey wants to take over the northern part of Syria where the Kurds are. Supposedly we want to have a regime change in Syria, so what is the problem? Unless we are going to fight for an independent Kurdish nation and take away part of Turkey, why were we still there? Does anyone really want to go to war with Turkey over creating a new country for the Kurds?

I have been patiently saving articles and preparing to write about the "Ukrainian Call Scandal" but I am not ready to post yet. I am waiting on a couple of more shoes to drop. I will say this, Trump committed no crime and none has been specified by his opponents which is why they are not prepared to write articles of impeachment.

Will Write Again This Week

I know I have not been writing much lately. I have been busy following the FISA memo story and waiting for it's release. So much has happened in a week. It is announced that the House Intelligence committee has prepared a summary memo that shows illegality on the part of the FBI in obtaining FISA warrants against people on Trump's campaign during the election. The reaction has been for the corporate media to say that Russia propaganda is the reason people want the memo released. Wow, that is desperation. In addition, the FBI has said that congress releasing the memo without their permission is reckless and a Democratic congressman on the committee has said that people won't understand it. The same New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, ABC and CNN that release every wild rumor they hear about Trump are afraid of an actual memo being released from the House Intelligence Committee?

I Just Have to Say This

When I point out on other sites online that the media is lying about Trump or that Hillary did fix the primaries, people sometimes assume I am a conservative or alt-right. My readers know, I am as far from the right as I can be. I am a socialist who believes in universal healthcare and actively supported the Occupy Movement, going so far as renaming this blog, "Occupy the Truth is Inside You". I supported Bernie Sanders on this blog up until he became co-opted by the Democratic Party. I am still for breaking up the big banks and the media as they have become anti-competitive and oligarchical. I was a preacher to gay illegal aliens. Online I have been accused of being a Russian bot, an alt righter and whatever else you can imagine, including a racist. Oddly enough, they never directly respond to my questions and my readers know, I have questions and I will ask them. I have some very serious questions about Trump; but, I also don't make statements I cannot back up, those questions will come later; but, for now are only raised in private and in person with my friends who are Trump supporters.

I just read an article in The Boston Globe which is attempting to claim that Trump is responsible for someone becoming a neo-Nazi, that the person felt emboldened (embiggened for the Simpsons viewers) by Trump saying whatever. Their intent is to say that Trump has been responsible for Nazis in the United States. This is incredibly unfair and outrageous. Do you remember when President Obama's Homeland Security organized the takedown of the Occupy Movement in contravention of federal law? I wrote about it at the time.

Lets take a quick review of what the Nazi's believed in. They believed that some races and sexes were inferior to others. Hmmm. Now people claiming to be on the left (they are not truly on the left if they don't believe in regulating industry for the benefit of the nation or if they believe it is okay to have monopolies) are against free speech, pro war, against freedom of assembly, pro-monitoring opponents and against your being able to pick a President they don't like (to the point of denying the requirement of charging "high crimes and misdemeanors" for impeachment.

Totalitarianism is the problem and it doesn't matter if it comes from the left or right. If you create a repressive society, eventually it only benefits the rich and powerful. The neo liberals call for regulating speech on the internet and protest violently against free speech rallies calling people who believe in free speech fascists. I may not agree with someone but I would still defend their right to say what they believe with my life.

I was typing up the next chapter from my story and my fingers got tired (arthritis hits when it hits); but, I saw this article in the globe and it just ticked me off. Well, I also had to take a moment away from reading my 35 year old story as sometimes it makes me cringe to see my writing from that far back.

Here is my point. If you are truly for freedom and against tyranny, you will not promote denying free speech, you will support whoever is elected constitutionally as a valid representative of those who voted and you will not shout down those you disagree with. I tell you now, if you promote restricting rights, you will be the victim of those restrictions. Imagine getting the right to free speech limited online and then having someone like Trump not impeached and able to use that limitation on those who fight him. Take a moment and ask yourself what rights you would be willing to give up today to defeat Trump if he is then allowed to use those same limits on rights. Well that is the question and if you truly believe he is a Nazi, why would give anyone that power over you?

Let me make it even clearer to the left and right. Bush got the Patriot Act passed which does away with Habeas Corpus and it was used by Obama and Bush. Do you really want to see Trump use it? Every law that you support can be used against you as the winds change from east to west regularly.

Ask yourself, why can't someone fire an employee for being gay or black; but, you can fire them for their political beliefs even if not expressed at work? We have been seeing a lot of that lately. Not just on the left, we have seen it on the right too. Here is a question. Remember the bakery that refused to bake a cake for a gay wedding? What if they had refused to bake a cake with a Nazi on top saluting Hitler, would you still say they had to?

Kiddies, if you think my questions are going to get easier in the future, you are far from correct. As the hypocrisy of the establishment and the media is further exposed, our own hypocrisy should be addressed by ourselves. I'm not that nice.

Likely or Unimaginable?

11 days ago I wrote that the Podesta's would be charged by Mueller. Now, it is coming out.

New York Times - Russia Scandal Befalls Two Brothers: John and Tony Podesta.

Here is a telling line for the article. "Tony Podesta stepped down from his firm hours after it was obliquely referenced in the indictments of Mr. Manafort and Mr. Gates, though he had been in talks about leaving for months." It is a lie; but, telling and is exactly what I said was going on in my post prior.

The New York Times attempt to protect the Podesta's will fail miserably. Things are quickly unravelling. According to the article John Podesta met with Fusion GPS founder to share notes on Russian interference; however, even after that meeting he told congressional investigators that he didn't know about payments to Fusion GPS for the dossier.

I will explain it again, Mueller is not charged with finding dirt on Trump. He is looking for crimes that can be prosecuted having to do with foreign influence in our election. The article says that the Podesta group has told people that in two weeks they may not get paychecks. They are expecting to be indicted. Will people call for Trump to pardon Podesta? Good luck with that unless he is willing to turn state evidence against Hillary. Will he offer to give up Hillary? I think he is already cutting the deal or he would have been indicted already along with Manafort.

You have to ask yourself why Hillary went on television and said that it had been known for a year that the DNC paid for the Trump dossier. The fact that is not true and I have written about it for a year since it came out and linked to the actual document when it was published. If Obama knew it was opposition research and did not tell the FBI or Trump that during the briefing the FBI gave Trump back in January of THIS year, that would be a problem. If I were interviewing Trump I would ask him if they told him it was DNC paid for opposition research. If I were interviewing Comey I would ask when he discovered it was DNC paid for opposition research.

I don't know which parties the people who read me are members of. I have made it clear I detest the Bushes and Clintons and see them as political whores selling themselves to the highest bidder. I do not belong to either party. Politics is an industry and the Clintons made it more profitable by using their foundation to receive money from foreign governments and big business. They turned their political influence into a corporation. That corporation continued to get paid by foreign governments and big business while Hillary was Secretary of State. Let's be clear, foreign money was going regularly to the Clinton Foundation. In the Podesta e-mails it came out that they were getting millions from a Saudi prince.

Recently a whole bunch of Saudi royal family members were arrested for, wait for it, CORRUPTION. Some of them gave millions to the Clinton Foundation. If Mueller indicts Clinton, it is going to blow people's minds. Democrats who now say it would be impeachable if Trump fires Mueller will immediately flip and call for Trump to fire Mueller. It will be a replay of the Comey situation, except, Trump will not fire Mueller and say that he cannot pardon Hillary or Podesta.

People on the right will cheer Hillary's indictment and any court case will be watched like the OJ case was. Thing of it is, if Hillary gets indicted, Bill might be to. Can you imagine a former President being indicted for bribery and working for foreign governments? It is unravelling and quickly. Before this is over, people will turn on Hillary and eventually if there is an indictment, some will end up in the witness protection program. That happened during Watergate also. For Trump to pardon Hillary it would appear as obstruction of justice. He would have no choice; but, to wait for the trial to end. I don't know that unless found guilty, Hillary would even accept a pardon.

One might ask why Hillary does not simply shut up and go away. She cannot. Right now she is creating a Super PAC. People think it is to get her elected in 3 years, it is not. It is a way to get money and keep influence as a commodity, to keep the family business alive. The Clinton's NEVER admit wrongdoing unless there is absolute proof, like Bill's ejaculation on Lewinsky's dress. As my mother used to say, "lie and deny", that was how she described liars. That is how the Clinton's handle attacks and always have. They also blame others for doing what they are guilty of, always have.

UPDATE:

So after I wrote this post I did a search for Podesta indictment and Clinton. I saw more baloney that I could shake a stick at. As far as I know, neither Podesta has been arrested or charged with anything as of this moment. I cannot believe that people are saying they have. I have read things saying Hillary has been indicted. What utter nonsense.

Anyone who expects anything to happen quickly is fooling themselves. Enjoy the show. I don't do rumors. I do facts and analysis. It is a fact that Hillary said everybody knew for the past year that the DNC and her campaign paid to create the Trump dossier. I could post a link to the Daily Show with Trevor Noah where she said it last week. The whole episode is online. If what she said is true then President Obama knew that when he called for the investigation and a report prior to his leaving office. If he did not know it then that raises other questions equally disturbing. That is not a rumor, that is a fact. This stuff is going to go on for awhile and it will be the best show in town.

So I woke up today and scanned the news finding the following two stories.

CNN - Podesta Group on the verge of shuttering amid ties to Mueller probe.

Snopes - Has Tony Podesta Been Arrested in the Mueller Investigation?  Not surprisingly they gave the same answer as I did. Tony Podesta has NOT been arrested; but, is under investigation.

I say again to my readers, please, do not pass on rumors. It is okay to ask what may happen next based on facts that we can verify; but, it is not okay to pass on every rumor you read or hear. If you pass on rumors as facts, you risk your credibility. False stories are intentionally placed on the internet for just that purpose. It is a fact that Mueller is investigating the Podestas for representing a foreign government without declaring it. The Podestas themselves have admitted it by filing as such; but, it took them years to do it (same as Manafort). It is a fact that the Podesta group is failing and coming apart as reported by CBS, CNN and the New York Times. We can assume that the Podestas (at least one of them) will be indicted; but, that does not mean it has happened yet. Lets not get ahead of ourselves and do anticipate that things will take time to unfold.

Clinton, Brazile and the Corporate Media

Two years ago when the election began I said that you should keep an eye on the media. There were 20 people running for president in the Republican and Democratic primaries and nobody knew who would win.

Well, Friday it came out that Hillary and the DNC paid for the Trump Dossier and then this week the former head of the DNC admitted that the Democratic primary had been rigged for Clinton with Clinton having control over all decisions by the DNC prior to winning the primaries. So what was the mainstream media response? Absolute silence. If you watched any of the late night talk shows, they didn't talk about it, they talked about Trump and taxes. Read the front page of the New York Times, Washington Post or watch the lead on in NBC, CNN, ABC or CBS and guess what, it is not about how the Democratic primaries were rigged. That is what happens when six companies own 90% of the media and don't want to discuss things that are not in their best interests, like how they conspired with the Clinton campaign (proven by the Podesta e-mails where agents of these news agencies worked with her on stories).

When Russians used to talk about their two main new sources they would say, "There is no news in Izvestia (Izvestia is translated as news) and no truth in Pravda (Pravda means truth). The same can now be said of the corporate media in America. There is no truth or news in our corporate media, merely propaganda and that is becoming more and more obvious as the corporate media avoids any real news or truth and merely spins stories to manipulate you.

People want to view this as a left versus right thing; but, it is not. This is multinational corporations (like the six that own our media) promoting what they believe supports corporate multinational interests. It has devolved into pure propaganda.

On "The View" today they discussed what happened with Brazile for a few minutes and not surprisingly immediately made it about how Trump is bad and worked with Russia. Redirection is a standard technique; but, social media is not buying it. Whoopi attacked everyone who didn't talk about how the DNC was rigged until now; but, she left out Hillary who controlled the DNC and didn't say anything till now.

I want you to think about this. Obama and Trump were both briefed about the dossier by the FBI. Did Hillary tell Obama that she had paid for the dossier and if not why not? If she did tell him, did he tell Trump that it was just opposition research and if not why not? We now know for a fact that Hillary and the DNC colluded to rig the election against Bernie Sanders, when did Obama find out and why didn't he do anything about it?

MSNBC - Joint Fundraising Agreement (DNC Memo).

Little tidbits in the memo are worth noting. Firstly, the agreement giving control of the DNC to Hillary was done in 2015 before the first primaries were even held. Second, the agreement gave Hillary control over both the finances and expenditures. That means her campaign decided to funnel money to Fusion GPS. Thirdly, the agreement said, "Agreement by the DNC that HFA personnel will be consulted and have joint authority over strategic decisions over the staffing, budget, expenditures, and general election related communications, data, technology, analytics, and research. The DNC will provide HFA advance opportunity to review on-line or mass email, communications that features a particular Democratic primary candidate." The key here is that it meant Hillary was responsible for the DNC server and who had access to it. It must also mean that Hillary and not the DNC had final say over hiring Crowdstrike, the same people that claimed the DNC server was hacked, even though they did not allow the FBI to look at the servers to this day.

You Watch Podesta Will Be Indicted and Soon. Updated 11/1/17 and on 11/2/17. And again on 11/2

I think you will see Podesta getting arrested. Lets look at some simple facts. The Trump dossier did NOT accuse Trump of a crime. Here is another link to the actual document. Buzzfeed - "Trump Dossier". What the dossier claimed was that Trump paid hookers to piss on a bed, the Russians had a secret tape of it and could use it to blackmail him. It also claimed that when Trump was in Russia, they would get him hookers. In fact, the dossier said that even though the Russians offered Trump good real estate deals, he didn't take them and for your information he has no hotels in Russia.

This document had been passed around from media people and intelligence people by Fusion GPS and Steele, the author. After Trump was elected before taking office, he and Obama were briefed on it. Obama did not claim that Trump had broken any law and nobody could confirm that the claims made in it were true; but, if they were Trump would not be guilty a crime. In fact, hiring a prostitute is not illegal in Russia. It is actually legal all over Europe. The document did make claims of illegal activities on the part of Russians; but, did not claim he worked with them to hack the DNC, that is not in the report. Now here is where it gets interesting. The report was used to get a FISA court to issue a wiretapping order on Trump's associates to make sure that they were not being used to manipulate Trump for the Russians. Many were tapped and our intelligence agencies did not find anything showing collusion between Trump and Russia even though President Obama said he wanted a report by them by the time Trump was sworn in (people forget that little detail).

Mueller was given the job as special counsel to investigate Russia's attempts to influence the election. Here is the actual authority. Justice Department - Appointment of Special Counsel. The title of the document is, "Appointment of Special Counsel to investigate Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential Election and Related Matters." Now remember the claims that started all this and were used to get the Wiretaps was that some of Trump's people might be working for the Russians to influence Trump. While the corporate media does not portray it that way, read the documents for yourself.

I hate re-hashing all these things that I have written about before; but, for those who do not follow this blog regularly, I wanted to save them some time. Now, here is where the real fun begins and they don't see it coming. You are going to see the Podestas indicted by Mueller. The media will say that they should be pardoned and Trump will say he cannot, that they must face the same legal system as Manafort and Gates. When this happens it is going to blow people's minds, especially in the Clinton campaign. Now let me explain how I know this.

Mueller indicted Manafort and Gates for tax evasion from years ago. More importantly he talked about how Manafort skirted the law regarding registering as a foreign agent when he was working for the Ukranian government. Here is the actual indictment. Manafort Gates Indictment. One of the companies listed in the indictment is the Podesta Group. This is fascinating as the same day the indictment went down for Manafort, Tony Podesta resigned from his own company. Timing is everything kids.

Lets dig a little deeper, you are going to like this. On Tuesday, the day after the indictments were released, the General Counsel for Perkins-Coie (the law firm that hired Fusion GPS, the people that paid Steele and Russians for dirt on Trump, for the DNC and Hillary) issued the following letter to
the attorney for Fusion GPS. Perkins Coie Letter. The letter made it clear that Perkins-Coie did not represent Fusion GPS and was not under an obligation to them while retaining the right to not say who had hired Perkins Coie or paid them to hire Fusion GPS. Someone from the DNC and Hillary's campaign $9 million for the Trump dossier, someone had to approve those checks. Podesta was in charge of Hillary's campaign, you think he might have approved those payments?

It gets more amusing the longer it goes on. The Washington Post - Mueller got Manafort’s attorney to speak against him once. He may try the tactic again. The article claims that Mueller is not above forcing attorney's to testify to grand juries about their cliens. Now go back and read that Perkins Coie letter again and you'll see what I am saying. The indictment of Manafort said, "the last two counts of the indictment say that Manafort and Gates “knowingly and willfully caused to be made a false statement’’ in a government filing required under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA." The Podesta's also failed to file as foreign agents when working for the Ukranian government along with Manafort. Politico - Podesta Group files new disclosures in Manafort-linked Ukraine lobbying. Yep, Mueller has to indict Podesta and will. Mueller cannot claim that he is unaware that Podesta failed to file the exact same documents Manafort failed to file

UPDATE:

I just watched Trevor Noah interview Hillary Clinton. Nice to see the media still shilling for her.

It made me want to puke. I think I have exposed my bias enough times, I detest the Bushes and Clintons insincerity, dishonesty and disrespect for democracy and the people of this country and their easy willingness to kill people in other countries. Now, I could rip apart everything she said; but, that would be getting trapped in the minutia and meaningless. Here is what is important. I would like to go over what makes Trevor Noah's piece pure propaganda and deconstruct how the interview was set up, prearranged and intended to manipulate you; but, I am going to discuss why they are trying to manipulate you.

At 3:35 in the video Trevor begins helping Hillary defend having paid $9 million for the Pee Pee Dossier which Noah says people are calling "The Clinton Dossier". Nobody calls it the Clinton Dossier, it only just came out that she hired the company and paid for it. Be honest, do you or anyone you know call it "The Clinton Dossier"? Noah begins this part by setting a straw man, by manipulating the truth so that it becomes a lie. The next thing he asks is if there is a difference between her paying foreign nationals, Russians, for dirt on him and him getting information from Russians. Not surprisingly, her answer is that there is a big difference. Now here is what is really interesting. She goes into the history of how she ended up funding the report and does not deny having paid for it or approved the payments. At the same time, she doesn't admit having known about it. Her talking point regarding her attorneys at Perkins-Coie is identical to the letter that Perkins-Coie issued in the post above. The whole purpose of this interview was to prepare for the coming indictments I talked about above.

Clinton's attorneys made it clear, they will burn anyone to protect Hillary. They made it clear they will testify against Fusion GPS to protect Hillary. When I originally wrote the first part of this post, I did not see this coming. I didn't see Hillary coming out. She is basically saying to Fusion GPS that if they say how this all went down, she will burn them.

When the election began just as I retired I thought it was going to be great to watch the show and it was; but, in my wildest dreams I never thought it would get this far. Hillary is actually scared of what is coming. It may turn out the Clintons were doing what Manafort did that got him indicted. Mueller is going to follow the money, he made that clear.

UPDATE 2:

After watching the Hillary Clinton interview, there are questions I would ask her as an investigator. The first question is did she know about the payments to Fusion GPS for the dossier? She claimed in the interview that they didn't use the information in it. That presumes that she made a decision on the information, that it was unverifiable. Hmm, then she knew about the payments for it. The second question is if she knew the information had no value, why did she pay out $9 million for the report? The final question is the real question. Why didn't Hillary come out and say that the DNC and her campaign had paid the report and that they didn't use it because it was garbage and unverifiable? Why didn't they say that a year ago?

Here is what I want you to notice, the report was published right after the election was accepted by congress; but, it had been floating around for months. Was Fusion GPS still getting paid after the election? That is a big question, were they being paid to shop that dossier around Washington by Hillary and the DNC or others? Based on the Perkins Coie letter, Fusion can say everyone who paid them and when. Perkins Coie is not a legal firm, there is no attorney client privilege that they are held.

Here are some other questions. Did she tell President Obama that she had paid for the pee pee gate dossier? Remember, Obama and Trump were both briefed on the dossier prior to Trump being sworn in. If Hillary told Obama that she had paid for it's creation, did he tell Trump? If she did not tell Obama, what would that say about her? So many beautiful questions. The Noah interview was a dumb idea and a public relations stunt; but, it was a dangerous one and she failed it. Believe me, Mueller cannot avoid asking these questions or he will prove himself to not being subjective.

How does Perkins Coie allow Hillary to say that she didn't know about the payments for the dossier before they were made? Does she say that Perkins Coie made the payments without her approval? I don't think so and they would have to prove they followed their Professional Responsibility. The moment Hillary takes the fifth before congress, this game is over and she loses.

If Hillary is indicted the media will say Trump should pardon her. He will say he cannot because he cannot pardon anyone who colluded with foreign nationals to effect the election. The smart move would be to let her spend a week or two in jail and then pardon her to show mercy even after all she has done. This story is not going where people think it is, it is going the way I am telling you and that is really bizarre.

Trump is the mirror President, he is a mirror to all the wrong we do. He exposes the hypocrisy of the left ant the right. Trump himself only wishes to be adored, money is not enough, fame is not enough, power is not enough, he seeks your adoration and he will get it from more and more and more, you just don't see it coming.

Hillary is dirty, she is crooked, that will be proven in court. As for Trump, I am more and more convinced that there is more that is seen by the eye here. Nobody is that smart or that lucky to have his opponents fall on the swords they attack him with every time. Pimpernel is not just a genius, my IQ is over 155. I spent over half my life in the political arena and I was damn good at it. Some of my readers know this. I wrote speeches for politicians and government officials. I dealt with them behind closed doors where the real action takes place. I out maneuvered them on more than one occasion. This ain't right.

Trump outmaneuvered 16 senators, congressmen and governors to get the nomination while the media incessantly ridiculed him and said he could not win. Trump beat the women called the most qualified in history. There is more than planning going on here, there is a type of good fortune only seen in the bible. Nobody is this lucky or this smart. People are exposing themselves to their own hypocrisy and everyone sees it.

I have never seen anything like this in my life and I have studied politics and government since I was 4 frickin years old and my brother and sister know this as do others. I studied this game, I lived this game and I taught this game. I have never seen anything go down like this or even heard of it. It is much easier for me to tell you what is coming in 10 years than it is to tell you what tomorrow may bring. My talk about tech is all about in a few years, just giving people a heads up. I am so much into today that I cannot see tomorrow as well. I cant tell you if it is going to rain or not; but, I see trends and patterns real well. The stuff about Hillary, that is about seeing a pattern and legal training.

How is it that everyone that goes after Trump ends up hurting themselves in the long run?

UPDATE 3:

Seems Donna Brazile, the ex head of the DNC, is busy protecting herself and burning Hillary and Debbie Wasserman Shultz. In an article Brazile claimed that, "The agreement—signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook with a copy to Marc Elias—specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director, and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings."

Let me tell you why this is important and explain the timing. Brazile claims that Hillary controlled the finances of the DNC. What Brazile is basically saying is that the DNC payments to Fusion GPS were approved by Hillary and not by her. While most people want to focus on the part where Brazile says the primary was rigged to benefit Hillary at Sanders expense, that was unethical but probably not illegal. By the way, Marc Elias, one of the people that got a copy of the agreement, worked for Perkins-Coie and sat next to Podesta in a congressional hearing while Podesta claimed no knowledge of the agreement between Fusion GPS and the Clinton campaign. That is called perjury. This is only going to get weirder.

Mueller Investigation and Indictments

The corporate media is praying for Monday to bring an indictment against people who were associated with Trump and that the indictment will show Russia collusion with the Trump campaign. I'm going to tell you why this will not happen.

Let us presume that Trump paid Russian hookers to piss on a bed that Obama had slept in. Guess what, that would not be a crime. Let us assume that Trump had sex with Vladimir Putin, told him he loved him and Putin said he would give $7,000 for Facebook ads calling out Hillary Clinton. That would not be a crime either. Mueller can only seek indictments for legal crimes, not ethical questions. Unless Mueller can prove that someone in the Trump administration paid to have the DNC server hacked, there is no crime related to Russia. That is not going to happen.

Monday we will be told who is being indicted and for what. If someone gets indicted for tax evasion or anything not related to Russia and Trump doing something illegal then we have to ask ourselves a simple question. Why do we need a special prosecutor and why has that prosecutor wasted so much money to go after tax evaders, isn't that what the IRS is for?

The corporate media is claiming that Mueller can look into anything; but, the reality is that he can only indict for crimes. That is what prosecutors do. Prosecutors are not moral arbitrators. Lets say that Donald Trump Jr. and Kushner met with a Russian who actually had dirt on Hillary, guess what, not a crime. Talking to Russians is not a crime. Receiving information about an opponent is not a crime. I hate to say it but the DNC and Hillary paying $9 million to a retired British agent to get dirt on Trump is not a crime either.

The question for Monday will be simple. What CRIMES is Mueller investigating? Collusion is the act of working together, it is only illegal when it is a criminal conspiracy which means there must be a crime. Firing Comey is not a crime because Comey said that he was not investigating Trump and he said it to Trump, he admitted that.

The corporate media has gotten way ahead of itself on this and most people don't understand the law so the media joyously spins theories; but, they can't make something a crime that is not. The one person who could be prosecuted for a crime is the Podestas as they failed to register as working for foreign companies; but, I don't think that will happen. If it does, if Mueller actually got an indictment for that crime both Republicans and Democrats will flip out and you will see the Democrats call for Mueller's removal; but, Trump will be able to say that he doesn't think the special prosecutor should be removed for doing his job no matter where the chips fall. Stay tuned.

UPDATE:

There is something I forgot to mention. The famous Trump "dossier" that was prepared for Hillary and the DNC doesn't claim Trump committed any crimes. Somehow this is forgotten by people. What it claims is that Trump did not have any business deals in Russia, that Trump paid hookers to pee on a bed that the Obama's slept in at a hotel in Russia and that Russia had sexual dirt on Trump. Trump is not accused of a crime in the dossier. It does claim that Russia has been supplying him with information for six years; but, again that is not a crime. The point is even if we were to assume that the dossier was correct, it does not support any criminal charges against Trump.

And we are given nothing. Paul Manafort is charged with tax fraud and hiding money overseas. Both things which occurred years ago and have nothing to do with Trump. What a shock. Here is the actual indictment.

Of particular note, the indictment claims that Manafort lied to his tax preparer and his attorney. You are probably wondering why. Mueller did not want to charge the tax preparer or his attorney as that would look even worse.

Clinton, Russia and Trump

There is a lot in the news abut the fact that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid $9 million for a sleazy report on Trump. It can get confusing so here is a quick summary and timeline of what occurred as far as we know today.

The story begins a few years ago when Hillary Clinton was still Secretary of State. Russia wanted to purchase nuclear transportation assets and a percentage of our Uranium rights. In furtherance of this it appears that Russia was suspected and investigated for bribery and kickbacks to get these contracts and our governments approval to make the purchase of the uranium rights. After Hillary approved the deal the Clinton foundation received $140 million from Russia and Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 personally for speaking in Russia.

Now we move ahead to the election. As she was preparing to run for President, one person working for Hillary was asked to survey to find her biggest vulnerability. The answer came back, "Russia" when people were told that she had authorized the sale of Uranium to them and how the Clinton Foundation got the $140 million. That was specifically stated in an e-mail to her campaign on June 26, 2015. An email to John Podesta from brentbbi@webtv.net dated 12/21/15 suggested that they go after Trump as being in a bromance with Putin..

According to the law firm that represents Hillary, Perkins Coie LLP, they were approached by Fusion GPS in March of 2016 which claimed to have previously been collecting dirt on Trump for a Republican who no longer needed it. While we do not know who the Republican was, it may well have been the Bush campaign as they had the funds to do it and this dossier did not come cheap. The law firm contacted their clients at the DNC and in Hillary's campaign and the Hillary campaign agreed to hire Fusion GPS in April.

Perkins Coie - Fusion GPS. This is a statement from the attorneys that hired Fusion GPS for the Clinton campaign. Thc contract with Fusion ended just before the election in November of that year and the DNC and Hillary's campaign paid almost $9 million for the report and investigation. That is a lot to pay for a document that could not be verified by anyone and in fact neither the DNC or Hillary Clinton ever used any of the information because they couldn't prove it either. The FBI, CIA and NSA all looked into it and couldn't verify it. What we do know is that much of it has been proven 100% wrong as it relates to specific individuals and where and when they were.

Fusion GPS then began shopping for some way to make a couple of more bucks off the story. They shopped it to a whole bunch of media organizations and others; but, no buyers. On January 10, 2017 after Hillary lost the election, Buzzfeed published the documents. Buzzfeed - These Reports Allege Trump Has Deep Ties To Russia.

Trump Dossier.

On January 6, 2017 Congress certified the electoral college results and Trump was made President. Trump was sworn into office on January 20, 2017. I want you to understand the timeframe. The electoral college gives the election to Trump, Congress certifies the results on January 6th and the dossier is published on January 10th. After it was published there were calls for preventing Trump to be sworn in.

Since the release of the report Hillary and the DNC constantly denied any involvement; but, according to the attorney who represented them in hiring Gusion GPS was a lie. It should be noted that according to the dossier, the people who Hillary and the DNC hired worked directly with the Russians to create the report. One might say they colluded together.

We are now being told that neither Podesta nor Hillary knew that they had paid for this document. Well, who had authority to authorize a $9 million dollar campaign expense without getting approval from Hillary Clinton. I mean it is a lot of money for a poorly written report.

Labor, Purpose and Wealth.

We have enough food to feed everyone on earth; but, we do not. We have enough resources to clothe and provide shelter for everyone on earth; but, we don't do that either. We have enough things that we can achieve that we do not need 99.9999% of us to be poor and could make most productive; but, we don't want to do that.

Let's talk about what we could do. We have more than enough minerals and the technology to send us to Mars and beyond. That is not a guess, it is a fact and the fact that we have put men on the moon and sent a spaceship beyond our own solar system says we could do what we want in this arena. We have more than enough people to create a whole industry to put us further into space and improve our infrastructure in any ways we want. Why don't we? What is stopping us?

People who don't understand the illusion of money wealth will say we cannot afford it? Why not, we can print all the money we want and we allocate the resources as we agree to? You will probably not understand the first few times you read it. Money is merely a promise of future labor or materials in exchange for labor or materials today. Money is nothing more than a contract. In and of itself cash has very limited value, it has no intrinsic worth. This becomes real clear during times of hyperinflation. After the south lost the civil war, what was the difference in value between a confederate dollar and a confederate 100 dollar note? None, they were both worth a penny of United States currency and only as an amusement. All of the promises that had been backed up by that cash were voided.

When I got divorced the court said that I got all of our debt (including the debt she acquired while taking her boyfriend to hotels and restaurants as she was cheating on me). The court voided and promises she had made to me (such as being faithful); but, made sure our joint debt was still paid, only by me alone. The government can pick and choose which debts must be met. Why would anyone support a system that only benefits a few, like .001%?

You know in the bible God told the Israelites that all debts had to be extinguished every 7 years. Of course he also said that it was wrong to charge interest? You know what the problem of charging interest is? It means that the value of what you have given changes, that the promise that is made when you get paid in cash does not need to be kept.

We have seen a decrease in the cash value of labor for the past 40 years and an increase in the cost of materials during that same period. Materials are becoming move valuable as labor is becoming less valuable. At the same time minerals are actually becoming cheaper to mine. That is why all the benefit is going to a very few people, the people we allow to own all the minerals and equipment that we as a society have built.

I shall ask it again, how is it possibly right that someone could be born and be entitled to nothing while another can be born entitled to everything, including the life of the one born in debt? Why should anyone accept that they are not entitled to some part of this earth?

There are no rules. There are no laws. There is only common agreement based on mutual benefit. When that common agreement is violated, there is no longer a valid government. This is called the "social contract" in political science. The question of whether or not I should care about any "law" (agreement by others to control me). If you think I am a libertarian, communist, or anything else you are both right and wrong. The only question for a society is how should we organize ourselves to benefit all of us to the fairest and greatest extent possible. Money (promise of labor or material) is supposed to be a tool to achieve that goal; but, we don't use it that way anymore.

Would You Sleep With Me for a Million Dollars?

Nothing important just an observation. TMZ reported - Harvey WeinsteinFlying to Europe Tonight For Sex Addiction Rehab on 10/10/17, 7:40 PM PDT. This was also reported by the Daily Mail in England and other newspapers. Alex Jones reported "REPORT: Trump’s Justice Department Moves on Weinstein, Orders FBI to Open Probe Over Fears he will ‘do a Polanski’" 

A note to my readers, I do not endorse Alex Jones, in fact I do not as a rule even link to him. I had to link to what he said, if I am to be fair when discussing this event, the subject of the post.

So here is the timeline. Weinstein is called out as a molester by multiple women in a magazine report. Other famous women come forward and a tape on which Weinstein appears to admit having groped women. His ship quickly sinks, his attorney quits his case and his wife announces she is leaving him after he is forced to leave the company he founded. It is then claimed that he is attempting to leave for Europe to attend rehab; but, ends up staying and it is reported he is headed to Arizona for rehab. In between was the Alex Jones report that the Justice Department is moving on him. See, the federal government does not have any jurisdiction over these matters and as far as I know, no criminal charges have made against Weinstein. That should mean that he would be free to leave the country, so why didn't he?

What if Mr. Weinstein was put on a "no fly" list? Guess what, they don't need to charge you with a crime to put you on a no fly list. Can they put people on no fly lists on the mere suspicion that they might be charged with a crime? The answer is yes.

After Mr. Weinstein decided to stay in the US, his daughter called the police to say he was suicidal. TMZ - Harvey Weinstein Suicide Threat Prompts Police Response.

While I could care less about Weinstein, I find this story interesting. Not the fact that he molested women, that would never surprise me in Hollywood. The fact that everyone had heard the rumors and said nothing does not surprise me. The abject fear it has caused in Hollywood surprises me. They may be afraid of who is taken down next. We cannot even imagine what secrets Weinstein knows about people in Hollywood or who he would be willing to sell out for a better plea deal if charged. This guy begged others executives to help him to keep his job and he is known for being vengeful. Maybe that is why it took a week for so many in Hollywood to say anything. The insane attempts to make this about Trump (the LA Times has chosen to make it about Bannon, it is a company town) is a desperate attempt to kill the story that is not proving successful. The attempt is being made because Weinstein still has power in this town and still owns lots of shares in the company and knows lots of secret.

Weinstein is sort of like Kaddafi when he was captured by his opponents. He is in shock that none come to help him, he cannot believe his kingdom is crumbling because he masturbated in a plant pot in front of an actress or asked for naked massages or even touched them. He cannot believe it because he thinks that is how this industry works and it has been since the beginning. Washington DC is no different. Power and sex go hand in hand, it does not take much power to get lots of sex. If people will cheat on their spouse for free or hook up for dinner and drinks than they will certainly have sex in exchange for becoming a celebrity or getting a promotion.

While it is easy to condemn people who abuse power as Harvey Weinstein did, the fact is that it is really a question of what people will do to get ahead, to achieve their personal dreams. If you could avoid the gas chamber by sleeping with your guard, would you? If you were homeless would you sleep with a cop to drugs and a hotel room for the night? Would you sleep with a Hollywood producer to get a million dollars? How about to get a career worth $100 million? 

I have talked about the Aussie sex worker who stayed with me and my family for a week or so (I don't remember exactly how long it was), she was stunned that I would not consider sleeping with her. She told me that she expected men in their 40s (as I was at the time) to seek it. 

For my male readers I will ask a question. Would you turn down sex from a woman who offered it to you if there was no price tag for the service? We live in a world where sex is a commodity, it is traded on a daily basis and I am not referencing prostitution. Contrary to popular belief, prostitution is not illegal in Hollywood, in fact porno movies pay people to have sex, the definition of prostitution. I pointed this out in law school over 30 years ago. I asked why we did not charge porno movie producers and directors as pimps as they paid people to have sex. I was laughed at; but, nobody has ever answered the question from a legal perspective. Is it okay to pay people for sex as long as you film it?

There is a schism in people's minds. They will tell you that we should not allow people to go to jail for prostitution; but, we should put people in jail for asking for sex in exchange for getting a job. What is the difference?

Now, lets get away from sex. Would you lie for your company if it meant you would make $! million a year? What about a hundred million a year?

The real science deniers are the one's who won't look at the actual facts. We have 800,000 years worth of climate data. We spent billions to get it from Antarctica. Yet, all the climate change models are based only on 120 or so years worth of data. Can you imagine us basing all of our beliefs about history if we only looked at the last 120 years when we have a few thousand years worth of written and drawn records? What understanding would we have of music if we ignored all music that was over 120 years ago? What if we ignored every book written before 1890? If you need to ignore 799,900 years worth of data to make your conclusions, it means you are lying.

The Telegraph - Climate change not as threatening to planet as previously thought, new research suggests.

Here is the essence of the article, climate change scientists are now saying things are not getting as bad as quickly as they predicted and we'll be okay if we nothing for 20 more years. This is the funniest things I have ever read and more than one newspaper reported on it. I saw a couple of articles in the last couple of days.

They made this statement to reassure people that Trump's refusal to have us adopt the Climate Agreement can wait till he is gone. The reason is simple, since the United States has not adopted the accord, the doomsayers will have to explain why their models are failing more and more. In fact the article points out that their models are already failing, they are now admitting that. Read the article.

Should anyone believe in this pseudo science they call climate change, poke me with the best question you can come up with right after you do your research and explain to me why we are ignoring 99.999% of all the date we have available. The issue has never been about climate change and has always been about how many people they think they need to control the world. The leaders have decided they don't need so many sheep. They said that and wrote about that over 40 years ago and I have posted links in the past to those writings.

Who is Killing This Country? Nazi's or the Wealthy and Powerful?

Lets look at some really basic facts. There are Neo-Nazis and White Supremacists and Klansmen still left in America. There are still also communists; but, you know what, they all had or have political parties of their own. The largest non Democrat or Republican party is independents. The membership of the Communist Party (established 1919) is 5,000. The Nationalist Socialist Party shows not one person elected to federal or state leadership or even representation. Their numbers are too low to even count.

Neither Communists nor white supremacists can manage to get elected to any federal or state legislature. Neither the Democrats nor Republicans have racist or supremacist policies on their party platforms and haven't for a very long time. The media is focusing on groups that have zero political influence and couldn't get someone elected if they had to. They smeared Bernie Sanders as a Communist and Donald Trump as a Nazi.

I'm retired; but, I remember when Democrats in the southern states passed laws called Jim Crowe laws. I lived when that was going on, I remember when blacks were not allowed in certain restaurants and people were not allowed to sell their houses to blacks. I had a relative, a New England Democrat who told me that he thought the blacks were getting too uppity and he worked on getting Democrats to support Kennedy for President in Massachusetts. Declared Neo-Nazis and Klansmen couldn't get elected dog catcher. If there was a Neo-Nazi mayor the media would be all around it. Think about that.

Please show me ONE congressman currently in office who has openly stated that they support the Klan, the Nazi party or the communists. Wait, you might be able to find one that supported communism; but, it wasn't Bernie Sanders. There are more Libertarian Party and Green Party members than Nazis, Klansmen and Communist Party members combined.

Why is the corporate media telling you these groups are growing when they are not? Why are they saying that they saying these people present a clear and present danger requiring the elimination of the first amendment right to free speech when there is not. More people attend Furry conventions (people who like to dress up as small woodland creatures and have sex) than attend Nazicon if there even is such a thing. There are more Wiccans than there are Neo Nazis. There are more Satanists than there are Klansmen and to tell the truth, the Satanists are less reviled.

There are 85 people that own as much as the lower half 3.5 Billion of people in this world. Please, tell me which of them are Nazis supporting the Nazi party or the Klan. Those 85 people see the rest of us as scum regardless of what we believe in. You know what you have to fear? What you need to fear is what those 85 people think and thy think that you should be muzzled and that Democracy is evil.

Did you know that most of the Confederate soldiers that fought in the south never owned a slave in their lives? Rich men owned slaves, not the poor. The civil war was not fought over slavery, it was fought over economic independence. It was fought over which wealthy group would rule America. It was a fight over farming versus the industrial revolution.

We like to think that it was a war over slavery and that the north was against it; but, even Lincoln did not go into that war planning on freeing the slaves. You can look that up and comment. Remember when the billionaire said that they thought the wealthy were being treated like the Jews in Germany? No, here is a link.

The traditional enemy of the communists was the wealthy, now it is 3,000 to 8,000 Klansmen. What useful idiots Antifa have become. Communist, Socialist and Progressive agendas were always focused on economic issues and now the Neo-Communists and Neo-Socialists and Neo-Progressives seem to be focused on social issues. At least according to the corporate media.

Lets see. The Occupy Movement comes along to go after income inequality and is violently put down and removed from public spaces and later the media refocuses their attention to social issues, like how many Nazi's does it take to screw in a light bulb. The Occupy Movement came about in 2007 and the Democratic party has sought to direct all their attention to the threat of far right national supremacist wack jobs. There is just one problem, most people on the left get this and the progressives certainly do.

How effective has this been? Well not one of the corporate Democrats has one a seat since Trump got elected. They have lost control of national and state offices. Most amusingly they are failing to get any donations. The Republican party has raised $85 million for the coming elections and the Democrats have raised about $35 million.

Back 60 years ago the Democratic Party was the southern bigots. It was southern Democrats that made the Jim Crow laws and enforced segregation. Parties change; but, money doesn't. The one thing the Democratic party will not let go of is it's political donors. Corporate Democrats offer transgender bathrooms in exchange for open borders. Corporate Democrats offer gay marriage in exchange for NAFTA and the TPP. They offer fascism (corporate control over the government) in exchange for protecting you from Nazis.

Point of note, the guy who said that the wealthy were being treated like the Jews in Germany (the Young Turks video in the link above) contributed to Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign and also said that the wealthy's votes should count more than the poor or working class. There are more gays in the United States than Neo-Nazis and Klansmen combined. There are more millionaires in the United States than there are Neo-Nazi's, White Supremacists and Klansmen combined. Here lets simplify even more. How many millionaires and billionaires attended the right wing rally in Charlottesville in support of the far right? That would probably be zero.

It is estimated that there are 10.4 million millionaires in the United States and perhaps 200,000 white supremacists of all types. Which group do you think controls the corporations and government? Yeah, it's pretty obvious.

Elitism is anti-democratic.

TTIIY - The Continuing Failure of the Establishment to Get Rid of Trump. On December 9, 2015 I wrote the linked post. At that time I wrote the following, "There are a lot of pundits writing about why they believe people support Trump and none of them seem to get it. Now the media has gone as far as to compare Trump to Hitler, that is irrational hysteria and demonstrates their fear of Trump; but, more importantly their fear of American opinion." Nothing has changed

For the past two years I have been pointing out how the media lies and manipulates in order to achieve political goals and those goals are anti-democratic, authoritarian and pro-globalism. In 2016 the corporate mainstream media began saying that if Trump were elected they should immediately impeach him for basically any reason and nothing has changed except for the excuse, which changes every week based on each new claim they make.

The truth is that I didn't vote for Trump. In fact, back in 2015 I pointed out that because of superdelegates and rigged primaries, Sanders, my preferred candidate, would lose. For the past two years I have pointed out that no matter what Trump says or does, the media will call for his impeachment and they have. The attacks are not really about Trump, the attacks are on the idea of people choosing to change the establishment. The real fear is that people will stop going along with the media and the establishments controlling public opinion.

Over the past two years I have written numerous articles about corporate mainstream media saying that democracy was bad. Over the past two years I have pointed out numerous articles that said that the people were too dumb and evil to pick their leaders. The calls for Trump's impeachment for using Twitter to get around the media and for his liking his steaks well done as proof that he is unfit for office and the desperate cries of the media to make sure that populism does not rise any more. Remember the opposite of populism is elitism.

Here is a prediction, I bet next week they find a new reason to impeach Trump and they will continue doing that every week until the next Presidential election. Who wants to bet that I am wrong?

USA Today - Suicide texting case sets bad precedent, experts say.

CNN - The text messages that led up to teen's suicide.

A 17 year old girl got regular text messages from her boyfriend where he said he was going to kill himself. At first she tried to get him to go to therapy and much later told him to just do it. He did. He killed himself. She was charged with murder and ended up getting two and a half years for involuntary manslaughter.

Murder by speech. Murder by text message? It was not murder, it was not manslaughter. It was suicide. My wife left me for another man and took everything I had. I did not commit suicide, though I was quite ready to die. Even Jim Jones actually put a gun to people's heads to make them drink the Koolaid. Please tell me, was she responsible for not stopping him. She didn't bring up the idea, he did. I guess she wasn't a very good psychologist at 17. Maybe she was a really dumb child; but, she was still a child. She is now paying for his sin, not hers.

Tell me you have never wished someone dead. Tell me you have never told another to just die or wished that they would. We are going to charge you for the air you breath, a carbon tax. And, we are going to hold you guilty for bad thoughts and bad words, hate speech. Do you think that slaves wished their masters dead? The most oppressive slavery starts by outlawing words and then thoughts.

I met the most wonderful woman in the world on my first day of sixth grade. She was really smart and had just skipped a grade. Imagine going from 4th grade straight to 6th grade and still getting all As. She met me and could see that I didn't just have no respect for the other students, I didn't respect the teachers and knew I knew more than them and proved it daily. My teacher begged my parents to have me skip grades; but, my mother knew it would mean I would never respect others and wouldn't let it happen. I thank God for my mother keeping me back and letting me learn that even normals matter. Oligarchs and elitists don't believe what I believe, I believe everybody matters and we can all learn more. I just believe in sharing the information we learn, they don't. The girl I met in 6th grade saw my arrogance and disrespect for those less intelligent and poked me in the eye to let me know that she saw them for what they were and didn't want me to hurt them. She taught me that "you matter", not me, that everyone matters and I have loved her heart for that ever since that day, even now although she has passed on. The people who believe they are your betters have no respect for you and do not believe you matter anymore than their dogs and cats. They don't see you as important as they see themselves. Julia saved me from that.

You know, whenever I tell people that you won't own your car and they will all be self driving and electric, like I have written about for a decade, they say, "Not in my lifetime". Should I assume they believe they will be dead within 23 years?

The one thing the powerful really fear is a second French revolution where they just get wiped out for their crimes against the world. The thing they fear is you paying attention to what they are doing to keep control over you.

There is a biblical reason for all of this, bad shepherds who are hired hands and nothing more and sheep and even sheep dogs. The Pimpernel knows how the game ends, the powerful do not. Enjoy what you have, take care of one another and don't sweat it. Life, like motion, is just the passage of time. YOU MATTER.

London Bridge Attack and the Globalist Perspective

Lots of people are wondering why the governments of Europe refuse to address the issue of how Muslim immigration from the poorest Arab countries of the least educated people from those countries is effecting their nations. Your average conservative will say it is because they are letting radicals into their country and that is true to a degree; but, most of the people who committed terror attacks in England were second generation and were radicalized in the United Kingdom. Liberals will tell you we just have to be more tolerant of their cultures, to be multi-cultural rather than adopt English culture as the Indians and Pakistani's have in the past. They mayor of London has said that terror attacks are just the reality of life in modern European cities. On it's face that is insanity; but, he actually meant it because he doesn't believe in borders and he understands that will be one of the consequences.

The assumption I begin with in politics is that things come about because the people in power want them to. Who benefits must always be the question, follow the money that determines what happens. The perspective of all globalists and the European Union is that having many groups in constant conflict has a value beyond bringing in new cuisines. What is the value they find in it economically and socially? Lets start by looking at Theresa May's (the English Prime Minister) response to the murders on the London bridge by Muslim extremists.

What did she blame the attacks on? Firstly she blamed it on sectarianism (religion, any religion that people believe in). Her solution is constant and growing internal security and surveillance. The second cause she found for the violence was the internet. She said it allowed people to gather and discuss wrong ideas. Her solution is to internationally regulate what you can say online and monitor all your online communications to make sure your not a bad person. She then states that we must attack ISIS in Syria; but, Syria was not involved in ANY of the three attacks that England has experienced in the last three months alone or ever. Her fourth solution is longer detainment for people not found guilty of crimes but suspected of thinking about committing a terrorist act. In fact, there had been discussions and a trial balloon floated at the idea of suspending the English elections.

John Oliver of Last Week Tonight posted a clip from his show last night where he talked about the London bridge attack, he laughed and said the English way was to laugh it off and said the real threat was Putin. I saved the clip; but, it is no longer up, I am sure it will pop up somewhere. Yep, found another copy.

These things just don't disappear. He starts by saying that "In no way is Britain under siege", just upset. How many people were killed in the last three irritating events, how many at the Manchester bombing alone? He literally laughs at the idea that some Britain' s might be worried or concerned. He claimed that the Britain's are more upset by people making tea in a microwave than the terror attacks. He then shows a gay man in England whos says that he will keep doing what he does because he won't let the terrorists win. Fair enough; but, they didn't ask this gay man if he felt threatened by the extreme Muslims who attack gays. He ends by saying that the biggest threat to the United States is Putin and Trump and that Putin had said that some Russians could have been involved in hacking the DNC; but, that is not quite what he said, just how Oliver summarized it. 

After 9-11 happened Jon Stewart and others gave heart felt sorrow and expressions of love for their city, Oliver didn't do that, he laughed about what happened in London, watch the video, he made fun of it and then attacked Trump and Putin. This man has sold his soul and wants to sell you on the establishment agenda while appearing to be anti-establishment. He also thought Britain leaving the EU was the worst thing that has ever happened, yet he left Britain and the EU. Lets not forget that he works for one of the six multinational companies that own 90% of all the media in the United States.

Here is a few questions for you. If we are facing overpopulation then why increase the number of people in Europe by immigration? If we have a problem with greenhouse gasses in the west than why increase the number of people through immigration and thereby increase the greenhouse gas emissions from those same countries? If we cannot assimilate people without terror attacks than why bring in more people who don't agree with western beliefs and not require them to assimilate? What is the benefit? 

I want to focus on the media for a second. I am going to post a video by a guy I find amusing but frequently think oversimplifies things.

I will not post it; but, Alex Jones has an even longer copy of the tape of the staging of this event. Specifically CNN was involved in arranging a show of support from what we are told Muslims for London and against terrorists. They also made it appear to be spontaneous, which it wasn't.

The Muslims did not crash the world economy, neither did the gays, the jews, xenophobes, Nazi's or Putin or Trump or Melania or Ivanka or the illegal aliens. Nope, it was the western banks that crashed the economy and rigged the markets afterwards. It was after the worldwide markets crashed that we attacked Libya, Syria and everyone else in the middle east. A distraction. By sending them to the west we have brought in a new boogie man so that we will ignore the real boogieman, our wealthy and our leaders.

You Have To Keep an Eye on Politicians Making Investing Decisions

We are continuing to see a couple hundred views per day. I do hope that those who enjoy my ramblings would be kind enough to send others here to check out the site. I am currently considering posting on YouTube. I would probably make videos with no pictures of me, just illustrative pictures and a voice recording.

I don't have a problem with public speaking, I am just not sure if I want my face on the internet. The truth is that blogging began dying out just as I started this blog. The chance of getting heard is greater on YouTube than it is on blogger. Two things I do not like about vlogging are the facts that it forces one to act faster and it's focus on images. I prefer the written word; but, if the words are not heard it does not matter and format determines distribution. I don't monetize this site, it pays nothing; but, being more widely distributed would be nice. I seek to cause conversation, not agreement.

Let's talk about pensions, how you are played and how money is stolen from others because of you. That is a head scratcher isn't it. Here is an article, you have to read it to get the joke.

The Mercury News - U.S.-Mexico border wall fight: California considers divesting from companies involved in the project.  The Mercury News is the newspaper for San Jose, a very liberal tech area. People in that area are really in favor of immigration, especially tech people, it keeps wages down. The article talks about how the state legislature wants to make a law telling the pension funds that they cannot invest in any company that helps build the wall between the United States and Canada.

While you ponder how you feel about the wall, you miss the point. While you ponder whether people should or should not buy stock in companies that you think should change their policies or who they contract with. While you ponder these things that are irrelevant, you miss the point. You miss the trick, start by knowing politicians are fraudsters and everything they say is for another reason, their priorities are not what you think, their priorities are them.

The pension fund in question is not owned by the state, it is owned by the people that have paid into the pension, the pensioners. The state does NOT own the pension, it is not their money. A pension is like a bank account, it is forced savings by you and for you in lieu of getting paid more money now. Politicians in California want to tell the pension fund where they can and cannot invest; but, are the willing to pay the pension fund if it loses money because of these investments? NO, they are not. Remember how we have been told every public pension in the country is bankrupt, they are not, now the politicians want to force investment decisions that might hurt the pensions even more with the state being responsible. If the state dictates how the pensions invest, the state takes on legal responsibility for the pensions wins and losses.

The game you are witnessing is not about border walls, it is not about Trump, it is about stealing pension money, directing where it goes and being paid for such help. I have not written about pensions in a while and some of my newer readers may not understand what I am talking about. For them, find the tag at the bottom of this post which says "pension fraud", if you click it you should see all the other posts about this subject. Basically, everything you believe about the state of public pensions is a lie, they are in a great place. I know that is hard to believe; but, remember the media lies to take care of corporate interests. Read the posts.

Pension are being robbed because that is where the money is in the eyes of Wall Street. Thieves do not rob Fort Know, they rob the local bank that is not as savvy or well protected. That is the reason the biggest crooks in the past 20 years are stealing from pensions and 401k's. Read the posts about Elliot Broidy and the CIM Group, read the posts and understand that all the politicians involved benefited from helping developers in their cities.

I have noticed that the new readers are focused on politics. the pension fraud threads are politics and money and propaganda.

What Happens if Trump Fails?

It is fun to watch the media response to Trump. If nothing else he is a catalyst that causes people to expose themselves. Trump is neither Satan nor savior. He is a reflection of your hopes and fears. People we cannot control make us question whether or not we believe in control and when we think we have the right to control others or societal decisions.

People are sheep, they follow a herd instinct and seek to avoid confrontation or pain. They have no intent and do what they feel benefits them. We count on the rams to lead the pack and know better which fights we can win and which fights we cannot.

The job of the sheepdog is to keep the sheep together and fight off predators to protect them. Not all dogs become good sheepdogs, only the ones that like being around sheep. The shepherds job is to do what is best for the sheep and make them as happy as possible until they need a haircut.

The bible says that a time will come when the shepherds will be bad shepherds and not care about the sheep because they are hired men and the sheep are not theirs. You do not have to be a Christian to understand this analogy about leaders. Our leaders are bad shepherds and Trump is merely exploiting their failure. Our leaders have not worked in our best interests and have not looked out for their sheep.

Whether Trump succeeds or fails doesn't matter. People can see that the system no longer works for them, Trump and Sanders were merely the latest expression of that feeling. It does not matter how the media tells people that life is better when the people in most of this country have only seen things get worse for the past 40 years, you cannot convince things are getting better, the lies don' work anymore.

If the people who have been getting worse off for the last 40 years are not helped, whether by Trump or not, they will only get more extreme. Trump has appeased them for the moment as they are patient and hard working. If Trump does not make them better off we are going to see real extremism. That is what you get when people have no hope. The exact same would have been true if Sanders had one and been prevented from helping them. Sanders and Trump were talking to the same audience.

A war is coming between the rich and the poor and the rich know it. They plan to eliminate the middle class from the west and raise the income of the people from the third world. That has been the plan since the 1970s and I have posted links to their own documents showing that. They don't explain their reasons; but, they explain where we have been headed and why mostly.

If one believes in consolidation of power than one believes in eliminating the middle class. Take your time with that, read it until you get it.

Too big to fail is the same as to big to be influenced or told what to do. That is the banks. The banks are bad shepherds, yet, they control the world. The banks fear the law, government, democracy changing the rules of the game because we might ask that everyone benefits from this world that we all share. They don't want to share.

The "left" is fighting over what they stand for, big donors or the little guy. The "right" is fighting over the exact same thing and Trump promised to take care of the little guy rather than the establishment. That is why the "left" establishment is going after Trump, they are fighting over the corporate money with the establishment "right".

I was watching a news show earlier where the talking head said that Trumps healthcare plan was being written to placate his large corporate donors. He didn't have any. He spent of what Hillary spent and most of it came from him. He didn't solicit donations that was news for months and was used by the corporate media to prove he wasn't serious. I wrote about this a year ago while it was happening and named names.

I'm sorry, what is the point. The point is that the people in charge are not getting it. The sheep are looking for a good shepherd and don't like or trust any that have come in the last 40 years, they will not go back and trust them again if Trump fails, they will just get mean. The left has nothing to offer the middle class, the right has nothing to offer the middle class, keep proving that. Trump and Sanders were merely mirrors.
