Democracy dies amid censorship

In 2006 I was asked to give a seminar in Las Vegas on real estate by a mortgage broker friend. I decided to get current on the market and began doing research on the numbers. I was stunned. The numbers were all wrong and made little sense. The more I researched the more concerned I got. I started telling people the housing market was going to crash and that it was all intentional. I said the market would crash by December 2007 and sold my rental house in the same month. I also concluded that the stock market would crash and told people the day and hour it would happen. It did to the minute. I said that too was intentional, in advance.

This is not an illusion, this is reality. We are living in a dystopian nightmare, it is not coming, we are living it and whether you want to believe it or not, this is spiritual. Freedom of speech is now illegal. You have lost control over your own bodies. Every movement is tracked, every thought is recorded and you are imprisoned in your homes. It is illegal to go to church. Our world is controlled by corporations, not governments. Think about it. Love him or hate him, President Trump was censored off the internet. Think about that.

This is not just about America, this is world wide. Look around you, look at Australia. We are told to trust the science. What science? It is propaganda. Science says gender is determined by genetics, XX (women) and XY (men). Basic science we are now told is wrong. Gender is now a choice. That historically been called insanity. Carbon, the building block of all life, is now called a poison. Look around you.

To be a straight, white male is now an insult. Sides are chosen, all are wrong. The media pushes race hate and constant fear of everything. I have said many times, it is not gays, jews, blacks, white wing extremists, communists, Muslims, illegal immigrants, homophobes, or any other "deplorables" that outsourced jobs from the west or crashed the economy. It is a very small group of elites that are destroying the world and they are evil. 

The illusion that we cannot be psychologically manipulated - Part 1

When I was about 14 I came across a book called "Subliminal Seduction" by Professor Wilson Brian Key. If you click on the link you can read a copy of the book. The forward was written by Marshall McLuhan the father of studying media in many ways. McLuhan was the one who coined the phrase, "the media is the message". As a result of reading the book I began investigating psychological manipulation on the public and individuals. Later I learned hypnosis and studied brain washing too. In college I declared a degree in Political Science; but, qualified for degrees in Psychology and Sociology. I even studied under Jack Levin, one of the fathers of the profiling of serial killers.

Two events that really demonstrated, for me, how effective psychological manipulation included the Patty Hearst kidnapping and the the mass kidnapping that led to what is known as the "stockholm syndrome". During my late teens there was also a rise in cults which used psychological techniques to control the minds of its followers. Certainly we are all aware of the propaganda used by Germany during World War II. In fact they learned it from Edward Bernays who wrote the book "Propaganda" and was the nephew of Sigmund Freud. Mr. Bernays took Freuds psychological concepts and turned them into tools for governments and corporations to use them on the public to get them to accept beliefs they might not otherwise. In order to get women to smoke he came up with the idea of convincing women that if men could smoke, they could to, that smoking was a sign of female freedom, he left out the cancer part.

During the 1950s up to and possibly beyond, the United States government began experiments in mind control known generically as MKUltra, based on experiments done by the Nazis and the Japanese during World War II and our own home grown experiments. The little we know, as the CIA ordered the destruction of most of the data obtained in over 150 different programs, came from a congressional committee investigation by the "Church Committee". We discovered that the United States had secretly given LSD to salesmen when they visited prostitutes to see its effects and even fed mentally challenged kids in Canada radioactive cereal to see the effect on them. We also found out that the CIA paid news reporters to file articles to propagandize both Americans and foreign governments. 

One form of psychological pressure combined with physical "torture" is called by the United States government, "Enhanced interrogation techniques". The most famous technique our government continues to use is called "waterboarding" but, the reality is the most effective is a form of sleep deprivation. 

Most people want to believe they cannot be manipulated. The fact is just about anyone if not everyone can and in fact with little effort. Once manipulated the hardest thing is to recognize that fact because you feel stupid, it is not stupidity, it is simply how our minds work. One of my favorite magicians is Penn Jillette, of Penn and Teller, he has often said that magicians are professional liars. Psychics are another example of professional liars, they just try to tell you they are not tricking you, sort of like the media and the government do.

The New York Times - To fight vaccine lies, authorities recruit an "Influencer Army". I came across this article after making my post. Just an example of how the government still pays people to influence (propagandize) without the influencers telling you they are being paid to do so.

DO NOT BAIL OUT STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

So, the states which had the strictest lockdowns made less in tax payments. What a surprise. If you cannot sell products or services and cannot pay employees, states get less in tax revenue. California claims it needs $54 billion and New York claims it needs $13 billion. These governor's are the same people that closed down the businesses. Did they not know it would effect tax collection? They want the states that didn't shut down all business to pay for their decisions. The coastal states did nothing for the Midwest other than outsource their jobs and industries and now want to take their money away too. If we bail out California and New York, I guarantee you they will lock us down again come October. BTW, I live in California.

Instead of bailing out these states, let them take their boot off of the local businesses and the taxes will be made up. Let them increase their own taxes and take responsibility for their actions, see if they get re-elected. 

Day 2 - Impeachment Inquiry

I stayed awake all night to watch Day 1 of the hearings and then again for Day 2. I witnessed nothing. We are told Trump is being investigated for trying to blackmail (originally we were told it was a tit for tat or Quid pro quo investigation).the Ukrainian President. One would assume we would hear from people who witnessed such a thing, we did not.

Day 1, we heard from a disgruntled employee that Trump didn't do what they told him to do regarding the Ukraine. He stated that he was not in on the call Trump had with the Ukrainian President and got all his information from someone who heard someone who had a guess. He witnessed nothing and had no evidence, at all. His co-witness knew even less; but, did say he thought that the company that Biden's son worked for should be investigated. The point that both made was that they thought the Ukraine was important to the United States. This is all fine and good; but, has nothing to do with impeaching the President. In fact both witnesses said they didn't know of anything the President should be impeached for. The general assumption was that these were the star witnesses, both of whom had previously been witnesses in closed door meetings.

To me Day 1 was a joke. My brother wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt and see if Day 2 would be the real inside dirt. Day 2 was a bigger joke. The witness had left service months before the call and knew nothing about it. Her complaint was that she was replaced by another Ambassador to the Ukraine. She claimed nothing about crimes by Trump.

The process of the hearings itself was a complete disgrace where the Chairman, Mr. Schiff, refused to allow questions by one congresswoman, a Republican. This is a kangaroo court and a disgrace of congress. This has nothing to do with what people think of Trump and everything to do with what people believe is fair and just.

I have made it clear over the years that I hate the "Patriot Act" which says people don't always get to have a trial and can be detained indefinitely without one, it is an abomination to the constitution and Bush signed it. We have no justice when we allow the process to change based on attitudes towards the accused personally.

Pimpernel has a law degree with honors and multiple American Jurisprudence Awards. I consider the United States Constitution the second greatest written document next to the Bible. The short sightedness of this by the Democrats shows their desperation over removing Trump before he gets re-elected. The techniques they are using will be used against the next Democratic president. That is how politics works and I know because I was in the game for half my life.

I remember when Kennedy was killed and even more so when his brother was. I remember Watergate and personally knew people who interacted with John Dean at the time. In fact, a friend was asked to represent Nixon before the impeachment hearing on some tax thing, he declined. He was a famous attorney and when I was in law school took me to dinner one night, he even let me stay at his beach house and was incredibly kind to allow me to have my graduation party at the same house. He met me when I was in sixth grade; but, my mom and dad had helped him. While we were dining together, prior to my graduation, he asked me if I would represent someone I knew was guilty of a crime. I told him I wasn't sure. He asked me if the system could work if the accused could not have people who understood the law refuse to represent people. He asked if Doctors should refuse medical assistance to people they didn't like. What about the fire department? I fear a society where we only make sure that the people we like get fairness in process.

You can only have a totalitarian society when you care more about personality than policy. Remember these words, they were learned by someone who live through the Nazi regimn.

Only fools think they are denying Trump and Roger Stone their rights, nope, they are establishing a system where those rights don't exist anymore for anyone.

China, Climate and the Paris Accord

We are being told contradictory things. We are told the Paris Climate Accord will save our planet. We are also told that if we don't stabilize CO2 emissions by 2030 that the world will be doomed by 2050. We are told this by the exact same people; but, the facts are a little different.

The human activity caused CO2 was 37,077,404 gigatons in 2017. China produced 10,877,218 of those emissions or roughly slightly more than 1/4. The United States produced 5,107,393 of them. Australia produced 402,253 of them. China has been praised for taking a leadership role in the Paris Accord after the United States pulled out of the agreement. At the same time, China plans of increasing emissions by 100% by 2030, much of it from burning coal. By the way, since 2005, the United States has reduced it's emissions by about 1/6th.

During the recent elections is Australia, their "Labor" party called for Australia to reduce their emissions by 45%. That wouldn't even make a dent in total emissions with China increasing their by 100%. This should make you wonder why the United Nations doesn't discuss this in their climate reports. This should make you ask why the media doesn't discuss it. In fact, 66% of the electrical energy in China comes from coal burning which is more than double the percentage coming from coal in the United States and China will be doubling the number of coal powered plants between now and 2030.

If every country in the world, except China, kept steady at their carbon emissions, we would still see a 25% increase in total emissions due to China alone. Include India in that equation and we are easily looking at a 35% increase overall.

Why are we moving manufacturing to the country that is the biggest user of coal and producer of CO2 if we are concerned about CO2 emissions? Why don't the climate scientists, the media pundits or Bill Nye discuss this? Why don't climate scientists use the scientific method and prove their theories using experiments?

Time - It Didn't Take Long For China to Fill America's Shoes On Climate Change. Reads like propaganda to me and leaves out the facts I just mentioned.

Western countries companies will tell you how they have reduced their CO2 emissions, their carbon footprint when in fact all they have done is outsource the emissions to China. You are told that if you don't eat meat one day a week, you will save the world; but, that is not even remotely going to offset China doubling their emissions.

People in the western world are being lied to. You are being told that if you live with less, the world will be saved while jobs and industry are being sent to the biggest polluters resulting in a net increase in CO2 which is in fact harmless.

What led to the Mueller Investigation

On June 15, 2015 Trump announced he was running for president. Nobody in the media or establishment thought he had a chance at winning. The Huffington Post tagged articles about his campaign as Entertainment. On July 9, 2015 Trump becomes the frontrunner. May 26, 2016 Trump secures the nomination. June 2016, Christopher Steele is hired by the Hillary campaign to get dirt on Trump and connect it to the Russians. On June 9, 2016 a Russian lawyer meets with the head of Fusion GPS (the company Steele works for) and then she goes to Trump tower to meet with Trump Jr, claiming to have dirt on Hillary, she provides none and is offered nothing so after the meeting she goes back to meet with the head of Fusion GPS and report what happened. The DNC claim they discovered they had knocked hackers out of their system on June 11th and 12th. On June 14th the DNC claims they hackers were the Russians; but, does not allow the FBI to independently verify or examine their servers. By June 20, 2016 Steele provides his first report. Think about that, he provided the report in under two weeks from scratch. In fact, he provided it 6 days after the DNC claimed they were hacked by the Russians. A company started in June 2016 claims to have hacked e-mails and is claimed to be associated with Russia; but, it does not have nor release the DNC e-mails that are later released by Wikileaks. DC Leaks is in fact a red herring. On July 5, 2016 Steele meets with the FBI. By the way, this all occurred BEFORE Manafort was hired by the Trump campaign and BEFORE General Flynn was involved in the Trump campaign. July 10, 2016 Seth Rich is murdered. On July 22, 2016 Wikileaks begins releasing the DNC emails.

Ask yourself this, did Fusion GPS contact the Clinton campaign or did her campaign contact them. Her campaign contacted them through Perkins Coie her lawyers office. How did they find out that Fusion GPS was doing any opposition research on Trump? Want to bet it was John McCain that told them because that information was confidential and not public. In fact, Fusion GPS would most likely have signed a non-disclosure agreement which is why when Fusion GPS was publicly outed as having prepared the report Perkins Coie threatened Fusion GPS if they disclosed their history of working with Perkins Coie (the letter which was previously published on this blog). Perkins Coie in the letter to Fusion GPS's attorneys claimed it was Fusion that approached them in March of 2016. Remember, Steele was not hired until June so there was no Russia information at that time.

The next two years will make all of this very clear as the Russia investigation is investigated; but, there is enough in the public record to make some good guesses. The investigation into Trump began long before he fired Comey. It was started in secret at the behest of the Obama administration to help Hillary deflect criticism for her involvement in the Uranium One deal that the Obama administration approved.

Bad Week For Anti-Trumpers. Will only get worse.

The question to the Democrats that were fooled by the establishment hacks yet again.

So on Friday, Mueller's report comes out. By Sunday the summary is released saying there was no evidence of any collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. The media and his opponents go into denial, the first stage of grief. By Monday new stories make them look even worse.

Monday morning, in either an attempt to change the subject or an attempt to fly under the radar, the prosecutors in the Jussie Smollett case drop the charges in an emergency hearing. Neither the police nor the Mayor are told in advance. The police and mayor get really upset. Later the files are sealed. It also turns out the state attorney general who had been Michelle Obama's Chief of Staff was involved in discussions regarding Mr. Smollett. Fox - Who is Tina Tchen the attorney linked to Jussie Smollett messages?

Things do not get much better. The Hill - As Russian collusion fades, Ukrainian plot to help Clinton emerges.

Let us also remember that this is the week where Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels attorney is charged with extortion.

The corporate Democrats start demanding that the Mueller report immediately be released in full, which is violation of the law and they know it. Grand jury testimony cannot be released and neither can the names of certain methods and sources used by the intelligence agencies. Those are protected by federal law. I believe it will get worse for them. I believe that whatever can be released will show how the investigation began. Mueller, like any good attorney, started by reciting the facts that led to his investigation, the timeline. That timeline will show who ordered the investigation and based on what assumptions. Perkins Coie, Steele, Fusion GPS, the Clinton Campaign will all be mentioned and it will not be good for them.

The right will blame the left and the left the right; but, McCain and the Bushes are on the right and supported getting rid of Trump for collusion. This is not about left or right, this is about the elites and the establishment attempting to stay in control. It will turn out that not only the Trump campaign; but, the Sanders campaign were spied on by the FBI. Bet me.

Fox - Homeland Security database would track journalists, "media influencers": report. The government is creating a database to track everyone who other people listen to. Can you say big brother?

MSN - L.A. City Council passes new laws to clear path for homeless housing. That is not really what this is all about. I predicted it ten years ago when every new mall had multiple hotels on their sites. Nothing happens by accident. This is your future home when there are no jobs. A hotel room and virtual reality is the establishments solution to when then no longer have use for your work. Not an apartment, a room.

TTIIY - Obama, Wiretaps and stories.   Zerihedge - Comey failed to tell Trump Hillary paid for dossier.  This is bad. Comey was tasked with briefing President Obama and President elect Trump about the dossier. By his own words, he never Trump the dossier was opposition research paid for by Hillary. He didn't even tell Trump after he became President. He didn't tell him where the dossier came from, that alone justifies his firing. Obama didn't tell him, Hillary didn't tell him, they all withheld that information. Why? Hillary said everyone knew she had paid for the dossier for a year, she lied. Trump didn't know and neither did the public and Comey didn't tell congress or the FISA judge, why not?

#ReleasetheMemo and What is Going on and Coming

It's pretty simple, this is scary. Look, politicians making these claims are risking their future. The Republican congressmen on the Intelligence committee are saying that there is a document based on identified confidential information that proves illegality in regards to the election by the Obama administration. They are asking the document to be made public and not one of the Democrats on the committee voted to release it. You haven't heard from these Democrats who voted against releasing it much.

Adam Schiff has told CNN the reason it shouldn't be released is because people won't understand it. He also said that the call to release the memo is being spearheaded by Russian bots (automated responses). I will link to his CNN interview, you will notice that he didn't talk about what is in the document at all. While you may think he is trying to block the release, he can't and he knows it. What is doing is trying to delay the release so that the Democrats can prepare for the results of the release.

Now, the Republicans could release this tomorrow; but, they will not. They have stated it will take 19 days to release it. The Democrats have said almost nothing since this has come out. Politics is part theater, this is a fact I witnessed and participated in. Years are spent preparing legislative changes; but, in the end the vote is intended to explain to the public what has already been decided. The Democrats and Republicans spent the weekend negotiating over when and how the document is released, that is just what you do. The Democrats are in a bad bargaining position and they know it because the document will come out and it will be devastating or the Republicans saying it will, will be crucified by the media and the public.

While all of this is going on, you have not heard a single word from Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, nothing. Why not? When Trump originally said he had been wiretapped they immediately came out and said it was ludicrous. Not this time. Why aren't the Republicans immediately releasing the document, it is because they are using it as a bargaining tool for everything they can think of, that is how these things work. Whatever is negotiated, it will not stop the document coming out. If you go to President Trump's twitter, he has said nothing about it. There is a reason for that.

After this comes out, some people will need Presidential pardons and that will be negotiated too. If it turns out that Obama and Hillary conspired to violate the constitution to prevent Trump from taking office, would you really want her to go to jail? Consider this, Hillary's most ardent supporters would not know what to think if it was proven she violated all constitutional and ethical standards, same goes for Obama supporters. I hate the Clintons and the Bushes, I have never hid that fact. Still, I don't want to see them in jail even if they deserve it for being crooks for political reasons. In fact, if this comes out as bad as I think it will, I will call for them to be pardoned.

I expect the following to occur. Firstly, I expect the Democrats to vote to fund the government next week. Secondly, they will take the DACA deal that Trump has offered and claim victory; but, it will not be the things they had asked for, it will be limited to "Dreamers". Thirdly, they will also fund the wall. For this they are being given 19 days or more before the document is released; but, no promise of a Presidential pardon. The president will not be involved in the negotiations and nobody can speak for him on pardons. After, we are going to see a spring from hell.

This spring will be all about senate hearings into this memo and Presidential malfeasance by Obama. The Republicans will drag it out as long as possible so they gain seats in 2018 elections. The Democrats will seek to end it as quickly as possible; but, to no avail. It will be Trump who puts an end to all of this and skyrockets in his approval rating. One person who has been oddly quiet is Drudge Report founder Matt Drudge. I would guess he is being quiet in exchange for an exclusive, look for that to come out in the next two weeks or so.

UPDATE:

I didn't discuss this part of what is going on and I am not sure it is accurate. I will post it anyways. This has been blowing around the internet for a couple of days. Hal Turner - Proof: British Intellegence Spied on Donald Trump at the Direct Request of President Barack Obama and a later Renewed Request by Susan Rice - No Warrants. About 10 months ago Trump claimed that British Intelligence had spied on him and that he had been told that was a possibility by Tony Blair. Blair later denied it and the White House said they would not repeat the claim. This purported letter (go to the link and scroll down to see it) from their intelligence organizations states that they had put surveillance on Trump at the request of President Obama. I personally am not convinced of the document or the source and if you come across people discussing it, I want you to withhold judgement. You are going to see a lot of nonsense and lies tossed around by all sides and I say, wait to make any conclusions until the FISA memo has been released. A lot is going to happen quickly, don't jump ahead of the story. Let it flow naturally.

I cannot begin to wonder what would happen if it turned out the English had spied on Trump at the request of President Obama. I cannot imagine how much it would harm United States and British relations.

UPDATE 2:

And as I predicted, the Democrats ended the shutdown and took DACA off the table for now. Nunes also said he wasn't ready to release the memo quite yet. They traded the shutdown for a delay in the memo's release kids.

FISA Memo and Beyond. Obama and Clinton.

Late yesterday, some congressman began saying how they had read a memo about FISA abuses and they allege that it is worse than Watergate. They also predicted if released the memo will lead to people being removed from office and jail for others. It is believed this memo relates to how the FISA courts used the pee pee dossier to tap the phones of Trump's people. As of yet, the memo has not even been released to all of congress, just shown to the Intelligence committee members.

I want you to watch the video, it is short. This memo is going to be bad, it is going to be real bad. The Pimpernel does not believe in being alarmist. I do not speculate without evidence and I do look up and link to source documents. The thing that bothers me is that this memo has all of Washington DC shaking in their boots. I think it is going to show that people in the Obama white house and his appointees in the FBI conspired with the Clinton campaign to tap the phones of a political opponent (Trump) with a false report and did it knowingly.

I watched as Watergate unfolded and this feels a lot like that. This memo is the point of no return and the congressmen who have seen it, know that. They had to immediately request it be released or upon it's eventual release will have to say why they tried to prevent it's release. Trump cannot release it because he very likely has not seen it. In either case, it is better to let congress see it before the public and I mean all of congress. They can then vote on releasing to the public and be seen for who they are, who votes to release and who votes against informing the public.

I wrote about where this could end up months ago. If it turns out that Hillary and Obama used the government to go after Trump so she could win, that is a constitutional crisis. There would be calls to prosecute them for treason. Democrats would turn on them so hard as to boggle the mind.

This weekend in Washington DC, there is gonna be a lot of talking. It is all going to be about this memo. If it is as bad as claimed, Obama and Hillary will be reaching out to Trump to cut a deal for his stopping it's release. I guarantee you this, Hillary and Obama both know what is in the memo and that alone is illegal. One of the Democratic congressman told Obama what is in the memo at a minimum.

Here is what I can tell you. Whatever the show is going to be, it will be decided and negotiated out by Monday. My best guess is that the Democrats will call for the ending of the Mueller investigation in exchange for not releasing the memo. That is the best they can hope to negotiate for if the memo is as damning as claimed and as I believe it to be. If that is what happens, the Democrats will henceforth have to vote with Trump because he can always declassify it later.

You can hate Trump; but, politically he makes a lot of really good moves. Trump has not made any move to fire Mueller and I have said that is the smart move. Let Mueller go on forever if there is nothing to find, there is nothing to find.

Likely or Unimaginable?

11 days ago I wrote that the Podesta's would be charged by Mueller. Now, it is coming out.

New York Times - Russia Scandal Befalls Two Brothers: John and Tony Podesta.

Here is a telling line for the article. "Tony Podesta stepped down from his firm hours after it was obliquely referenced in the indictments of Mr. Manafort and Mr. Gates, though he had been in talks about leaving for months." It is a lie; but, telling and is exactly what I said was going on in my post prior.

The New York Times attempt to protect the Podesta's will fail miserably. Things are quickly unravelling. According to the article John Podesta met with Fusion GPS founder to share notes on Russian interference; however, even after that meeting he told congressional investigators that he didn't know about payments to Fusion GPS for the dossier.

I will explain it again, Mueller is not charged with finding dirt on Trump. He is looking for crimes that can be prosecuted having to do with foreign influence in our election. The article says that the Podesta group has told people that in two weeks they may not get paychecks. They are expecting to be indicted. Will people call for Trump to pardon Podesta? Good luck with that unless he is willing to turn state evidence against Hillary. Will he offer to give up Hillary? I think he is already cutting the deal or he would have been indicted already along with Manafort.

You have to ask yourself why Hillary went on television and said that it had been known for a year that the DNC paid for the Trump dossier. The fact that is not true and I have written about it for a year since it came out and linked to the actual document when it was published. If Obama knew it was opposition research and did not tell the FBI or Trump that during the briefing the FBI gave Trump back in January of THIS year, that would be a problem. If I were interviewing Trump I would ask him if they told him it was DNC paid for opposition research. If I were interviewing Comey I would ask when he discovered it was DNC paid for opposition research.

I don't know which parties the people who read me are members of. I have made it clear I detest the Bushes and Clintons and see them as political whores selling themselves to the highest bidder. I do not belong to either party. Politics is an industry and the Clintons made it more profitable by using their foundation to receive money from foreign governments and big business. They turned their political influence into a corporation. That corporation continued to get paid by foreign governments and big business while Hillary was Secretary of State. Let's be clear, foreign money was going regularly to the Clinton Foundation. In the Podesta e-mails it came out that they were getting millions from a Saudi prince.

Recently a whole bunch of Saudi royal family members were arrested for, wait for it, CORRUPTION. Some of them gave millions to the Clinton Foundation. If Mueller indicts Clinton, it is going to blow people's minds. Democrats who now say it would be impeachable if Trump fires Mueller will immediately flip and call for Trump to fire Mueller. It will be a replay of the Comey situation, except, Trump will not fire Mueller and say that he cannot pardon Hillary or Podesta.

People on the right will cheer Hillary's indictment and any court case will be watched like the OJ case was. Thing of it is, if Hillary gets indicted, Bill might be to. Can you imagine a former President being indicted for bribery and working for foreign governments? It is unravelling and quickly. Before this is over, people will turn on Hillary and eventually if there is an indictment, some will end up in the witness protection program. That happened during Watergate also. For Trump to pardon Hillary it would appear as obstruction of justice. He would have no choice; but, to wait for the trial to end. I don't know that unless found guilty, Hillary would even accept a pardon.

One might ask why Hillary does not simply shut up and go away. She cannot. Right now she is creating a Super PAC. People think it is to get her elected in 3 years, it is not. It is a way to get money and keep influence as a commodity, to keep the family business alive. The Clinton's NEVER admit wrongdoing unless there is absolute proof, like Bill's ejaculation on Lewinsky's dress. As my mother used to say, "lie and deny", that was how she described liars. That is how the Clinton's handle attacks and always have. They also blame others for doing what they are guilty of, always have.

UPDATE:

So after I wrote this post I did a search for Podesta indictment and Clinton. I saw more baloney that I could shake a stick at. As far as I know, neither Podesta has been arrested or charged with anything as of this moment. I cannot believe that people are saying they have. I have read things saying Hillary has been indicted. What utter nonsense.

Anyone who expects anything to happen quickly is fooling themselves. Enjoy the show. I don't do rumors. I do facts and analysis. It is a fact that Hillary said everybody knew for the past year that the DNC and her campaign paid to create the Trump dossier. I could post a link to the Daily Show with Trevor Noah where she said it last week. The whole episode is online. If what she said is true then President Obama knew that when he called for the investigation and a report prior to his leaving office. If he did not know it then that raises other questions equally disturbing. That is not a rumor, that is a fact. This stuff is going to go on for awhile and it will be the best show in town.

So I woke up today and scanned the news finding the following two stories.

CNN - Podesta Group on the verge of shuttering amid ties to Mueller probe.

Snopes - Has Tony Podesta Been Arrested in the Mueller Investigation?  Not surprisingly they gave the same answer as I did. Tony Podesta has NOT been arrested; but, is under investigation.

I say again to my readers, please, do not pass on rumors. It is okay to ask what may happen next based on facts that we can verify; but, it is not okay to pass on every rumor you read or hear. If you pass on rumors as facts, you risk your credibility. False stories are intentionally placed on the internet for just that purpose. It is a fact that Mueller is investigating the Podestas for representing a foreign government without declaring it. The Podestas themselves have admitted it by filing as such; but, it took them years to do it (same as Manafort). It is a fact that the Podesta group is failing and coming apart as reported by CBS, CNN and the New York Times. We can assume that the Podestas (at least one of them) will be indicted; but, that does not mean it has happened yet. Lets not get ahead of ourselves and do anticipate that things will take time to unfold.

I think you will see Podesta getting arrested. Lets look at some simple facts. The Trump dossier did NOT accuse Trump of a crime. Here is another link to the actual document. Buzzfeed - "Trump Dossier". What the dossier claimed was that Trump paid hookers to piss on a bed, the Russians had a secret tape of it and could use it to blackmail him. It also claimed that when Trump was in Russia, they would get him hookers. In fact, the dossier said that even though the Russians offered Trump good real estate deals, he didn't take them and for your information he has no hotels in Russia.

This document had been passed around from media people and intelligence people by Fusion GPS and Steele, the author. After Trump was elected before taking office, he and Obama were briefed on it. Obama did not claim that Trump had broken any law and nobody could confirm that the claims made in it were true; but, if they were Trump would not be guilty a crime. In fact, hiring a prostitute is not illegal in Russia. It is actually legal all over Europe. The document did make claims of illegal activities on the part of Russians; but, did not claim he worked with them to hack the DNC, that is not in the report. Now here is where it gets interesting. The report was used to get a FISA court to issue a wiretapping order on Trump's associates to make sure that they were not being used to manipulate Trump for the Russians. Many were tapped and our intelligence agencies did not find anything showing collusion between Trump and Russia even though President Obama said he wanted a report by them by the time Trump was sworn in (people forget that little detail).

Mueller was given the job as special counsel to investigate Russia's attempts to influence the election. Here is the actual authority. Justice Department - Appointment of Special Counsel. The title of the document is, "Appointment of Special Counsel to investigate Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential Election and Related Matters." Now remember the claims that started all this and were used to get the Wiretaps was that some of Trump's people might be working for the Russians to influence Trump. While the corporate media does not portray it that way, read the documents for yourself.

I hate re-hashing all these things that I have written about before; but, for those who do not follow this blog regularly, I wanted to save them some time. Now, here is where the real fun begins and they don't see it coming. You are going to see the Podestas indicted by Mueller. The media will say that they should be pardoned and Trump will say he cannot, that they must face the same legal system as Manafort and Gates. When this happens it is going to blow people's minds, especially in the Clinton campaign. Now let me explain how I know this.

Mueller indicted Manafort and Gates for tax evasion from years ago. More importantly he talked about how Manafort skirted the law regarding registering as a foreign agent when he was working for the Ukranian government. Here is the actual indictment. Manafort Gates Indictment. One of the companies listed in the indictment is the Podesta Group. This is fascinating as the same day the indictment went down for Manafort, Tony Podesta resigned from his own company. Timing is everything kids.

Lets dig a little deeper, you are going to like this. On Tuesday, the day after the indictments were released, the General Counsel for Perkins-Coie (the law firm that hired Fusion GPS, the people that paid Steele and Russians for dirt on Trump, for the DNC and Hillary) issued the following letter to
the attorney for Fusion GPS. Perkins Coie Letter. The letter made it clear that Perkins-Coie did not represent Fusion GPS and was not under an obligation to them while retaining the right to not say who had hired Perkins Coie or paid them to hire Fusion GPS. Someone from the DNC and Hillary's campaign $9 million for the Trump dossier, someone had to approve those checks. Podesta was in charge of Hillary's campaign, you think he might have approved those payments?

It gets more amusing the longer it goes on. The Washington Post - Mueller got Manafort’s attorney to speak against him once. He may try the tactic again. The article claims that Mueller is not above forcing attorney's to testify to grand juries about their cliens. Now go back and read that Perkins Coie letter again and you'll see what I am saying. The indictment of Manafort said, "the last two counts of the indictment say that Manafort and Gates “knowingly and willfully caused to be made a false statement’’ in a government filing required under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA." The Podesta's also failed to file as foreign agents when working for the Ukranian government along with Manafort. Politico - Podesta Group files new disclosures in Manafort-linked Ukraine lobbying. Yep, Mueller has to indict Podesta and will. Mueller cannot claim that he is unaware that Podesta failed to file the exact same documents Manafort failed to file

I just watched Trevor Noah interview Hillary Clinton. Nice to see the media still shilling for her.

It made me want to puke. I think I have exposed my bias enough times, I detest the Bushes and Clintons insincerity, dishonesty and disrespect for democracy and the people of this country and their easy willingness to kill people in other countries. Now, I could rip apart everything she said; but, that would be getting trapped in the minutia and meaningless. Here is what is important. I would like to go over what makes Trevor Noah's piece pure propaganda and deconstruct how the interview was set up, prearranged and intended to manipulate you; but, I am going to discuss why they are trying to manipulate you.

At 3:35 in the video Trevor begins helping Hillary defend having paid $9 million for the Pee Pee Dossier which Noah says people are calling "The Clinton Dossier". Nobody calls it the Clinton Dossier, it only just came out that she hired the company and paid for it. Be honest, do you or anyone you know call it "The Clinton Dossier"? Noah begins this part by setting a straw man, by manipulating the truth so that it becomes a lie. The next thing he asks is if there is a difference between her paying foreign nationals, Russians, for dirt on him and him getting information from Russians. Not surprisingly, her answer is that there is a big difference. Now here is what is really interesting. She goes into the history of how she ended up funding the report and does not deny having paid for it or approved the payments. At the same time, she doesn't admit having known about it. Her talking point regarding her attorneys at Perkins-Coie is identical to the letter that Perkins-Coie issued in the post above. The whole purpose of this interview was to prepare for the coming indictments I talked about above.

Clinton's attorneys made it clear, they will burn anyone to protect Hillary. They made it clear they will testify against Fusion GPS to protect Hillary. When I originally wrote the first part of this post, I did not see this coming. I didn't see Hillary coming out. She is basically saying to Fusion GPS that if they say how this all went down, she will burn them.

When the election began just as I retired I thought it was going to be great to watch the show and it was; but, in my wildest dreams I never thought it would get this far. Hillary is actually scared of what is coming. It may turn out the Clintons were doing what Manafort did that got him indicted. Mueller is going to follow the money, he made that clear.

UPDATE 2:

After watching the Hillary Clinton interview, there are questions I would ask her as an investigator. The first question is did she know about the payments to Fusion GPS for the dossier? She claimed in the interview that they didn't use the information in it. That presumes that she made a decision on the information, that it was unverifiable. Hmm, then she knew about the payments for it. The second question is if she knew the information had no value, why did she pay out $9 million for the report? The final question is the real question. Why didn't Hillary come out and say that the DNC and her campaign had paid the report and that they didn't use it because it was garbage and unverifiable? Why didn't they say that a year ago?

Here is what I want you to notice, the report was published right after the election was accepted by congress; but, it had been floating around for months. Was Fusion GPS still getting paid after the election? That is a big question, were they being paid to shop that dossier around Washington by Hillary and the DNC or others? Based on the Perkins Coie letter, Fusion can say everyone who paid them and when. Perkins Coie is not a legal firm, there is no attorney client privilege that they are held.

Here are some other questions. Did she tell President Obama that she had paid for the pee pee gate dossier? Remember, Obama and Trump were both briefed on the dossier prior to Trump being sworn in. If Hillary told Obama that she had paid for it's creation, did he tell Trump? If she did not tell Obama, what would that say about her? So many beautiful questions. The Noah interview was a dumb idea and a public relations stunt; but, it was a dangerous one and she failed it. Believe me, Mueller cannot avoid asking these questions or he will prove himself to not being subjective.

How does Perkins Coie allow Hillary to say that she didn't know about the payments for the dossier before they were made? Does she say that Perkins Coie made the payments without her approval? I don't think so and they would have to prove they followed their Professional Responsibility. The moment Hillary takes the fifth before congress, this game is over and she loses.

If Hillary is indicted the media will say Trump should pardon her. He will say he cannot because he cannot pardon anyone who colluded with foreign nationals to effect the election. The smart move would be to let her spend a week or two in jail and then pardon her to show mercy even after all she has done. This story is not going where people think it is, it is going the way I am telling you and that is really bizarre.

Trump is the mirror President, he is a mirror to all the wrong we do. He exposes the hypocrisy of the left ant the right. Trump himself only wishes to be adored, money is not enough, fame is not enough, power is not enough, he seeks your adoration and he will get it from more and more and more, you just don't see it coming.

Hillary is dirty, she is crooked, that will be proven in court. As for Trump, I am more and more convinced that there is more that is seen by the eye here. Nobody is that smart or that lucky to have his opponents fall on the swords they attack him with every time. Pimpernel is not just a genius, my IQ is over 155. I spent over half my life in the political arena and I was damn good at it. Some of my readers know this. I wrote speeches for politicians and government officials. I dealt with them behind closed doors where the real action takes place. I out maneuvered them on more than one occasion. This ain't right.

Trump outmaneuvered 16 senators, congressmen and governors to get the nomination while the media incessantly ridiculed him and said he could not win. Trump beat the women called the most qualified in history. There is more than planning going on here, there is a type of good fortune only seen in the bible. Nobody is this lucky or this smart. People are exposing themselves to their own hypocrisy and everyone sees it.

I have never seen anything like this in my life and I have studied politics and government since I was 4 frickin years old and my brother and sister know this as do others. I studied this game, I lived this game and I taught this game. I have never seen anything go down like this or even heard of it. It is much easier for me to tell you what is coming in 10 years than it is to tell you what tomorrow may bring. My talk about tech is all about in a few years, just giving people a heads up. I am so much into today that I cannot see tomorrow as well. I cant tell you if it is going to rain or not; but, I see trends and patterns real well. The stuff about Hillary, that is about seeing a pattern and legal training.

How is it that everyone that goes after Trump ends up hurting themselves in the long run?

UPDATE 3:

Seems Donna Brazile, the ex head of the DNC, is busy protecting herself and burning Hillary and Debbie Wasserman Shultz. In an article Brazile claimed that, "The agreement—signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook with a copy to Marc Elias—specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director, and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings."

Let me tell you why this is important and explain the timing. Brazile claims that Hillary controlled the finances of the DNC. What Brazile is basically saying is that the DNC payments to Fusion GPS were approved by Hillary and not by her. While most people want to focus on the part where Brazile says the primary was rigged to benefit Hillary at Sanders expense, that was unethical but probably not illegal. By the way, Marc Elias, one of the people that got a copy of the agreement, worked for Perkins-Coie and sat next to Podesta in a congressional hearing while Podesta claimed no knowledge of the agreement between Fusion GPS and the Clinton campaign. That is called perjury. This is only going to get weirder.

Would You Sleep With Me for a Million Dollars?

Nothing important just an observation. TMZ reported - Harvey WeinsteinFlying to Europe Tonight For Sex Addiction Rehab on 10/10/17, 7:40 PM PDT. This was also reported by the Daily Mail in England and other newspapers. Alex Jones reported "REPORT: Trump’s Justice Department Moves on Weinstein, Orders FBI to Open Probe Over Fears he will ‘do a Polanski’" 

A note to my readers, I do not endorse Alex Jones, in fact I do not as a rule even link to him. I had to link to what he said, if I am to be fair when discussing this event, the subject of the post.

So here is the timeline. Weinstein is called out as a molester by multiple women in a magazine report. Other famous women come forward and a tape on which Weinstein appears to admit having groped women. His ship quickly sinks, his attorney quits his case and his wife announces she is leaving him after he is forced to leave the company he founded. It is then claimed that he is attempting to leave for Europe to attend rehab; but, ends up staying and it is reported he is headed to Arizona for rehab. In between was the Alex Jones report that the Justice Department is moving on him. See, the federal government does not have any jurisdiction over these matters and as far as I know, no criminal charges have made against Weinstein. That should mean that he would be free to leave the country, so why didn't he?

What if Mr. Weinstein was put on a "no fly" list? Guess what, they don't need to charge you with a crime to put you on a no fly list. Can they put people on no fly lists on the mere suspicion that they might be charged with a crime? The answer is yes.

After Mr. Weinstein decided to stay in the US, his daughter called the police to say he was suicidal. TMZ - Harvey Weinstein Suicide Threat Prompts Police Response.

While I could care less about Weinstein, I find this story interesting. Not the fact that he molested women, that would never surprise me in Hollywood. The fact that everyone had heard the rumors and said nothing does not surprise me. The abject fear it has caused in Hollywood surprises me. They may be afraid of who is taken down next. We cannot even imagine what secrets Weinstein knows about people in Hollywood or who he would be willing to sell out for a better plea deal if charged. This guy begged others executives to help him to keep his job and he is known for being vengeful. Maybe that is why it took a week for so many in Hollywood to say anything. The insane attempts to make this about Trump (the LA Times has chosen to make it about Bannon, it is a company town) is a desperate attempt to kill the story that is not proving successful. The attempt is being made because Weinstein still has power in this town and still owns lots of shares in the company and knows lots of secret.

Weinstein is sort of like Kaddafi when he was captured by his opponents. He is in shock that none come to help him, he cannot believe his kingdom is crumbling because he masturbated in a plant pot in front of an actress or asked for naked massages or even touched them. He cannot believe it because he thinks that is how this industry works and it has been since the beginning. Washington DC is no different. Power and sex go hand in hand, it does not take much power to get lots of sex. If people will cheat on their spouse for free or hook up for dinner and drinks than they will certainly have sex in exchange for becoming a celebrity or getting a promotion.

While it is easy to condemn people who abuse power as Harvey Weinstein did, the fact is that it is really a question of what people will do to get ahead, to achieve their personal dreams. If you could avoid the gas chamber by sleeping with your guard, would you? If you were homeless would you sleep with a cop to drugs and a hotel room for the night? Would you sleep with a Hollywood producer to get a million dollars? How about to get a career worth $100 million? 

I have talked about the Aussie sex worker who stayed with me and my family for a week or so (I don't remember exactly how long it was), she was stunned that I would not consider sleeping with her. She told me that she expected men in their 40s (as I was at the time) to seek it. 

For my male readers I will ask a question. Would you turn down sex from a woman who offered it to you if there was no price tag for the service? We live in a world where sex is a commodity, it is traded on a daily basis and I am not referencing prostitution. Contrary to popular belief, prostitution is not illegal in Hollywood, in fact porno movies pay people to have sex, the definition of prostitution. I pointed this out in law school over 30 years ago. I asked why we did not charge porno movie producers and directors as pimps as they paid people to have sex. I was laughed at; but, nobody has ever answered the question from a legal perspective. Is it okay to pay people for sex as long as you film it?

There is a schism in people's minds. They will tell you that we should not allow people to go to jail for prostitution; but, we should put people in jail for asking for sex in exchange for getting a job. What is the difference?

Now, lets get away from sex. Would you lie for your company if it meant you would make $! million a year? What about a hundred million a year? 

Let's Talk About the Election

When the election for President began, I stated that I wanted to see Sanders or Trump win and that I would never vote for a Clinton or a Bush. I wrote that on this blog at the time. I also stated that I preferred Sanders. As the election went on I pointed out how the system was rigged against them both and wrote about delegates and super-delegates. I talked about how the Republican party was trying to cheat Trump and I talked about how the Democratic party was attempting to cheat Bernie.

Tonight I watched a movie on Netflix called, "Get Me Roger Stone". It is a documentary about one of Trump's advisors named Roger Stone. It is basically all about how Roger Stone is a very flawed person, he is. It then overemphasizes what he did for Trump. It links Stone closely to Alex Jones who I have also said I will not link to here. The final conclusion of the movie is that Stone is linked to Russia and that WikiLeaks is linked to Russia and that Trump's association links him to Russia. Ta da. What a bunch of garbage.

I laughed at the directors attempt to talk about Stone's "dirty tricks" while ignoring what the other candidates people did and their advertisements and their accusations. This film is propaganda and bad propaganda. It's single greatest flaw is ignoring why Trump and Sanders were so popular. The Democratic establishment will tell you that it was xenophobic, homophobic, misogynistic and racists that got Trump elected. The Republican establishment will tell you that it was a rejection of the liberals. Neither answer is true, neither will admit what it really was and is exactly what I predicted years ago on this very blog when the Occupy movement was shut down long before this election even began or anyone knew that Bernie and Trump would run.

This election was a rejection of the establishment and how this country is being run. Simple numbers tell you that. Trump, with 16 opponents Trump won the Republican nomination. Bernie almost won the nomination and split the party. If you take the number of people who voted Bernie in the primaries and add it to the number of people who voted Trump in the primaries it accounted for more votes by double for all the other candidates.25% of all voters in the primaries voted Republican establishment, 25% of all voters in the primaries voted for the Democratic establishment and 50% of all voters went for the anti-establishment Trump or Sanders. This election was a rejection by half of the country of the establishment and the Democrats and the Republican establishment see that.

The media will talk about phony reasons that Trump won; but, they don't talk about what Trump and Sanders have in common an it is that they both reject the establishment. People did not vote for Sanders because they thought he could achieve what he said, he couldn't.. If Jeb had won and Sanders had won the primaries, Jeb might have won the presidency; but, he couldn't win because Republicans don't like the Bushes anymore, they see them as the establishment.

Ask the average person what WikiLeaks is and they don't have a clue. During the Occupy movement I explained that we were seeing a reaction to the economic crash and how only Wall Street was bailed out with your money. I then said that I expected the people on the left and right to show up again but in a new way, they did, they came out for Trump and Sanders. Trump is a consequence of the Republican establishment co-opting and destroying the Tea Party. Sanders is the result of Obama destroying the Occupy movement. I also predicted that if we did not see a Trump or Sanders things would only get bad. Everyone is mad at the establishment, half the population is just still drinking the cool aid and believing the establishment is willing to change. Hillary lost because too many real liberals didn't vote at all, look at Obama's numbers and Hillary's. If it had been Jeb versus Sanders, you would have seen the exact same thing. The people who voted for Trump would probably not voted for Bush even against Hillary.

After Brexit and Trump, the establishment had a meltdown. They actually called for the electoral college to violate their duties, that was called for in mainstream media. They wrote articles about how the constitution's electoral college is evil and later about how the members should break the law and not do their duty. They called for impeaching Trump before he even got into office and it has not stopped. How hysterical has the media gotten? Well, how about this article from CNN - Trump gets 2 scoops of ice cream, everyone else gets 1.  During the election there were too many articles in mainstream media about what food Trump ate that it was ludicrous and they were all negative. How do you write negative articles about what food someone likes? I called it out when one of the biggest papers in the world wrote about how Trump liked his steaks cooked (well done and that means he is a bad person according to the article).

The establishment on the left and the right will do anything to remove Trump and return control of this country over to the establishment, they are not going to give it to Sanders. The problem for the establishment is that most Bernie supporters can see the nonsense behind the Trump attacks as a Russian agent. This is why the Democratic party is split in the middle and at war with itself.

It doesn't matter who is President if Trump is impeached over lies or killed. People on the left and right will know that you didn't impeach  or kill Trump, you showed what happens if you don't do what the establishment wants. The people are not happy with the way things have been going on for the last 30+ years, they are not happy with what happened when the economy crashed and how they paid more in taxes so that the 1% that crashed the economy could stay in business thinking that they might create jobs; but, that didn't happen, there was no trickle down recovery.

Unmasking, Surveillance and Crimes

There is a lot of news about former National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, had requested documents to be "unmasked". Some of you are wondering what this means.

Let me start with the most basic. EVERYTHING transmitted electronically is copied by the federal government. While Snowden and Manning provided evidence that this is true, it is not new and has been going on for decades, not years, decades. I personally have been writing about it for 8 years on this blog. Everything that has ever been transmitted on the internet has been recorded and that includes e-mails. For those who do not know, the Pimpernel was one of the first million people on the internet. Heck, the internet was created and is controlled by the federal government. If you don't understand that, you need to look it up.

The internet has a backup. If the internet went down tomorrow it could be rebooted along with all of the information on it. To understand this you need two pieces of information.

Gizmodo - Seven People Have Been Entrusted With The Keys To The Internet.  Gizmodo is a tech site. The article is from 2010. Seven people have the ability to restart the internet. ICANN determines who gets the keys. In fact, the reboot would be done from US military bases. The internet was started by the US military and was originally called ARPNET.

The second thing you need to know is that all of the information that travels on the internet and over cell phones is collected and stored by the US government. This is what we learned from Manning and Snowden.

This is an amazing amount of information that is collected on a daily basis. Now for any paranoids out there, nobody cares about your personal information. Well, the government doesn't care about whether or not your cheating on your wife or smoking weed. You just aren't that interesting to the NSA until you are. Think about it this way, with all the surveillance cameras in the United States and Britain, do you really believe people are assigned to review every second of film? Of course not, it is reviewed only when there is a reason to, like after a bombing. Same thing with internet communications.

In order to protect your privacy, rules have been put in place to determine when the government can look at collected information. If the government wants to look at John Doe's communications, it must have a reason if he is an American. They don't really need much of a reason to look at communications between foreign individuals although I am quite sure there are rules for that too.

What has come to light is that the former National Security Advisor received communications that had been made by Russians and unknown Americans. They were unknown, as required by law, until she requested that they be "unmasked".  That means that transcripts which originally said "American number 1" were changed to show the Americans actual name.

Unmasking occurs more frequently than we might like; but, the actual name of Americans who are unmasked is to be limited in distribution to people with a need to know who are validly investigating with authority a subject. This is the purpose of the FISA courts. Rice requested that Americans names be provided for a series of communications and it included people such as General Flynn. How do we know this, it was reported by the New York Times and others. In fact, they reported that they had seen the transcripts showing Flynn's name. This unmasking occurred after the communications.

Now, these transcripts should have gone directly from the collecting agency to the requestor, in this case Rice; but, somehow they were mysteriously distributed to others in the intelligence community and Obama administration. That is the first problem as it shows that the rules were not followed. Once that information was made public there should have been an immediate investigation into who had access to it and when and why they were given access to it. From what we know now, that did not happen under the Obama administration. Why not? You don't ask what you don't want to know. Just as importantly, what was the justification for the unmasking? We haven't been told that and the corporate media doesn't even want to ask the question. At least CNN doesn't.

The standard questions for reporters to ask are who was given this information, why were they given the information, when were they given the information,, what information were they given and how was the information given to them and where was this information distributed. That is reporting 101. Well, we know where some of this information was distributed. It was distributed to members of the corporate media who then reported on it. Reporting it was not a crime; but, providing it to the press is.

After the WikiLeaks release of the Podesta emails, the corporate media refused to report on it and some went so far as to claim that it was illegal for anyone to look at it other than the corporate media.

Somehow these same rules did not apply to General Flynn. The same corporate media that was offended by the release of Podesta's emails was thrilled to release Flynn's private communications.

Mr. Lemon, aside from refusing to be a real reporter, ignores the basic fact. Flynn's communications were released to the press. Flynn's conversations were recorded and transcripts were made. Those transcripts were unmasked. Those are the facts. To refuse to investigate these facts or ask basic questions is dishonest and predictable. While the corporate media should be addressing privacy issues in a world of universal surveillance, they instead chose to ignore it because they don't like the answers.

Obama, Wiretaps and Stories

Well President Trump announced that the Obama administration had bugged Trump tower and his people. The liberal corporate media claims this is silly while the conservative corporate media claims it may have happened. Obama claims he never ordered such a thing; but, that is not quite true.

Lets go back in time to when Trump got elected, that is when the Russia nonsense really began. About a month prior to the election the media and Hillary still believed she would win; but, a month before the election she must have known she was losing because she returned the fireworks that she had planned for her celebration.

After the election results the establishment democrats and corporate media began to look for someone to blame while actively seeking to have electoral delegates violate their duty and change the election outcome. Lets also remember that during the election the media was actively working for Hillary going so far as to feed her debate questions in violation of the media's agreements with the parties and candidates, sending articles to Hillary prior to their being published and using falsely weighed surveys to con the public. I wrote about all of these things at the time and they are not in dispute. The Clinton people even got Stephen Colbert to do a couple of positive pieces on the Clinton Global Initiative.

So, after all that and after Trump becomes President elect, Obama called for called for a review of Russian interference into the election while his people began to say that Trump was tied to the Russians and that WikiLeaks was too. Here is a CNN post from December 9, 2016.

Let's talk about who hacked the Democratic National Committee's email. It is believed by many that it wasn't "hacked"; but, that someone within the party copied the files. WikiLeaks says that it was not Russian's but won't say who their source was. Having said that, they offered a reward in the suspicious murder of Seth Rich which happened after the release of records by WikiLeaks. We should also remember that the person who actually hacked Clinton's email was a person named Guccifer, a famous hacker.

Bottom line, we don't who hacked the DNC and the totality of US intelligence has yet to prove who did nor shown any proof whatsoever, regardless of how the corporate media chooses to spin it. While the media is laughing at the idea that Obama was behind tapping Trump and his incoming administration, they are also claiming that he does not have the authority to order communications to be tapped. While technically true, it is not quite sincere. Do you really believe a president cannot choose who to investigate? Wait go back and watch that first video where he told the intelligence to investigate the Russians as related to the election. We know that the same people attempted on at least two occasions to get the FISA tribunal to allow the tapping of the phones and that request would have gone through the Obama Justice department. It would have been their attorneys that wrote up the documents.

Let me ask another question. Did Obama order an investigation into who released the peegate rumors to the media? Did he investigate the leak over the briefing he and Trump was given? Nope. The nature of his Presidential briefing was released to the public for the first time and he didn't even comment on it. He wanted the investigation over Russian involvement in the election before he left office and it showed nothing. The media never even bothered asking him what the results were.

So what happens if it turns out that Obama's request to investigate Russian involvement in the election was included in the FISA justification for tapping Trump tower and his people? What happens if the head of the Justice department Lynch approved the FISA request?

I didn't immediately feel this story was going to go anywhere; but, I feel different now. We may see an ex-President tried to high crimes unless he gets a pardon from the person he allowed to be bugged.

General Flynn, the Intelligence Community and the Logan Act

The act states "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."

General Flynn had met with a Russian official after Trump had been elected and prior to being made the National Security Advisor. When asked about sanctions against Russia, Flynn reportedly said that he thought Russia should wait before imposing sanctions of it's own until Trump was in office. After much media hoopla, Flynn ended up resigning.

The truth is that the Logan Act is never used to prosecute anyone and is probably not constitutional. The problem for the media will come in the future. By having taken the position that they have they will now have to address the Bilderberg Meetings, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Tri-Lateral Commission. These are all meetings where private citizens, including representatives from the New York Times and Bill Clinton prior to his being elected President, attend to negotiate with representatives (elected and non-elected) from foreign countries over laws in secret.

The media has given Trump a bully pulpit to arrest any American for attending those meetings in the future without Presidential approval. The actions of the media in regards to Flynn was a tactical mistake on their part. This same law can now be used against the Rockefellers too. Be careful what you wish for is the moral of the story.

Now lets get to the intelligence community. The phone conversation between Flynn and the Russian representative was tapped by the intelligence community and was released to certain newspapers. Aside from the illegality, something more is at work. Consider that tapped conversations are almost never released and very few would have even had access to the conversation so whoever released it can be tracked down. It is not as if every intelligence agent had access to the tap, these things are closely held unless their is a criminal prosecution and they were legally obtained via court order.

Clearly there is something going on in the intelligence community. Remember when General Petraeus was taken out by the intelligence community. Why hasn't the intelligence community gone after the people who wrecked the economy? The two things are connected. In fact, the intelligence community is responsible for seeing these systematic failures and informing the President. Just some things to think about.

Slander, Libel, Buzzfeed, CNN and "Peegate"

Pimpernel is very cautious regarding what I post. Opinion is one thing; but, posting things as fact requires verifiable evidence. One should also remember that "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".  This is a mandatory part of reporting. Somehow it no longer is followed by mainstream media, at least not as far a Donald Trump is concerned.

Yesterday an internet "news" site released a 35 page document which made multiple claims about Donald Trump, including allegations that he hired prostitutes to urinate on a bed in a hotel that President Obama had slept in. I can provide a link to this document; but, I choose not to link to news sources that are not verifiable. I have read the document and have some comments on the document itself.

The document purports to be a "Company Intelligence Report".  It is NOT a government intelligence report. If you would like to know what actual intelligence reports by the government look like, go to "The Black Vault". The Black Vault was started by John Greenewald, Jr and is probably the most extensive collection of government documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act on all of the internet. Like WikiLeaks, nothing published by Mr. Greenwald has ever been proven to be false. So, what is a "Company Intelligence Report", well, just that. The term is used to define corporations reports, often contracted for that are meant to provide management with information that will help their business.

Now that you have a little background lets get into some specifics. Firstly, the report does not identify who has prepared it and that is odd. When someone prepares a report for a company they usually use their letterhead or at a minimum identify the company that prepared it. Such does not occur in the 35 page document. Secondly, the document does not identify how the information it presents is to be used by the company it is being provided to. That makes no sense. I personally have prepared documents for use by private companies and ALWAYS explain how the information can be of benefit. It is the purpose of these types of documents.

The publisher of these documents, Buzzfeed, published with disclaimers. Buzzfeed - These Reports Allege Trump Has Deep Ties To Russia.  The article starts with this, "A dossier, compiled by a person who has claimed to be a former British intelligence official, alleges Russia has compromising information on Trump. The allegations are unverified, and the report contains errors."  Moving past the fact that Buzzfeed does not know who wrote the document and cannot verify the person's history or purpose for preparing the document lets get to the "errors". The "dossier" claims that Trumps attorney travelled to Prague when in fact, he was in Los Angeles at USC at the time and that has been verified. In fact, the only thing we can prove is that the report intentionally lied about Trumps attorney. That is not a good starting point.

Let me explain something that is relatable. Imagine you are getting a divorce and you go into court with a document claiming your spouse was paid money to have sex with animals in Baja California; but, you didn't know who prepared the document and your spouse could show they had never been to Baja California. How do you think the judge would react? There is a very good chance you would be found in contempt of court.

This report has since been repeated by CNN. That is hypocritical on their part. When "Pizzagate" was being discussed on the internet I specifically said that my readers should NOT post articles about it because there was no evidence, there was no witness, there was no person claiming to be a victim and it was irresponsible to publish such things as they would be used to censor the internet. This is no different. There is not ONE person mentioned in the "dossier" that has come forward and claimed any of it is true. That is a problem, it is a credibility problem.

So, what are the allegations. Simply put, it claims that Trump is compromised by Russia and that they have the ability to blackmail him. Here is where this gets ridiculous. The document claims that this has been going on 5 and 8 years, they really should pick one of the other. NOBODY knew or believed Trump would run for President 5 years ago and they certainly did not know that Hillary would run for President after her last loss to Obama. The report would make more sense if it was about Jeb Bush back then. NOBODY thought Trump would run and nobody thought he would win 5 years ago. Why would Russia risk so much to provide information to Trump for a race they didn't believe he would run in or win 5 years ago? The whole assertion in the report is nonsensical.

UPDATE:

The Wall Street Journal is now claiming that they have identified Christopher Steele of Orbis Business Intelligence Ltd as the author. Wall Street Journal - Christopher Steele, Ex-British Intelligence Officer, Said to Have Prepared Dossier on Trump.  Again the Wall Street Journal has not been able to confirm this. More nonsense. Here is a link to their site, Orbis. Orbis prepares reports for companies so that the companies can plan. Simple question, what company paid for the report and how would it assist that company? And a statement, if this is the best Orbis can prepare a report, nobody would hire them because you cannot use unsubstantiated allegations to influence deals. It is really simple, companies do not hire Orbis to give information to the intelligence community. They hire such companies to give them inside information that they can use to make more money. The release of this information alone is contrary to that and if Orbis is identified it will cost them business.

UPDATE 2:

By the way, if this is, as is alleged by CNN and Buzzfeed, part of the secret report given to Obama and Trump then why didn't the US Intelligence agencies release it? Lets be clear, it was claimed that the report was not released because it was Confidential, Secret and or Top Secret. Guess what, that doesn't apply to private companies reports which is what the Wall Street Journal is now claiming. What does this mean, it means that Orbis can be taken into court in England and be forced to prove their allegations. Anyone who actually cares about the truth would promote such a law suit so that the truth can at least be investigated.

Daily Mail - NAMED: The former British spy behind 'dirty Kremlin dossier' that claimed Trump was in bed both with Putin - AND pervert prostitutes. Hunt on for former UK ambassador who handed report to US politician.

McClatchy DC - Russian tech expert named in Trump report says US intelligence never contacted him.  Guess U.S. intelligence couldn't even be bothered to talk to people mentioned in the peegate report. Yet, they were still willing to release it.

UPDATE 4:

And as the day ends... the report is proven to be garbage. The set up is, a retired English intelligence agent was hired by Republicans to come up with garbage about Trump; but, they didn't end up using it (probably because it is garbage and filled with blatant falsehoods). It was then given to Democrats who also didn't use it. It was then passed around news publishers who still didn't use it because it continued to be unverifiable and garbage. Finally it was given to Senator McCain who turned it over to the FBI who also didn't use it. At no point in time is it claimed that Obama or Trump was given a copy of the report though they may have been told there was a report implying Trump had been offered business deals in Russia as a bribe; but, the report itself said Trump never took any deals from the Russians because HE HAS NO BUSINESSES IN RUSSIA.

The end result of all of this is that the intelligence agencies and the media both have less credibility today than they did yesterday, and they were not looking that good yesterday to begin with..

This is called illegal collusion and is a violation of anti-trust laws.

Hillary's Re-investigation and the Media

On Friday it came out that the FBI was re-opening the investigation into the private server Hillary used that housed confidential information. Here is a copy of the actual letter he sent to congress regarding re-opening the investigation.

It says, "In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation." The letter starts by telling congress that it has re-opened the investigation. Well, they had to tell congress that as they had previously stated that the investigation was complete. So, apparently information was discovered that was not known when the investigation was closed.

So, lets see what we already knew. Hillary had a private server that stored classified information in violation of the law. Hillary had her people destroy information held on that server so that it could not be recovered again illegally. In a case unrelated to the server investigation additional information was found that brought into question whether or not the crime was actionable. That is specifically all we know.

Now, things that are being assumed and are probably true. The information is believed to have been discovered  on a computer that was shared by Hillary's top aide, Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner. Mr. Weiner is the disgraced New York politician who sent naked pictures of himself to underage women.  Now, Huma has claimed she does not know how the emails got on her computer. That strongly implies that it is indeed Huma's computer that held documents that had not been turned over to the FBI. As far as how many emails are on that computer, I have read from 10,000 to 650,000. The exact number has not been released nor what is in them.

Huma has since left the campaign trail. My guess, she is meeting with her attorneys. Now, what was found? We don't know specifically. We can assume that emails were found that were hidden or destroyed on Hillary's server. That alone would be a crime and would mean that she had destroyed evidence of a crime. By the way, if her attorneys told her to destroy it they would be guilty of a crime too.

The establishment shills and the corporate media have spent the last three days accusing the FBI of being in the pocket of the Russians and Trump. Yeah. James Comey had worked under Bush and was appointed head of the FBI by Obama. You may recall that the Bushes are supporting Hillary as is Obama.  Others have attempted to say that Comey should not have notified congress that he was reopening the case because it might effect the outcome of the election. Heck, failure to notify congress could have effected the outcome of the election.

Here is what you should know. Huma knew what was on that computer and will be seeking immunity from prosecution. Weiner could not have put the information on the computer because he did not have access to Hillary's server. So either Huma downloaded the information to her personal computer or the Easter bunny put it there. If Huma put classified information on her personal computer than she is guilty of a crime and will be prosecuted unless pardoned.

If you are a Hillary supporter, this is bad, this is real bad and it is not over by a long shot. Firstly, WikiLeaks is now going to drop the rest of the Podesta emails and they are going to be the most damning ones yet. Count on it. Secondly, Project Veritas Action is going to release more videotapes. Now, I am not convinced they are firing off their best shots for last. Thirdly, election day is less than ten days away.

Here is my prediction. The final information on what was on Huma's computer will not come out until after the election. If Trump wins, Hillary and Huma will be given pardons by President Obama. If Hillary wins, Obama may or may not pardon her, if he does then she will be impeached and Tim Kaine will be President.
