News Dump Friday. LOL. Good stuff going on you should know about.

No fancy post today, just cleaning up all the articles that I have been saving for you.

Fortune - Paris Wants to Ban the Combustion Engine by 2030.  Yes, the City of Paris, not the country or province is making this decision on their own.

Fortune - France to Ban Sale of Gas Vehicles by 2040. Here is a line from this article, "The announcement follows Volvo’s announcement on Wednesday that it planned to cease making gas-powered cars and trucks and would instead only make electronic and hybrid vehicles starting in 2019."

Bloomberg - California Considers Following China With Combustion-Engine Car Ban. It might be a really bad time to invest in a new gas station.

Bloomberg - U.K. Joins France, Says Goodbye to Fossil-Fuel Cars by 2040.  Don't worry, you won't have to think about this too much because you are never going to get a chance to vote on it.

MSN - AP - Trump lashes out at Puerto Rico as House passes aid package. Remember the whole Trump Puerto Rico thing? Probably not too much as since then the media has moved onto football players kneeling during the national anthem (Trump's fault), the Las Vegas shooting (Trump's fault) and the President calling the spouse of a dead soldier (Trump's screw up). The story of last week was Harvey Weinstein and funny thing, most corporate mainstream media outlets made sure to make the story about Trump. What a shock. I tell you what, check the media's truthfulness with this simple test. Everytime something bad happens in the next two months see how it ends up being a complaint about Trump or his administration. By the way, we have just committed $35 Billion to repairing Puerto Rico and Trump signed it. That is roughly equivalent to half the national debt of Puerto Rico. The mayor who lashed out at Trump by he way, hasn't thanked the President or this country for the money that I have seen.

The Sacramento Bee - California secessionists think their path to independence is easier than Catalonia’s. California is not going to secede. The money behind this is the tech industry, they don't want to be taxed.

MSN - Bloomberg - This country has plenty of jobs. Where are all the workers?  Here is the narrative they are attempting to sell. Sweden has taken in hundreds of thousands of migrants; but, still can't fill their jobs. Somehow I don't think bringing I more unskilled Arab workers is going to fix this problem. Many of the migrants, if not most, do not speak or write Swedish.

Washintonian - The Washington Post’s New Social Media Policy Forbids Disparaging Advertisers.  Corporate media like the Washington Post, frequently call for censoring the internet and apparently even what their employees say on their own time; but, think it is outrageous that Trump thought the FCC (which is responsible for regulating the airwaves, not cable or the internet) should look at whether or not media conglomerates should have their licenses reviewed when they post knowingly false stories. The concept is that they want to regulate free speech unless they have approved it.

CNET - Jeffrey Katzenberg: Harvey Weinstein 'not a lone actor'. By paragraph two of the article it becomes about Trump.

MSN - Washington Post - Analysis | Longtime foes on foreign policy, McCain and Biden form alliance against Trumpism.  For his part, McCain who has made his career pushing nationalism to get elected now says that nationalism is bad and we should be internationalist. While Biden (from a different article) who has long claimed to be for the average guy is now promoting elitism and says populism (democracy) is the problem. There is no left or right, just globalist working for international corporations.

Julia Reda - What the Commission found out about copyright infringement but ‘forgot’ to tell us.  While the article is interesting as it pertains to copyright, the thing that stuck out for me was that the EU was considering requiring internet providers to use filters that prevent people from uploading material to the internet that hasn't been checked for copyright infringement. The same filter could be used to prevent other things from being uploaded.

Yahoo - Reuters - U.S. bill to regulate internet ads gains bipartisan support with McCain.  McCain is so full of it. Lets go back a bit. PC Magazine - McCain Bill Would Ban FCC Internet Regulations. That article is from 2009.

Huffington Post - What The Hell Was This Rachel Maddow Segment?  I am not even going to comment. It is pretty bad when the uberliberal Huffington Post has to call out uberliberal Trump hating Rachel Maddow for making stuff up about him.

Yahoo - AFP - G7, tech giants agree on plan to block jihadist content online. Here is a line from the article, "While acknowledging progress had been made, Britain's Home Secretary Amber Rudd insisted "companies need to go further and faster to not only take down extremist content but also stop it being uploaded in the first place"." Now if all you read was this article, you might miss this line or the fact that the EU wants to regulate what you can upload as is pointed out in one of the articles above. They want to regulate copyright material and anything that is not acceptable in their eyes; but, the excuse is to fight terrorists.

I have never attempted to hide what I believe in on this blog. I will restate it. I believe in strong national borders, a flat income tax with no deductions, taxing inheritances (you really are not entitled to your parents money), free trade or college education for all, universal healthcare, nationalizing any company that refuses to return it's taxes to the US, freedom of speech (on and off the internet using the same legal precedent - you cannot libel people or engage in a criminal conspiracy) and that we should have a new WPA (government jobs for all rebuilding our infrastructure and building the infrastructure of the future, including sending people to Mars). I believe in reasonable gun control, I do believe people have a right to own guns for hunting and self protection (even though I am a pacifist). I was against the war in Iraq. I have written about all of these things, except the Mars thing, I am going to post on that soon enough. I doubt very much that Trump would agree with me on most of these items; but, I will continue to call out the oligarchical media for lying about him. Read my next post about labor.

Smart Objects and Dumb Politicians

MSN - In the future, devices will think for you.  In the future we will see the "internet of things" where every object has it's own internet address. I told you about this years ago when the internet increased it's number of available individual IP addresses. Think about it this way, think about how everything you buy has an individual barcode. Well, now everything will be connected to the internet that has a barcode, so that it can be tracked and monitored, just like you are.

MSN - Pirelli's smart and stylish connected tires are here. Even your tires can tattletale on you now.

The Gazette - New technology, $10,000 reward aimed at finding Fort Carson soldier's killer from 1987.  We can even tell what you look like from your DNA, past, present and future.

WND - Pat Buchanan - Is McCain hijacking Trump's foreign policy?  To start with, I don't like the source of this article; but, I don't like the Washington Post either. Pat however was in government and was important in decision making so it is worth knowing what he has to say.  The takeaway from this article is that John McCain called Rand Paul a Russian agent for disagreeing with him on a policy, you can find the video on YouTube. It seems the only response that politicians who have sold themselves out to the moneyed interests can do is call people Russian agents.

The Government Doesn't Want You Driving

LA Times - Senators try to speed up deployment of self-driving cars.

Here is the short on the article. Basically Democrats and Republicans want to make national laws to promote and regulate self driving vehicles. The first issue they want to address is getting rid of pedals and steering wheels. Lets be clear, there is no reason to get rid of steering wheels or pedals, they do not prevent the car from being self driving, they just eliminate you having the option to drive.

Now lets talk about how this may effect you down the road, so to speak. When you are prevented from driving yourself then you have to rely on the car for where you go and what route you take. If you go on Google earth, there are certain places you are not allowed to see. Self driving cars will be prohibited from going certain places too. It will start with sex offenders, the cars will recognize them and automatically take routes that keep them away from schools. You will support that gladly. Later cars will be prohibited to go to certain places, like Area 51 or wherever unless you have special permission.

What if the government doesn't want people going to a protest, well, with this technology they could prohibit cars from going to those events or even near them. You may not believe what I am saying; but, most people thought self driving cars would not be accepted in their life time when I began writing about them. About 8 years ago I was telling people that Australia was going to try and censor the internet and I was laughed at to my face. After WikiLeaks released the list of sites that Australia had planned to censor, those same people were not laughing. Never underestimate the establishments hatred of democracy.

More on Russia and the Media

About a week ago Russia announced it was modernizing it's nuclear capability. A day or two later Trump said he would do the same. The media ignored what Russia said and stated that Trumps statement meant that he was crazy and might cause a nuclear war.

Chicago Tribune - Commentary: Could Trump start a nuclear war with a single tweet?

Then comes today and President Obama throws out 35 Russian diplomats and closes two of their embassies. This is in addition to Obama saying that we are going to retaliate against Russia for "hacking the election" And how did they hack the election and where is the proof. Well, Obama claims that Russia hacked the DNC and gave the information on Podesta's e-mails to WikiLeaks. The only problem is that WikiLeaks didn't get the information from Russia, it got the information from a Sanders supporter inside the DNC and most likely from Seth Rich, the IT guy in the DNC that was shot in the back of the head.

It should probably be noted that two Russian diplomats were killed within the last week or so. The simple question is why isn't the media concerned about saber rattling by Obama and Hillary; but, worried over Trump?

The globalist corporate media has made it very clear that they did not like Brexit (Britain leaving the European Union), does not like Russia because they are not globalist in nature and detests the fact that America, Italy and France are all rejecting globalism and want national boundaries.

While this is all going on, Obama passed the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which calls for the government using propaganda within the United States and the European Union is saying they are going to fine websites like Facebook and Twitter if they do not censor what people can say.

New York Times - Germany Threatens to Fine Facebook Over Hate Speech.

Constitutionally, foreign countries do not have the right to fine American companies for what is on the internet. It is also against international law. They have the right to ban things within their borders and keep out the internet like North Korea does; but, they do not have the right to regulate content. Now in an attempt to get around that, the United States gave away control of the internet.

The Washington Post - U.S. to relinquish remaining control over the Internet.

Remember all my posts about ICANN, the group that oversees your ability to find things on the internet? The government gave up control of that even though our taxes paid for it and the internet. The Pimpernel was talking about this coming seven years plus ago. When I first talked about this people could not hear me. I hired computer analysts that worked for me and not one of them was ever able to tell me who owned or controlled the internet.

The dumbest people I know are all experts. They are dumb because they don't pay attention to the details. If you think you understand things, you stop learning and that is a fail because the world is always changing. People only learn as much as they need to be successful as a rule and that is true for experts. The Pimpernel seeks to become an expert on everything he talks about which is why I spend over 12 hours a day, every day, reading and watching everything I can.

My day starts with taking my dog out to do his business. After that I have my coffee and while drinking it I read Fox News, Drudge Report, the L.A. Daily News, the Los Angeles Times, Yahoo News, MSN News, one of the many English newspapers, Ain't it Cool News and then I check my blog and e-mails. That is all done by the time I finish my coffee and then the real work begins. I may or may not eat something; but, usually not or something like a pickle or an olive. Then I check my phone to see if I got any calls or texts. Then I begin by reading all the offbeat and alternative media I can from the left, right and any other perspective that you can imagine. That is followed by watching and listening to all the media from the day before and that happened in the morning.

About 7 or 8 years ago I was on a website as a simple member. I met one of the owners, a systems consultant. I told her that they were going to regulate the internet and control what you could say. She laughed at me and called me a conspiracy theorist. She then moved to Australia and found out that they wanted to control which websites you could visit. That woke her up along with something else that she never told me about; but, I could see impacted her.

This blog was specifically created to be a magic trick, an illusion for a very few people who were watching the Pimpernel, ergo the name which I have used since day one. Try reading the Scarlett Pimpernel and it begins to become clearer.  Yet, I only publish what I can back up and believe to show bits of truth, even if that truth is the intent behind those who seek to control you. I let you see their words in documents of theirs, often on their own websites. I write to confuse the people who seek to monitor me and inform those who seek to understand how this world works.

When they begin censoring blogs, they may come after this little thing. Not at first; but later. The mistake is in thinking that I did not plan for these changes that I have been writing about for almost a decade. Here is what is going to happen next and it is very tricky.

Firstly, international bodies like the European Union will begin to fine companies like Facebook or Twitter for allowing "fake news" and "hate speech and "offensive language" and anything other useful buzz phrases they come up with. The Facebooks and Twitters of the world will then pass those charges on to their users by putting in their agreements that if they are sued for what you write then you are responsible for the fine and because nobody reads those terms of use agreements, the courts will begin (not at the first case but after it) enforcing those agreements and dissent will come at a literal price. Get it?

Let me ask a simple question. If North Korea said they had the right to fine Facebook for allowing people to say it was a bad government, would we allow that? So why would we allow the European Union to do the same?

More stuff you should know

Mashable - Mercedes' autonomous Future Bus just drove through Amsterdam.  Say bye bye to hundreds of thousands of bus driving jobs.

Aeon - Should a human-pig chimera be treated as a person?  Again, people are already preparing to write laws for people that are part animal. Genetic modification is the biggest threat to our future.

The Business Insider - These 6 Corporations Control 90% Of The Media In America.  Comcast, News Corp, Disney, Viacom, Time Warner and CBS together control 90% of all the media in the United States.

Wired - SoCal’s Massive Water Agency Grabs Up Land on NorCal’s Wettest River.  Stealing your water to control all the worlds resources and charge you for water like it was oil.

ufotrail - Pokemon Go: Considering the Possibilities.  I ask my older readers to read this article so that you understand what Pokémon Go is capable of, how this technology could be used (Pokémon Go is not the only program that does the same thing) and just so you stay in tune with the world.

7 Keys to the Internet and some random thoughts

The Guardian - Meet the seven people who hold the keys to worldwide internet security. Firstly, I want to say that this is the first real news article I have read about the seven keys. While I had written about this years ago, it is only now that I have seen it openly discussed. While the article (and linked video within it) discuss the process for rebooting the internet as far as the security protocol, it does not explain many other things. In fact, the real question is where are the keys to be used and that is at a few American military bases, El Segundo is only for practice.

You see, El Segundo is where many military contractors in the Aerospace industry are located. A couple of miles away from El Segundo in Marina Del Rey is where ICANN is headquarted. In the article they ask someone about how this important ability, to reboot the internet, could be left in the hands of a private non-for profit and the person says that they don't know. The written article says the following, "The fact that the US-based, not-for-profit organisation Icann – rather than a government or an international body – has one of the biggest jobs in maintaining global internet security has inevitably come in for criticism." I consider this just silly words for the ignorant. In fact, ICANN gets it's authority because it has a contract with the military of the United States.

Now here is an unpleasant fact, how could we possibly restart the internet if someone did not have a complete copy of everything that has gone over the internet and that would be the National Security Agency or NSA. There are a number of people who freak out at the thought of the government having access to everything on the internet; but, they did create it after all. Would you accept someone having a complete copy of everything that was ever e-mailed or posted if the alternative was that everything could be lost?

There are those who called me a conspiracy theorist when I first began talking about ICANN, it is nice to finally have mainstream media admit it and film it. Sometimes I talk about things that are not "common knowledge" or conspiracy type things. I have written about globalism and a coming one world economic system with a universal pegging of currencies and I have talked about how the federal government is taking more and more control over transportation. Unfortunately, when I read the "alternative media", I find it filled with far right wing whack jobs. They are often anti-Semitic and they take ever bit of information and assume the worst case scenario.

The truth is very simple and sadder than what many fear. There is a growing movement on the far right that believes that Obama is a communist and wants to create Marshall law and throw people in concentration camps where they intend to wipe out 90% of us and turn the rest of us into slaves. I will not post a link to the stories or videos; but, there are thousands of them all over the internet. This same kind of fear has led people to not get their children vaccinated, I consider this a serious mistake on their part and a dangerous one.

We are going to have an electronic international currency and you will barely notice the difference. The truth is that most transactions are electronic in the world anymore already. Africa is the most advanced in this area in many ways. There is a coming economic crisis and you barely notice that as it has been taking place for years and very few have noticed. I wrote about the IMF plan for inflating all the currencies (The Chicago Plan Revisited if you want to search for it) and the truth is this is what all the nations have been doing already. All the important nations have been inflating their currencies at the same time by printing trillions and trillions of dollars each year; but, as they have all done this at about the same time and gradually, their values compared to one another have remained relatively the same.

I am not looking to see some great event that changes the world, the changes have already occurred. The change will be complete when there is a substantial event, not a cataclysmic one. In the end the change will be about the valuation of labor. It will go well for poor countries and poorly for rich countries. In my opinion gold will be worth very little as it has very few real uses. Consider this, if gold were truly needed, why would most of it sit in vaults? Gold is a stupid thing to base a currency on, it made sense hundreds of years ago because you couldn't forge it. With all the alchemists who dedicated their live into turning lead into gold, they could not do it. Even today we can make artificial diamonds; but, not gold. When we switch to an all electronic currency, gold will drop in value and it's market will crash. I will not go into how the crash of gold will benefit the United States; but, I bet it will.
